I fly SW when I travel. I love this airline and the flight attendants and pilots are great. . I also love that that my bags fly free. It is the only airline I fly now.. I would say it is the best.

I love Southwest! We get good prices, good service, and save a lot of money with the 2 bags fly free service. They are almost always on time.. I never look at any other airline websites.

I recently took a flt from boston to Jacksonville, florida. We had a layover in nashville but devirted to Dayton due to weather. When we finally arrived in Nashville later that night all 143 passengers scrambled for the reservation desk to re book. Well after almost 2 hrs in line , because only 2 workers, and being skipped over twice in an effort to help others in back of the line we were told to come back at 4 a.m. to try for stand by spots. It being midnight at this point we sat up all night in the airport to make sure we were there on time {4 am}. Well representative didnt show till almost 5 am so it was another scramble to get a flight as there were many more of us back there with only one representative to rebook us. Horrible customer service!

I been flying with southwest for years everyone has always been very polite . and Its very good that they don't charge for your luggage and I don't think they should any ways like others due that's one reason I stay with Southwest and they still can keep there prices down.

We have flown Southwest for many years - love the free baggage and the ability to change flights without a change fee. However, our last THREE flights were delayed for HOURS. The first time we got to the airport at 6 a.m. for our 7 a.m. flight. Found out at 6:30 that our flight would be delayed five hours while they flew in a part from Baltimore. The part was for the co-pilot's seat (the co-pilot on the last flight the night before should have reported the problem but didn't). We were all given $100 vouchers for our next flight. Fast forward to June - we use our $100 vouchers toward flights to Ft. Lauderdale (from Hartford). We're almost to our runway when the pilot announces there's a problem and we have to return to the gate. When we get back to the gate he announces that he has been up all night! because he ate "bad sushi", and that he thought he was better, but just had "another incident" and didn't think he should be flying. If he had been "up all night", shouldn't he have called in sick in the first place? Another four hour wait while they sent in another pilot from Baltimore. Also, another $100 voucher for our next flight! Now we're leaving Ft. Lauderdale. We arrive at the airport to discover that our flight has been delayed (three hours? four? - I can't remember). Couldn't they have sent us an e-mail so we could have gone to the movies or gone to dinner instead of sitting around the airport? We were able to scramble and find another flight (with a connection which I try to avoid due to vertigo) and got home within two hours of our original flight. I'm convinced the vouchers are just a scam to get us to book another flight (can't fly too many places for $100!).

My daughter and I fly frequently and use Southwest as Often as possible. We LOVE Southwest. Their staff, etc. are the top notch. Friendly, courteous, overall fun to fly with. I don't think we have Ever had a bad experience with Southwest.

We were delayed by three hours before even starting our flight, this made us miss our flight out of Atlanta, GA and Southwest put us up in a Hilton Hotel for the night once we got to Atlanta. We were told that this included complimentary breakfast and were given vouchers for lunch. The Hilton does not have complimentary breakfasts and it is expensive ($9.00 for oatmeal), they also do not have free wifi. We ended up using our lunch vouchers as well as complaining to management who then did cover our $39.00 breakfast. We arrived one day late to our destination and had only two days remaining to spend with our ill mother and this was more than likely our last visit to see her, she is not expected to last much longer. The whole situation was just heartbreaking for us and while the delay was beyond Southwests control it was very stressful for us. Our future flights we will look into other airlines before booking with Southwest.

Southwest is the only airlines that I fly on. They have the best fare rates and do not charge bag checkibg fees on your first 2 bags. They are usually on time and the flights are always pleasant. Most of their flight attendants are friendly and provide excellent service. I would recommend Southwest to every one.

Overall Southwest is very reasonable, affordable and does their best to stay on schedule. Certainly they have one of the shortest and easiest boarding process. On many of the the trips I've taken with Southwest their flight attendants are just awesome and very entertaining. They've handled the merger with Air Trans really well.

I am a rewards member and always fly Southwest. They are the cheapest and bags are always free. However, I was very disappointed in the experience of my last flight. It was May and I had been in California since January bc my Nana was dying. I was finally flying home to Texas to see my son. Sadly, both my checked suitcases were destroyed. I realize that its not always perfect, but they were brand new and now I can no longer use them. Southwest never responded to the claim and my luggage wasn't replaced. Made me very sad bc I love Southwest.

The steps involved from selecting flights to boarding to retrieving luggage is excellent and user friendly. I am indeed a loyal SWA traveler.

What I enjoy most about Southwest is the attitude of there employees. The employees are always upbeat and helpful. The flight times on more than one occasion have been late, but the friendliness and eagerness to inform the passengers has been great. I would fly them again, if they would have roomier seats, they would have gotten a 10. They pack you in like cattle.

Southwest has gone above and beyond each time we've flown to Aruba with them. The flight attendants are always cheerful and helpful. Our last flight was delayed and we were sent a $100 voucher for each of us for a future flight. That wasn't necessary but was very appreciated. Thank you Southwest.

We fly with SWA and have since 2006. We have always had an awesome experience with this airline even with delays. SWA has a non stop flight which made it possible to keep a co-parent situation functional for my children. I always recommend this airline first and foremost.

I have never had a bad experience with Southwest. HAD to fly one of the other airlines one time and they damaged my suitcase, the seats were so close even I didn't have room for my knees and I'm on 5' tall. I cannot imagine how uncomfortable the 6'+ people were. Always fly Southwest. And did I mention the free bags and good rates.

I love SouthWest and love flying with them! From the free snacks to the open seating, it is great for families so they are not separated. They don't nickel and dome you for everything either. The bag policies are very reasonable and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg to get a carry on either. When I can I always try and fly with SouthWest!
