Starting the solar process is very intimidating and confusing for a layperson. Mike made the process comfortable and informative. It was like talking with an old friend. If I do decide to go solar, it will be with Zenernet because of the feeling that emanates from its employees, not prices. And the cost is extremely competitive.

The sales experience was great and they sell quality products and systems for a great price. We checked with other companies and Zenernet was by far the best pricing and warranties. Things were great for awhile with good communication until they weren’t. We went through 2 or 3 project managers and there was miscommunication with the installer so we did not get all the items for the system we bought. Zenernet did fix the issue and the installer came back. But they came back 5 times and it took almost 2 months to get everything figured out and working correctly. Granted we got a very intense system with a backup battery and failover for power outages and night time use. I mean it was the works. The farther along things got the harder it was to get things figured out as to how the system needed to be installed and configured to work correctly. I honestly feel it was the fault of the project managers. In the end we got stuff straightened out. We got a 110% output system and only paid 14.00 for our summer bill. Now we get credit back from APS for all the power we put back to grid. Overall the panels and hardware works amazing and we are pleased with the high end products sold. Just stop going through people and get all your ducks in a row and make sure you know what the customer bought. Give them a call to save headaches later.

Greg walked me through the process and answered all the questions I presented to him, and pointed out a couple of things I needed to consider that I hadn't asked about. Overall the presentation took a reasonable amount of time and had the information I think I need. He was an excellent representative for Zenernet. My only concern is the cost is higher than I expected.

Mike M was clear, informative, pleasant and currently most likely to get the contract of the three we listened to this week. He was the second and shortest presentation with the clearest proposal package, smoothest looking installation (and lowest financing rate). Still considering another possibility, but Zenernet is the front runner.

I didn't go with them, but I have to say the explanation and the warranty package sounded GREAT. I would have used them if I'd had more confidence in the local installers--that's why I took off a star. Michael, the guy explaining it all to me, was patient and friendly without slipping into salesman mode. After weeks of listening to hard-sales, it was a great change. He also seemed to know more than the average salesperson and didn't mind my constant interruptions with questions.

Their people need to be better trained. The salesman vanished after the sale and didn't respond to e-mails or phone calls. It took almost a month to resolve a dispute with the project manager over paying by charge card. Finally fixed in 5 minutes in phone call with COO. Took an additional month for drawings while being told that they were in the works. It would have been better to be honest with me and give a realistic estimate rather than 10=14 working days. Was told by the PM that there were structural problems with the house after these two months. I went ballistic but managed to resolve the problem with the sales manager in a few minutes over the phone. The drawings are being submitted for permits and I hope the project moves smoothly from now on. RAM Fortuna CA

They were responsive to my requests for information and they supplied the necessary data to make a decision. Since our organization could not take advantage of the tax credits for solar installation, we did not pursue solar with Zenernet.

We did a solar web consultation with Mike M. and it went great. I was worried about in-person contact during Corona, so the remote meeting was a relief. The consultation was educational and very low pressure which I like. Shopping for solar can be very exhausting but not with Zenernet!
