He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions concerning installation, cost and savings. The company seemed very transparent and would be handling the entire project. They also have a 25 year warranty.

From the initial contact, Taylor B was precise on the information she shared, was very timely in her responses to our questions. We initially contacted 16 solar companies and looked over their customer history, length of time in the business...qualifying them to determine if we would further contact them. . Taylor was patient with us as we went through that process. We selected six and went forward with six companies to review their designs and proposals...and again, Taylor was exceptional in her follow up and answering our questions. We whittled these six down to two and went forward with negotiations. We selected Zenernet for several reasons - one warranty (their's is as good as any that we found), the panels they proposed had a higher degree of hail resistance (important in the Denver area), they provided a lengthly roof penetration warranty. They were not the cheapest, nor the most expensive of the six proposals. We signed the contract with a couple of month delay before initiation of the install due to personal reasons. The installation was affected by two things - one supply chain interruption had some affect in delaying our installation, two we have an unusal requests for snow guards on the array (to keep snow from sheeting off the array all at once) - this fell through the cracks and was not ordered with all the equipment and delayed the install by about 30 days, and three - personnel changes - Zenernet lost our project manager who gave Zenernet very little notice before leaving and the PM who took his place was - frankly - overwhelmed for a time. However, for all of this once the installation began it went very smoothly and the install company Zenernet selected (GoGreen Solar in the Denver area) did an exceptional job. Overall, satisfied with the process, and the outcome.

The staff is excellent The reason I can't use them is I live in a Condo over 30 years old. It is not something that would be simple for me to accomplish. The fact that they do the loan fast and ok'd is not enough. It is easy if you have 200 amp box. They have a possible solution but if it does not work I would have to ditch the effort.

This was my original review: Best customer service and most knowledgeable representatives. The above review was true all the way from the design phase to the install phase. Representatives were responsive and helpful, and the whole process took about three months, maybe a bit more, from design to install, which seemed very reasonable, even quicker than some estimates I had heard. (The installers, btw are amazing! The solar doctors—and if you have the opportunity to work them I can’t recommend enough! This review is only about Zenernet.) Unfortunately, once the system was installed but still not powered on Zenernet completely dropped the ball. My system has sat for three months now without being powered on, while the onus of contacting Zenernet for updates was placed 100% on me and nobody was able to offer any answers as to why this was taking so long. Finally, after I had paid my first bill for the system—so at this point I am paying the loan for a 60k dollar system AND paying PG&E, they let me know that the design team had made a mistake and that is why Enphase was not approving the system layout. The design team had added an extra panel that was not supported by the Enphase Ensemble, which supports a max of 24 panels. Today, almost three months to the date after the install was complete, they came out to remove the extra panel. Unfortunately, because Zenernet did nothing about the issue for so long, the Backup battery system is now not charging at all. Enphase is now working out whether they will be able to power on the battery pack that is currently installed or if they will have to replace them. The installer is planning to schedule everything for this Friday, fixing/replacing the battery pack, inspection by the city, and powering the system on. I will update this review once the system is powered on.

I had a great experience with the initial sales consultant. But after I signed the contract, the experience was bad. Zenernet's local solar installer crew did not show up on the first installation date because one member of their crew caught the Covid virus. Then the same crew did not show up again 5 weeks later for the second appoinment due to sickness again; I was not told what sickness. Now I got the 3rd appoinment on 12/27/21 (another 6 weeks lost). Today is 12/02/21. The concierge says the local installers have two crew, so if something goes wrong again, they could probably use the other crew. I am crossing my fingers.
