The rep, Michael, who presented my proposal was well informed with the knowledge and experience needed. We had a long virtual meeting. All my questions and concerns received appropriate responses. The final quote I received was substantially less than others and provided more panels and output. If we do decide to instal a solar array, Zenernet will most likely be our provider.

Searching fo solar in Socal San Marcos, CA

After a lengthy due diligence and detailed RFP process for our solar project, Mike at Zenernet was a breath of fresh air. No nonsense, no drama, highly responsive. He was professional in every sense of the word and available to answer any and all questions (even after hours). In the end, we did not choose Zenernet for our project but the reasons had nothing to do with Mike. In fact, he made it a VERY difficult decision, as he flexed to solve any challenge we threw at him. Mike would be one of my first calls for future projects.

One of our concerns when looking at solar companies was customer service. Most companies claim this but Zenernet was true to its word. My wife and I had zero knowledge in solar and Mike our consultant explained everything and answered all of our questions. He was quick to a schedule a virtual meeting which is nice in this current pandemic setting. He designed the best configuration for our needs and didn’t try to over sell us on additional equipment when after the presentation it was decided we didn’t need a battery or an extra panel.

Before meeting on line today with Michael M I had pretty much made up mind to take the bid from a different installer. Michael discussed with me my needs and showed me the advantages of doing business with Zenernet. He gained my respect, my trust and made me comfortable. I can't believe he has me seriously considering spending more then I planed to step up to a better package with what I now believe is a superior company. 5 stars aren't enough, Michael is a real asset to Zenernet.

Perhaps, the most impressive thing about my virtual conference with him, was his honesty and overall genuine friendliness.

My phone conversations with Mike were very informative and consistent with my earlier internet research on solar energy. His outstanding presentation/proposal allowed me to make an informed decision if solar was appropriate for my situation.

Great experience! Shae our sales rep did a great presentation and detailed explanation of the difference of Zenernet. Cost analysis was detailed and options where endless with this company. We really like the monitor system and how it reports issues back to the company and the ease of use. No pressure sales as well and customer service is top notch!

In the end it came down to a company that my roofer had worked with in the past and requested that company over yours since they had not worked with the installer before. And I have a GAF Golden Pledge Warranty which was my most important thing I needed to keep intact when adding solar.

Right now he put the company front runner in our experience with other talks to other companies. I chose Zenernet because they were flexible and creative to find a plan for my roof solar panel arrangement using multiple smaller roof surfaces to orient the panels in a good direction relative to the sun and various shading obstacles. The installation was partially complete when COVID-19 restrictions came into place but they were able to make progress and complete the installation with a modest delay operating within public health constraints.

Pros: 1. Greg was very knowledgeable and could explain concepts easily. I’ve spoken to two other solar companies (Sun Run and a small local provider) and Greg was the better communicator. 2. The Zenernet customer experience was the best and I like that there are apps that I could use to monitor the solar panels and “package” the system details and history for the next homeowner if/when I sell my home. 3. Heather answered my call while driving to work and arranged to return my call after she arrived, which she did. She was friendly and knowledgeable and worked out a solar system for my home. She answered most of my questions and those technical questions to which she didn't know the answers, she checked the internet or experts in the office and called me back with those answers. She was able to mirror the images on her computer screen to my computer which was an excellent and novel way of transferring information. Iwas impressed.

From beginning to end everyone was responsive and professional. There was a little delay because of the power company. Once that was cleared up the installers had the panels up in not time! The system is up and running and looks good. Everything was completed towards the end of the season, so we haven't had the full benefit for this year. This system was an add-on to an existing solar panel system and there's no comparison between that experience and the Zenernet one. Thanks to Greg and his crew and Solar One, the install company here in Utah, they were all terrific.

Ryan G was very transparent, honest, and upfront with me. Solar energy with Zenernet isn't an option that would work for us right now, and he was very understanding and supportive of that. He wasn't one of those pushy sales people who viewed me as another sale and money in his pocket. He listened to me, looked at what I need, and evaluated my situation and advised what would be best. It was very refreshing to speak with a sales person who actually cared about the person and not about just making money.

But most of all we could tell that she was really working for us to find the very best solar system for us for the cost. He used our actual electric bill to show us in real dollar amounts what the costs and savings would be over the next 30 years. Learning about going solar from Mike was worth the time spent, even though we decided to wait to take the plunge. He was available to answer questions after the in home consultation, but never pushy. I was contacted by a representative of Zenernet after expressing an interest in solar for my home. Our representative Heather, was positive, informative and very cooperative in listening to my concerns & finding solutions for them. I looked up Zenernet as a company & found they were highly rated. Even tho my husband & I decided not to put in solar now for personal reasons, I think Zenernet is a responsible company to deal with. Anyone considering solar should at least see what Zenernet has to offer. Thank You

My experience with Zenernet was so informative and helpful. Together we looked at my house and garage, and considered a variety of possibilities. Due to the many mature trees blocking the sun, panels would be less cost effective for my residence. I was so grateful for Deanna's knowledge, interest in my needs and honesty. Greg & Deborah @ Zenernet were amazingly helpful. They were available for any questions that we had. Greg was incredibly thorough from the original sales pitch till the end. The Electrical company that did the install was professional, punctual, and quick. Edison however did take some time with permits but Zenernet was quick to accommodate us, which was very much appreciated. I am very satisfied with the product itself, and the warranty is 20+ years. If anything ever goes wrong I can rest assured that it will be covered. I will be sure to refer all of my friends and family to Zenernet.

Just had an hour introduction to Zenernet and purchasing a solar system, with Bailey R, and am excited about this option. If Bailey is any indication of your quality, then I'm very comfortable with Zenernet. I especially appreciated the attention you give to quality of the systems, installation procedures, warranties, and even the look of your panels. The presentation was super thorough, very professionally put together in look and feel, and quite convincing.

Greg was absolutely amazing, he was extremely transparent with me. He even analyzed an offer from a smaller local company, gave me points to question them about, and helped me find the best option for my home, even though in my case it wasn't with him. There is no doubt that If this local installer for some reason becomes problematic, I will use Zenernet.
