We always fly Southwest when going down to visit family in California. They have tons of options for direct flights out of Salt Lake. The cross-country trips are harder because you have to connect making those trips much longer.

Southwest offers a lot of great prices on domestic flights. You need to get your boarding pass early so you can have seat preference. In fact, I recommend printing your boarding pass at home before you get to the airport. Now, you can even just have your boarding pass electronically on your phone so you don't have to hassle with the paper ticket.

We love Southwest. When it came to taking our first family trip Southwest was our choice because of price, quality, and safety. We have also chosen Southwest when our 12 year old daughter had to travel alone. Their policies and practices with unaccompanied minors was huge. Southwest is a great company.

I fly Southwest as often as I can. I get where I am going for less costs. The staff are extremely friendly. I know they value me being a customer. I also appreciate not being nickeled and dimed for every little item such as baggage, etc. Thanks for being the airline for the people.

Most times I can find something cheap but sometimes its a hassle for me and my kids to fly with them because they're not very accommodating or ask. I don't mind it flying alone. My favorite is the skycap. The workers there are quick and more helpful than the ones inside the airport at the desk. The flights are always good but have been delayed more times than I like. Luckily I'm not in a rush to get anywhere when I've used them.

I've used this airline for travel more than any other for it's accessibility, reliability and cost. I've flown from the Mideast to the Midwest, Florida to California, Detroit to Atlanta. All with minimal delays. I am using them to fly to Cabo for Valentine's day band am confident they will be reliable again.

My pre-teen daughter's first time flying alone was on South West. I was very nervous, but the airlines delivered. From the first gate attendant to stewardess, they helped direct her to Gates, places to eat, and what to do during her lay over. They where extremely helpful and gave this Mama some peace of mind. Southwest has the most friendly Flight Attendants in the Business, its easily distinguishable that Southwest treats their employees well, they make the flight more enjoyable. Prices on flights are extremely competitive with Southwest, if you live in the West you will find great routes mostly in the US. This would be a 5 star rating if Southwest used assigned seating with their ticketing process, which I prefer travel can be stressful I dont want to worry about getting a certain seat on the plane.

The stewardesses always made travel as comfortable as possible. Being someone who is actually afraid of heights and planes, every staff member made it more relaxing and distracted me from my fears. I also always landed (in the 4 times I've used Southwest Airlines) smoothly despite storms.

They helped us make arrangements for a new flight and didn't charge us the difference in the flight. We really appreciated their kindness because we were already so devastated.

We have used Southwest for our travel many times. Although we have had more comfortable flights with other airlines, we enjoy Southwest as well. They are affordable compared to other airlines, have fewer delays than we have experienced elsewhere, allow free bags (which is always a plus for us), and fly non-stop to many destinations. We have always been greeted by friendly staff and have had great experience with our travel with Southwest.

We only ever fly Southwest! We love how convenient it is to be able to check 2 bags for free and to be able to check ourselves in ahead of time. There hasn't been very many times that flight delays or cancellations have occurred. It's also nice to be able to save miles/money online so that if plans change you don't lose your money.

Southwest is great! If you're traveling close by, you can usually get some pretty cheap flights! If you're traveling far and for a long time, it's great you get two free checked bags. HUGE game changer. Also no change fees, I mean that's amazing.

Southwest is a great choice for an airline. They usually have some of the cheapest airline trips, and are fairly flexible. You can cancel your flight within two weeks of your flight without getting a cancellation fee. You get a bag checked for free plus two carry ons. Some of their planes can be a little old and run down, but slowly as I have traveled more and more with them, they have increased their quality of planes

Ive flown on Southwest and number of times to many destinations and I’ve never had a problem. Their flights have always been on time And I’ve never had an issue. Their planes are clean and their customer service is great. I would recommend flying with Southwest to anyone. Happy they are flying to Hawaii now.

I love Southwest! I have flown with them several times. They are very affordable, especially because you don’t have to pay extra for baggage. They have also been on time almost every time (the one time I think it was late was weather related so there wasn’t anything they could’ve done). I would definitely it’s recommend this airline.

I always check Southwest Airlines first when I need a flight. They usually have the best value for the money. I prefer to have assigned seats, but the savings is worth sacrificing having that perk. Also, once when I did not need to use a ticket, it was great to be able to apply it to another flight within the year. Another time when I was having trouble checking in online and called Southwest, they explained there was some difficulty but were very helpful and got me checked in. I've always had a good experience with their customer service.

Hands down best no frills airline I fly. They still serve snacks, you get 2 checked bags, and drinks. They don't try to nickel and dime you to death like the other airlines. You have to get on right away and get your seat number, but that's okay by me.

I have found Southwest Airlines to be the perfect airline for random trips. Most of the time I plan a last minute vacation because of the fare sales from Southwest. I love flying Southwest. Online checkin and the boarding process are easy. I usually only take a small carryon and my computer bag. It's nice to board with light baggage. I wish the airline would limit those customers that bring on very large carryons and make the boarding and deboarding longer.

There is not a better airline in my opinion. Southwest’s free 2 bags per person, quality of service, locations offered, prices, refund/change policy (no fees), and incentives with their frequent flyer program is unbeatable. I have enjoyed my flights with Southwest and recommend them to everyone. Their credit card perks are incredible as well.

They offered great service with a wide variety of flights to all kinds of places. The flights are cheaper than other airlines, and they offer many of the amenities that other more expensive airlines offer. They have free treats, they offer activities and reading materials, and they have comfortable seating with quite a bit of leg room. They tried to make my flight as pleasant as possible.

I love flying with southwest, they're nice and friendly, I've only had an issue once, which they resolved. They competitors are getting more competitive with the pricing and promotions, which is the only thing that stops them from flying with them. But I do enjoy them as whole and have never had a problem that wasn't resolved.

I love the laid back culture of Southwest Airlines. The app is very easy to use and is great for digital boarding passes. It is open seating but the staff is always very friendly. Lately, the planes that I've flown on have all looked new. Also, their flights can be changed for free This is awesome because plans can change! Also. ,they are the only airline that I know that allows two checked bags for free!

I fly Southwest at least 4 times a year for both personal and business travel. We love that they don’t charge extra for luggage. They staff are usually easy to work with and friendly. We especially love it when we get a flight attendant with humor. We don’t love the boarding process. Seems sill to let the front fill up first and it can split up families, but is ok if you get in the A or first half of B seating group.

Overall, we like Southwest airlines. They're very dependable and reasonably priced. You don't get to pick your seats, but my flights are usually short so I don't really care. You do feel a little big like cattle being herded onto the plane, but I'm not super fussy about that. Employees are always very friendly and sometimes funny. They're a company with a good sense of humor.

i like flying with Southwest. They are always so nice! i think in the many times i have flew with Southwest there was only two times where there was a mechanical delay. I love that the flight attendants are so caring and personable. i always find good deals, even last minute deals
