Mike M was very helpful on the virtual meeting. Mike knows your product very well and also knows how to use his software. I have a challenging solar opportunity with several different shaped roofs and lots of shade. Mike used his "shade tool" to bring the efficiency up from the initial suggested design. I am grateful that Mike is a member of your team!

Mike M's presentation today was excellent. Technically accurate, factually correct and casually confident in a very authentic and accessible manner.
My wife and I are both retired professionals and understand high-technology consultative selling...and Mike was one of the best presenters we've seen.
If we still had our engineering and consulting business (17 years as CEO and CFO consulting to Fortune 100 clients) we'd probably try to hire Mike away from Zenerec.
5 Stars. Hands down.

Mike M is my first contact with Zenernet and the first solar company that I have met. If the rest of the employees are anything like Mike, I can see how smoothly a solar installation could be facilitated with Zenernet. Mike did an excellent job explaining the process and showed me a sketch of where the panels would go. He also showed me savings analysis. I am in the process of receiving other quotes, but from what I see here, I am very impressed.

I contacted Zenernet about installing a solar system on my house.
I was helped by Mike M, he requested some information about my house (latest utility bills, size of the house, location etc.) and he also answered all my question and provided all the information that I needed as he was designing the solar system for my house.
I had a very good experience with Zenernet.
I would definitely recommend Zenernet to my friends.

I worked with Mike M to get an estimate for a microinverter grid-tied solar system. In the end I decided to go with a DYI solar system but Zenernet would have been a close second if I had hired someone to install it. Since I never got that far I can't speak for the design and install experience. I tend to get into the system deign details more than most and Mike was very helpful and had answers. That wasn't necessarily the case with other vendors I talked to (rhymes with tesla), which was irritating.

With so many companies choosing the HIGH pressure, "better get it now or you wont ever" tactics' in their sales pitch, it was the most pleasant conversation in my search for solar that I have had all month. The gentleman I spoke with (Michael) was very professional and so unlike a used car salesman, listened to my needs concerning my property location, expectations and financing options, and provided me with the best information to proceed.

Responded quickly. The agent was very personable, friendly and well informed. He provided good information, backed up by easy to understand charts, and answered my questions clearly and patiently. I did not feel pressured to make a quick purchase or purchase at all. At the moment I am comparing systems and prices between companies and have not decided on a purchase yet.

Our solar was just turned on and we love it! It's very exciting to see the meter showing the solar panels generating electricity and it's very gratifying when the app shows how many trees we saved that day or how many days we fully powered a refrigerator.
The process was smooth - so much so that my son is using Zenernet to put solar on his house right now! Michael and Claudia were amazing to work with.

Although I have put off installing Solar at this time, I had an excellent experience speaking with Josh about what a Solar package would look like for my home. I spoke today with Rondu today and he was very knowledgeable about Zenernt and I have learned so much today from our conversation about solar. He thought me about wattage and different solar panel and how much they put out compared to other companies. He was full if good information. He discussed the relative pros and cons of single vs multiple inverters, reviewed different panel configurations, and carefully explained the financing options. Mike M gave a clear, concise, no BS solar proposal. He answered all my questions without wasting time. He is polite, personable and clearly committed to the solar cause. This was a very different experience from my two other solar proposals. I am still crunching the numbers and looking at my budget, but Zenernet is looking like a very attractive option.

Tara E was awesome. i was pretty tough on her and requested lots of info and she continued to be patient with me the whole time. i was very impressed with her knowledge and her patience. Tara is a first class person and a great salesperson. I enjoyed my experience with her. In the end, we are still undecided as to what we might do next, but I can tell you that we will be coming back to Zenernet and Tara, should we decide to move forward with solar.

very detailed explanation. zenernet was number 1 solar company when I searched, so I wanted to get quotation before I make final decision. Ian explained about the difference between panels and I understood how and why I got those quotation prices from 2 other companies. I feel very comfortable after talking with him. Honesty Zenernet didn't offer the lowest price, but after considering all fact, I will go with Zenernet

This is an early review based on the sales portion of my experience with Zenernet. Rob H was informative, courteous, low-pressure, and transparent. I chose Zenernet partly because I felt I could trust Rob. I got the feeling from other companies that they were telling me what I wanted to hear as a customer, and I haven't felt that way with Zenernet. Rob's consistent yet not pushy follow-up was just right for me.

I found your company online and it had good customer reviews. I submitted a form and was contacted by a knowledgeable salesperson (Mike). We had a good review of options, and after 2 previous quotes, had an idea of what was competitive. Zenernet has exclusive access to next gen REC panels for a time period and these seem like the best available. Mike lowered the quote within my price range and I've decided to move forward. I hope the installation and service continues to be 5 star...

No pressure sales process. If they didn't have the answer they went and found it and got back to me quickly. Rob was patient and knowledgeable. I felt heard and understood. I compared Zenernet to several of our local solar companies and the ones I could get to respond were not on par with Zenernet for either sales process or price. I am glad I went with Zenernet. Have not had solar installed yet but initial appointment was excellent . The representative I spoke with, Mike Myers, was very straightforward and explained everything in great detail that was easy to understand. I appreciated his extensive knowledge and honest approach. Rob was very attentive and professional and showed that his interest was in addressing our issues and concerns with a non-mainstream project to look at replacing a leased solar system reaching the sunset of its term with a new solar system to be purchased. He was able to anwer or get answers to all our questions and concerns that were within Zenernet's control and had it not been for extenuating circumstances, this project would have been implemented.

Rob H was very prompt in contacting me (I has not yet even closed the online chat from Zenernet's website) to start the discussion. He was very attentive to the information I needed to impart regarding the desire to figure out the cost and process of replacing our current leased system (10 years old) with a new one. He asked for a day to put together some alternatives based on our current and projected needs and got back to both my wife and I precisely when expected and took an hour and a half over the phone to go over all of the specifics and features of Zenernet and its product offerings, cost options and planning for the future. He answered most of our questions and concerns about the solar world of today (and the expected near future) versus what existed 10 years ago. He also followed through on getting the requested product documentation and proposal to us the same day. His insights and help will make determining a final project path much easier. We are sure that we can rely on Rob to get us answers to the questions raised from reading the materials provided.

Zenernet's 25 year roof warranty, not just panel warranty, really caught my attention. The value was already great, but the full warranty gave me more assurance to move Zenernet to become my preferred provider.
Mike, my energy consultant, was great about addressing all my questions and explaining the details to help me understand the product and service better.

The use of quality and new tech is important to me, I like that Zenernet offered the LG panel/inverter combo. The financing options and warranty were also very appealing. The use of google share for the consult was also nice, the prepared slide deck and virtual meeting were very professional. Michael was timely, organized, and informative! Enjoyed the discussion.

Instead of going with this person’s Geyer that person’s recommendation I decided to look online for the highest rated companies by customers and peers. When I discovered the highly regarded reputation of Zenernet, I called them for a quote. Zenernet's automated proposal system was hassle-free and gave me a reasonable price on clear deliverables. It was helpful that I had researched panels and inverters and could specify a system from another proposal to compare "apples to apples." The proposal improved when I talked to one of their agents, Mike, who was very knowledgeable and personable. I learned a little too late in the process that they have a price matching policy. I highly recommend you get a proposal from them.

I'm not 100% sure about the company, but Blake gets 10 stars from me. In just two conversations (approx 2 hrs total) he has answered every one of my questions.
I feel he's been 100 % honest with me, even when the answers weren't exactly what I was hoping for.
BUT, when you're looking at an investment that may take a decade or two to retire, you really need the truth to make an intelligent decision. I feel he has done a good job at helping me find my way through the wilderness that is going solar.

I've been discussing a solar system with Brian B., an Energy Consultant from Zenernet for almost a month. He has been very responsive to all my questions and has helped educate me about the ins and outs of Solar. He has been great to work with to date and I would love to do business with him and Zenernet but because of an International Fire Code (ITC) requirement, he/Zenernet cannot supply a system large enough to meet my daughter and son in laws needs. I'd give a "5-star" rating but I believe the IFC requirement does not apply in Massachusetts but Brian is tied to company policy. "Thanks a lot for all you help Brian", Lee

The fact that you use top the line products , and your representatives have extensive knowledge. There was not one question that Rob was not able to answer, he was able to show me graphs or layouts of exactly what he was talking about so I had no reservations of any kind. It was a real pleasure talking to Rob, and you could tell he genuinely cared about his clients. Thank you very much it was a true pleasure.

While we did not end up going with Zenernet in the end, Rob H. was professional, courteous, and informative. We really enjoyed working with him and we appreciated all the time and help he gave us. Our decision not to go with Zenernet had nothing to do with our experience with Rob, but was related to finding a local company. We would recommend Zenernet to others, based solely on the customer service experience we had with Rob.

I am giving five stars for the quote process with Zenernet. The company was quick to respond on my request for a quote and respectful of my time when scheduling.
Mike M's of Zenernet provided an easy to understand, well prepared presentation. He was very personable and was able to answer my questions. I particularly like that they provided the environmental impact of going solar in their presentation. Overall, it was a very relaxed, no pressure kind of presentation which I appreciated.

Practical presentation with facts and not a lot of hype. Mike was very professional in his presentation and realistic on the application of a solar system that would cover our power requirements. When we realized that this would not be practical for our residence at this time, he did not become a high pressure salesman but more of a friend looking out for our best interest.

I have not purchased solar panels from Zenernet, but talked extensively with your representative, Brian B, about your product. My 5 star rating is based on my experience with Brian. I had many questions and Brian answered them. I determined that it would not be feasible to put up solar panels at this time, as my monthly bill is less than the cost of panels would be. Brian did not disagree with me or put pressure on me to make a purchase anyway.

I like the Zenernet ratings from independent sources on the Internet. I appreciate Greg taking the time to explain a lot about the workings of solar and the associated costs. I am a little concerned about the price as it is a LITTLE higher than several other quotes I received. Now I have to see if I can justify the higher price by the hopefully better performance/quality of the Zenernet components.

A very positive experience! Taylor B was thoroughly knowledgeable, very courteous, professional, patient, and had the information I needed at her fingertips. She had a couple of surprises for me (system size) which we will both be looking into before the next session. Time will tell, but my initial experience with Zenernet, and especially Taylor, was sufficiently positive that I would recommend both of them at this point. If I decide to have the solar system installed via Zenernet I would expect the installation and product to meet quite high standards.

We contacted Mike from Zenernet for a consultation about installing a solar system for my house, even later on we decided on hold on the project due my retirement matter, We had an amazing chat with Mike, he was very professional and details on the procedure. he did my son's house not long ago and he is very happy with Mike's work. Mike answered all my questions and concerns that I had about the process and definitely we will call him in case we decide to install the system at the house.
