I talked to Michael and reviewed all the data and with my unusual roof the install did not make much sense which was refreshing as others stated there were no issues even with the steep roof and limited flat areas. I appreciated his honesty and taking the time to show me the limited space challenges.

However when I inquired who the solar installer would be in my area he initially was Unable to give me the name of local installers in northern San Joaquin Valley. He finally mentioned True green electric which appears to be a full-service solar company who Zenernet apparently contracts with.

It was the worst experience I have ever had. Because of their delays I could not get the Job done in 2020 and lost a lot of tax deductions because of it. I am glad I did not use them. If that was their customer service before i purchased their solar panels, who knows how it would be if I had trouble with my solar panels.

So far we have had a roller coaster ride with Zenernet. From an approved project to pulling that off the table to regroup with a more realistic project that our home can afford and that our environmental conditions will support.
