The crew has always been very nice. This is the only airlines I will fly. Just don't like the charge for WiFi. Most of my trips are just a few hours in the air and my return trip is always a few days apart. Don't want to pay $8.00 for an hour of Wifi, just to send out a few emails or check my emails.

Over the last few years my girklfriend and I have flown only Southwest airlines. I have flown many other airlines when I was a little younger. With Southwest we have always found a seat that was comfortable to us.The stewardesses were always friendly and helpful. If we wanted something to drink, or a pillow or blanket they were very happy to get us what we wanted. And always with a smile. We have therefore decided anytime we fly it would be with Southwest airlines. It might be a little more expensive but it is well worth it.

We flew non stop from Buffalo to Orlando. Our flights were both nice flights. The attendant met our needs, The flight there was on time and perfect. The flight home was delayed but they kept us informed and we got home without any further issues. Thanks Southwest. You;re the best

I have always used Southwest as my flight carrier. Only once did we have a delay which was caused by bad weather on one connection. Everyone was nice, polite and helpful. On my 50th wedding trip they made me and my spouse really cute gifts from Southwest. Always on time.

I haven't flown in a long time but always had good service with Southwest. One trip back from Ohio to Chicago, it was super rough. BUT..our crew told jokes and sang most of the way. Being a frequent flyer on several airlines the rough air wasn't a problem for me but some of the other fliers weren't so calm. Thanks!!!

I always fly SW whenever possible. I like the efficient way in which they board. Everyone gets a snack. The flight attendants are always friendly and smiling. Flights are held for the travelers from delayed flights. Our luggage was on time even though our flight had been delayed and we had to run to meet our next flight. I highly recommend SW.

Love the way Southwest takes care of me as a disabled passenger and love their fares and fees, or lack thereof. They once held a connecting flight for me in Las Vegas and let me deplane first with a wheelchair waiting to get me to the next gate. I can't say enough good things about this airline.

We carry the SW credit card. We earn points by use of the card, yearly, and purchases. Very happy with this airline. Beverages and snacks are served. Staff have always been polite. Passengers are allowed 2 free checked bags and a carry on, you don't see this on many airlines and it is a huge savings. SW has their wanna get a way flights that are the most reasonable I've seen. I truly wish you could fly SW out of Fargo or Grand Forks ND. Would save us approx. a 6 hour drive to the cities.

I enjoyed the flights we took this week , my only dis like was seating was not assigned it was a first come first serve passengers boarding first got first pic, I couldnt sit with my daughter on three of the four flights we were on.even though I bought both tickets at the same time.

There is nothing that I don't love about Southwest Airlines. They are awesome. They offer great rates to places all over the country. They recently introduced service to Hawaii. Their planes have been clean and their flight attendants are fun, happy and courteous. They do not charge for first item of checked baggage. They have no hassle boarding and when flying with kids, they have always been helpful. SouthWest Airlines is my first choice.

I use southwest a lot. They are a very affordable airline and I love the fact they they still offer two free check-in bags. I’m pretty sure they are the only airline that still offers that and paying for checked bags really adds up. Southwest will always be an airline I will continue using. They may not have assigned seats, but it’s worth it to me to not have to pay for checking a bag.

I used Southwest Airlines to travel to different athletic events with my team. My teammates and I had a fantastic experience. Before my team and I enter the plane the pilot welcomed us, which I thought was very kind. The flight attendants were very patient and helpful throughout the whole flight. None of my flights got delayed. Overall my experience with Southwest Airlines was great. Highly recommend.

Here’s what I like about Southwest... It’s one of the few airlines that allows you to cancel flight 10 minutes before boarding and you do not lose the credit of your flight and can use it on a later flight. It feels very egalitarian inside the plane and that there are no special seats everyone finds her own seat and is treated equally. I love the baggage allowance and I know that if I’m paying a very inexpensive flight I don’t have to pay extra for baggage. I definitely like all their new destinations to the Caribbean and some in Central America. I am a new travel companion so I can fly free with my partner. I think they can do better by pricing some flights more competitively. I feel like I can often find a round-trip with another cheaper airline for the cost of one Southwest one-way flight. This is of course with the exception of those really inexpensive low fares they have every now and then. If you have a lot of flexibility in your schedule and are not fixed on going somewhere in particular at a particular time in southwest could be a good option for you. But if you’re pressed to find the cheapest flight for your specific dates then it may not always give you the best price But if you’re pressed to find the cheapest flight for your specific dates then it may not always give you the best price. however I can vouch for the flying experience and that has always been great.

Very professional airline company my grandson came home on y'all airline and the flight was very professional and courtoues the whole time from Baltimore MD to New Orleans LA they took very good care of my grandson the whole trip the flight attendant was very nice to meet us as we picked up our grandson from the airport his mother my daughter had everything set up for us to have a good experience during this traveling time so we could visit with our grandson that summer 😊 and we enjoyed every minute of it Thank You for taking care of my grandson

Southwest is the only airline I fly with whenever I am picking my next trip. Anytime there has been a delay for my flight the company has been completely transparent, and our always makes it thier priority to acommodate its passengers! I also love this airline because they allow you to have two FREE, checked bags!! Flying can be expensive when flying with a family, so I really appreciate Southwest for this policy, knowing I do not have to pay for my bags.

My daughter lives in Las Vegas and I frequently take the Southwest Airlines flight back and forth from Salt Lake City. If my plans change I love that Southwest will keep the credit I paid and I can use that money at a later time! It is worry free and such an easy trip every time. I'm actually flying with Southwest Airlines tomorrow, and I'm very excited about it. I am a returning customer because I've had great experiences with them before. Their website is very user friendly, however I did notice on websites such as expedia, where they compare prices, that Southwest flights were never listed. But I was pleasantly surprised as I was doing my research that it just so happened to be the cheapest route to my final destination, and that I could fly directly without any layovers. Their employees always seem to be happy. 10 out of 10 would fly again.

Hands down my favorite Airline. Been flying with them for decades. I love that you still get one free checked bag. I love that their fares are always reasonable and I can get to most of my regulars destinations without much hassle. They do have a bad track record for delays and that has been annoying at times, but I can’t think of an airline where that isn’t a problem at one point or another.

I don't fly enough to be dedicated to one airline, but I always check prices on southwest first because I've had great service with them in the past and I feel like they don't have tons of extra fees (like baggage fees) like other airlines. I might even go with Southwest even if the ticket price is a little higher because I support the transparency they have with their customers and I think it's a great way to run a business. I don't feel like their trying to get every dollar they can out of me like some other airlines.

If you like traveling, Southwest Airlines is for you! You get to choose your own seat -- first come, first serve for checking in online -- and you get to check a bag free! They will rarely let you down and carry you across the country 30,000 feet above the ground. The planes are big and spacious and you won't feel too voerly crowded and miserable as you zoom through above the clouds with 100 other people.

Love their cheap rates, free baggage, and customer service. The ability to cancel a flight if circumstances change and get flight credit is a nice plus. Their customer service is always so friendly and helpful. They are great at accommodating families on flights and when one of my flights was changed and they put us on a flight that didn't work, we just called up and they changed to one that would work without charging us any extra fees. They are the best in the airline industry.

I love purchasing my ticket on Southwest because I believe its the only airline out of Salt Lake City that if plans change you can use your credit that you paid for your flight for another time. I bought a ticket to Minneapolis, Minnesota last November to watch my sister play for the final four in Volleyball. It was a great price but risky because there was a huge chance they wouldn't make it to the final, but they did and I was glad I could trust Southwest even if they lost!

If we have the option, we always choose Southwest because they seem to really care about their customers. We love that they don't charge us for baggage like most of the other areas which is a big deal when you are traveling in a family of 6 or more. We also seem to find some of the lowest fares on Southwest and all of their staff is extremely friendly.

And they are incredibly accommodating when I ruptured my Achilles’ tendon, made sure I was preboard, had a wheel chair and someone to push me and took great care of me!

Every time we fly a diferent airline to save a few bucks we regret it. SW never has a wait to check bags, which of course is free. Boarding takes half the time - no spending 45 mintues waiting for 18 groups to be called and either spending 40 minutes on the plane if you board early or 40 minutes listening to board. Staff always friendly and competent. Usually they are competitive price-wise anyways, esp if you're taking luggage. Worth the extra when they aren't.

Southwest is about as good as it gets. No baggage fees, friendly service and the seats aren't too small and tight. They're actually fairly comfortable. While you don't choose a seat, I appreciate that they've gone to assigning numbers in which to board in order. It used to be a free-for-all with grown men knocking their way through and cutting in front of moms with children (yes, I was one of those moms). Anytime travel plans change, they will happily give you a credit for the next time. Great customer service.

I have flown on Southwest many times. They have fantastic customer service, and is always trying to make you as comfortable and happy as possible. The seats are nice, and have pretty good leg room. The pilot even invited my little brother to come see how the cockpit works, and let him take pictures in the pilot's seat! I also flew with Southwest at 12years old, without a guardian or parent with me. They took very good care of me, and kept me really safe. They also give out free drinks and snacks!

I do enjoy the early bird check in option for a better boarding number and take advantage as often as I can. I also enjoy the stand up comedy routines some of their flight attendants have developed for the before flight safety review

When looking for flights, I'm looking for the lowest price possible and so I find myself flying mostly with Southwest. Their flight attendants are usually really awesome and love not having to worry about baggage fees. There are some luxuries that other airlines have that Southwest does not, but those missing luxuries aren't a problem to me when I'm saving money.

I am so glad that there is still an airline that allows you to take checked bags and carry on items at no extra charge! While many people find the boarding process to be frustrating or annoying, I have never minded the process. I have always been able to find a seat and a place for my belongings. I love that the flight attendants are happy, personable, and willing to be a little bit silly when they are on the mic! I appreciate that Southwest allows me to cancel or change a ticket without charging extra fees! I have always have positive experiences with Southwest Airlines!

I love to fly with Southwest airlines because they have great discount fares without sacrificing convenience or service. They also have worked to avoid the extra fees charged by other airlines. Seating is still a small issue, because if you forget to check in on time, you're stuck boarding last because of the first come first serve seating--but all in all the price makes this hassle worth it. The flights are always on time, and the staff is very professional and polite. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I even had a flight attendant help hold my baby during a four hour flight to Florida once. She saw her struggling to stay still and walked her up and down the aisle a few times to keep her occupied until she finally fell asleep. These are the kind of personal touches that keep me coming back again and again to Southwest.

SouthWest Airlines is a great option for air travel. It is different, and that's kind of the point. No, there are no assigned seats, but that's not particularly a bad thing. They are the last airline that isn't gouging you at every turn. I only fly SW and I fly a fair amount per year. I can take two bags and lighten my load when traveling. They still give snacks. If my plans change I can cancel or rearrange my trip without fees heaped on me. If the price of the trip goes down I can get a credit. I highly recommend them.

I really enjoy Southwest. The flight attendants are very kind. Very helpful on the flight. Buying tickets is very self-explanatory. The only thing that I dislike about Southwest is sometimes you're not able to sit with the person that you bought tickets with so that's one of the down points to it. Southwest I really enjoy and would recommend it to family and friends. I still fly Southwest. They have flights to everywhere that's a great bonus point as well.

I would give Southwest 5 Stars if it weren’t for their Las Vegas crew They have no compassion whatsoever for the disabled I refuse to go that route unless it’s the only option I received zero help being in a wheelchair I have issues with my neck and spine I felt invisible!! They need to be educated more I have a hard time walking. Now their App I will hands down give it a 5***** rating! It’s super easy, convenient and just a game changer for sure! Their fares are on point!

Southwest is a reliable, mostly affordable airline with a lot of flights to choose from. I like Southwest because they don't charge for up to 2 checked bags and you can cancel without a penalty. Sometimes their flights are expensive, but if you have a flexible schedule, you can usually find a flight that is affordable.

This airlines offers free checked bags. However they don't assign seats. You can pay extra for the early bird seating which guarantees you seating within the first 60 seats. However this doesn't work if your connecting flight is late, then they herd you on the plane like cattle and you and your traveling party will be separated and you will sit with strangers. They ruined our returned flight on our Honeymoon. Looking back I should have not even boarded the plane and made them put us on another flight as it was not our fault our connecting flight came in late. The flight crew does not care about listening to your concerns. Very insensitive people. Would not use them agaib.
