I love this airline. Sure, the boarding procedure is a little like a cattle call and the planes can be tight; but, the people who work within the company really seem to get customer service. They are friendly and accommodating. I missed my plane once in Denver and everyone from the ticket agents to flight attendants on every leg of the, admittedly self-inflicted nine hour journey, seemed to be watching out for me and concerned that I made it home safely...at no extra charge. After that, Southwest had a customer for life! Oh, and, their two bag policy makes longer trips a little less expensive.
