What I love about SW Airlines is the attitude of the employees. They are dedicated to making your trip easy and comfortable. Everyone who travels has issues in one form or another. But SW makes it easy and they work to make your experience a good one. I think it's their commitment to safe and easy that makes them the best!

I am an infrequent flier, but when I do fly, I always choose Southwest. Yes, because their prices are great, but so are their staff and crew. I'm always a bit wacko when flying, so I really appreciate the good-natured banter that often transpires. It takes the edge off my nerves. Yup - I'm a believer!!

There is no other airline like Southwest! The fares are excellent. The flight attendants have great attitudes and go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable. I really like how friendly they are. The pilots are great! They are the best in the industry. I feel safe flying Southwest! No Airline does it better. Southwest is The Best!

My husband and I got cheap airfare during one of Southwest Airlines specials and were able to spend more on our hotel room! Flight left on time and we had no problems on our round trip. One of our best vacations so far! Thanks Southwest!

Southwest Airlines is one of the best in the U.S. I travel, often, to see two of my sons who live in Spokane, WA. Every employee that I have had contact with has always been so very nice and helpful. More importantly, I thank the pilots for a safe take-off and landing. All lives do matter.

I usually fly Southwest and love the free check bag policy. What I do not like is the early boarding. While it does work fairly well in the states it was a joke when in the Dominican Republic. They lined us up like cows and herded us out the door to board buses. You would have thought that all the early boarders would have been put on one bus and taken to the place first. No, after we boarded the bus they loaded everyone else onto the same bus so we were crammed behind everyone else. After we get to the plane then we had to regroup again before boarding. I'd rather have the option to purchase assigned seats.

Love the airline and the funny stewards that work the planes. Love the 2 "bags fly free". Only complaint I have is the seats are way, way to small. I have severe back problems, and it's all I can do to make a 3 to 4 hour flight to and back from Chicago without being in severe pain. Can't move or shift. Had to read my newspaper with my elbows to my side. Very hard. But outside of that, a great airline. I don't ever fly anything different. I book everything Southwest and am able to get my favorite "NONSTOP" to where ever I go.

For the few times I have traveled with Southwest I have always had a pleasant experience. I like the fact I get to pick my own seat just wish there was a little more room. Stewardess were great! It is SouthWest for me or nothing else.

I love SWA! Fly it often, and love the 2 free bags and the service they give to those needing assistance! My one complaint? Not enough sites! When they purchased AirTran, I lost my direct flight into Charleston, WV to visit my grandsons! Please re-institute MCO-CRW at least twice a week! I was forced to fly a much less satisfactory but nationally known airline and was not a happy camper!!

I love southwest. the people that work for this airline are great.. I have never hat a bad flite. they makeup time in the air if they late taking off. they make me feel special when I fly with them. I am going to fly 5 times with them this year. I wish they would fly to st Croix that would be great. a GREAT airline

Recently had to travel for a relative's request to gather family for maybe the last time. He is suffering from terminal cancer. SWA went above and beyond to ensure that all 10 of our group arrived at our destination on time. Could not have asked for more. I am a true fan of SWA.

last june there was 8 in our group flew from Nashville to Jacksonville for 6 day cruise on fascination. flight great both ways. being handicapped and cannot walk the flight attendant assisted me along with brother to isle seat at bulkhead. another flight coming oct 10/16 to Disney out of bham. 8 of us. great airline.

We enjoyed our flight from GR to Las Vegas! Only complaint was the "extra leg room", we purchased. On the left side of the plane it is cramped. Shouldn't have to pay extra on the left! Your flight crew was awesome & we look forward to our next flight.

The crew were super sweet to me and kept checking to see if I was OK. I have flown 4 times now and will be heading out again in the next few months. I will be flying Southwest for all my trips.

Both my husband/I recently traveled on SWA on our trip up North to visit one of my brothers in Minnesota. We commend SWA for their courtesy, customer service, prompt attention to their customers/as well as their passengers. The next time we fly, we'll 'very much/indeed' be flying SWA/no other airline.

I love SW! I will use not other carrier unless I go where they do not fly. Love the employees from the guys at the curb that check me in to the pilots who many times greet you when you get on and the great funny flight attendants. They get a plane boarded very quickly.

We flew to Columbus Ohio and Southwest was very helpful and had wheel chairs when we went to Ohio and our return trip to Saint.Louis The attendants were so helpful. We are in our 70th and can't walk that far.. Our trip was very enjoyable.

I love Southwest....they are very accommodating. I have health problems & request to sit where I can see the stewardess. I usually carry an ice pack to help. One time I forgot it. I asked the stewardess if....after we were in the air I could get some ice. She did not wait....she created one & brought it to me right then. I need a pre-boarding pass...which I feel awkward asking for and am always cheerfully given one. I don't fly a lot......but always fly Southwest!

wish you would go from Hilo, Hawaii all the way to Ohio! Several years back, we did catch a flight on Southwest from Durham, N.C. to Columbus, OH. From the time we checked in, we were treated with respect and all of the workers were very cordial, pleasant and respectful. We loved our experience.

We only fly Southwest. Have never had any issues. Love the no fees for checked bags, free non alcoholic drinks, free peanuts, pretzels, cookies or whatever the snack is with the drink. So far have always had friendly helpful and sometimes downright funny attendants. We love Southwest!

I have flown with Southwest on two separate occasions within a year's time. I can't stress enough how pleasant our trips were. The staff was super nice and helpful. Anytime anybody I know is planning air travel, I always tell them to try Southwest. I mean, why would anybody travel any other airline. Love you guys!!!!!!!

I love flying Southwest Airlines. I like the fact that I don't feel overcharged every time I check in. The other airlines are just greedy and always find ways to nickel and dime you. Want a snack or cola? southwest doesn't charge extra but other airlines charge extra for both.

I have nothing but praise for Southwest and take them with every trip--personal or business. It's not just the free baggage, it's the ticket agents, the flight attendants, everyone connected with them. The attendants always bring humor to the trip, and in the instances where I've had to change or cancel a trip, there was never a penalty.

I am a dedicated customer to Southwest airlines. They have the best frequent flyer program hands down. Their prices are better than competitors. I'm not a big fan of the A-B-C seating system but it works OK. My only complaint is the seats are horrendously uncomfortable. My flights are normally 2 to 3 hours at most. Any longer than that and the seats would turn into torture machines.

Flight Attendants are thee most fun, comical, "real", people and make flying "fear free"! Always was comfortable and had plenty of beverages and snacks! Seats were amazing! Colorful planes are nice. Ticketing and Boarding...great. The only reason I did not give a 10 was....And this is UNIFORM ON ALL my flights with them: When they land...it is like landing on an aircraft carrier!!! Real hard stops. Pilots must have been ex-Airforce Pilots that trained on aircraft carriers!!! LOVE SOUTHWEST though!!!

SouthWest has always been very kind and helpful. Since I'm disabled they were always there to help me and a wheelchair was always there when I got there.They have been funny sometimes and it helps to relax you. The last time my flight was cancelled and they got me on a flight that was just leaving. Thank You Southwest.

Ok, so lets start with the bad. They don't really allow you to book that weekend getaway (Fri-Sun) or travel on (Fri or Sun) for the cheap fare like they used to. Now the Good. Basically everything else. No bag fees, Lowest fares. More travel times especially if you are a big city. The flight crews are awesome. I used to fly Continental before they merged with United on a SD to NYC (EWR) route for $360 Non-stop. They now want $600 for same flight. SWA is a beautiful $366!! All around SWA gets you there!

Southwest is usually the only airline I use. The free bags, the availability of using points for tickets, coupons and service has always been good and easy. Even though I don't like the boarding system, it works! I don't have little ones but just wish they would change the system for families with small children. They need to be allowed on after A1-15. I flown with Southwest 3-4 times and have never had an issue. Back in January I had to fly back to Rochester, NY, my dad had died suddenly. Southwest helped me with my reservation(phone) and car. Associate was caring and very sympathetic. My wife and are flying with them again in Sept.. I love Southwest!!!!

Prefer to fly Southwest over any other airline. Free bags, great service, pleasant employees, Helpful when need support. Points add up fast and it doesn't take 80,000 to book a flight. How about 8,500 for two tickets to Phoenix, non-stop.

I "LUV" Southweat! I have never had a problem with ticketing, delays, or cost. I work in a store which is located in a tourist and convention city. I have alot of customers who come in and have to buy things because other airlines have lost their luggage and I have yet to hear Southwest being one of them. Always telling them that Southwest is the best!

I love Southwest and fly them every time I fly. They are on time almost all of the time and have very friendly flight attendants and some of them quite funny. I also love their Rapid Rewards. Since I fly a lot for business, I get to fly free frequently for pleasure.
