LuckyVitamin began three generations ago with a family interested in helping others live healthier. Starting with a pharmacy in 1956, the Wolf family became frustrated with western medicine and wanted to do more with natural wellness and alternative medicine. They opened a health and nutrition store in 1996, offering a wider variety of services and products for health. Although the site is extremely detailed and thorough on its information, this can make it a little hard to navigate. There are multiple pages a user must go through before getting to a page with actual products on it. It also has 24 categories of products which, while some may find helpful, others may find it is too many and makes browsing difficult.

While it is good that this company even has a rewards program, its program is not competitive in the industry. Because you only earn, generally, one point for every dollar spent, a customer must spend approximately $500 dollars to receive $5 in credit and the consumer must wait 45 days after they've earned the points to use the credit. The rewards program also does not discuss any other options for credits besides the 500 points for $5.

LuckyVitamin has helped thousands of consumers enjoy life more fully with its extensive list of products. However, it does not have the most "rewarding" rewards program, and its site is a bit more difficult to navigate than other sites. It does provide services that make it one of the best vitamin stores we have reviewed. I have had a lifetime of experiencing Insomnia . My daughter-in-law told me about Lucky Vitamin Melatonin and I have been absolutely AMAZED at the great quality of sleep I experience after having taken 10 mg. My grandkids and other family members also take your Melatonin. I might add that I have tried other brands' Melatonin and I do not get the great sleep quality I get with yours. Even when I have been having Chemotherapy and have to take Steroids (Dexamethasone ). Also I have had problems with fungal nail nfections. Although I still have the condition the treatment by Lucky Vitamin product has improved the condition of my nails.

I've recently been diagnosed with Peripheral Artery Disease. While I am health conscience, it came to my attention that I needed more nutrients than I was getting. Living on Social Security fixed income is very hard when it comes to extra things like vitamins and wellness products, but Lucky Vitamins had a myriad of affordable good quality vitamins and I was very happy to find them. The order was delivered on time and everything was perfect. This was my first order with your company. It was back ordered, so took a while to receive. Also delivery was slow do to the crisis. Totally understandable! That being said, once the order arrived, I was very pleased! It came packaged with no leaks! It was detergent that is hardly ever available and hard to find in stores. But since it is my favorite for front loader washer, as it leaves a fresh sent, it is my favorite. I have ordered from other companies and have been very disappointed. It usually comes with major leaks! They've had to send it to me a second time. Not to mention the major clean-up. You have a new customer for life! I also can look at your company for other products. Thank you so much for your conscientious way you package your merchandise.

Been ordering for years - keeps me from having to rush deciding what I want at a store and many items I"ve never seen for sale in places I have lived. In the past year or so Genevieve has emailed me and it's nice knowing I have a direct contact email for questions/concerns/etc. In the beginning packaging wasn't good - small items would arrive in a large box with lots of bubble wrap which is terrible for the environment. THey seemed to have fix that issue and now things come packaged appropriately with less waste. Lately I have noticed many items going to bulk orders which is great for price and packaging. However I moved to a smaller location and don't have the storage I once did for ordering in bulk. Also, if I'm trying an item for the first time I might not want 3 of them. Some disappointments with that as I have had to look elsewhere for it or just do without. Other than that I like being a LV customer. It's one of the few companies I have stuck with over the years ;)

I was immediately impressed with the prices! 🍀LuckyVitamin had exactly what I was looking for at better than 1/3 the cost of the same thing on other sites ($11 compared to $40). They also have special shipping discounts and savings programs in addition to their already low prices. I bought a six-month supply of a product my family and I use every day and received free shipping. Even without free shipping, though, LuckyVitamin’s shipping costs are very reasonable. Customer service is excellent. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. I have used LuckyVitamin for several years now. What I like most is: free shipping for orders over $49 or thereabouts and of course, the discounts! Also, the fact that previous orders are found on the website, and that makes it easier to reorder. The guarantee policy is fantastic! Also, it is very easy to send items back, or get them replaced. If something arrives damaged (very, very rare) one phone call takes care of it. So this is a fantastic service and takes the guesswork out of ordering a new product. Delivery is quick and easy. There are many products to choose from! I do wish that items wouldn't go out of stock, but I believe that is not the fault of LuckyVitamin; rather the manufacturers are sometimes out of stock.

I ordered the Healthy Juicer on the 3rd and received it by the 13th. I've never heard of this company before and was sceptical at first. On the Lucky Vitamin website, I was able to track the delivery of my package all the way to my front door. My product was packaged properly and all parts were there. I used my Healthy Juicer right away...AND LOVED IT! The price with Lucky Vitamin was cheaper than Amazon and included free delivery!!!! I also had a quick question in which the online support responded immediately. I will definitely be ordering again and would HIGHLY recommend Luck Vitamin for all of your wellness needs! I have always loved LuckyVitamin.com as there are so many options to choose from, more than any local store that I've been to, even in my highly populated area. The only criticism I have is that you really don't need that much paper print outs within the box delivered, it might just be easier to email that info. I also have been referring friends as the help I've received from the Wellness Consultant is really an excellent bonus to buying from LuckyVitamin.com! My first experience with Lucky Vitamin left me with a customer centric impression of who they are and what they value; certainly they align with my beliefs of living clean and going green. It is evident that they are eager to please the customer initially and retain their business indefinitely! I ordered Biokleen Oxygen Bleach from them for outdoor use because it won't harm the environment and that tells me they care about total wellness, from within our bodies to our world around us. That only speaks of their core values, now for their marketing actions: I received a free sample of RX Bar with my order along with many discount offers and a nice informational brochure which was informative without being "salesy!" My order arrived days ahead of schedule and the manner in which everything was packed speaks highly of their concern to protect the purchased product(s) and in my opinion they are a very professional company from the start. It is no wonder I found this company through Google Express while performing my search. Along with my order they included a return shipping label in the event there is a damaged product or if unsatisfied for ANY reason and even opened containers may be returned within a specified timeframe. I rate Lucky Vitamin 10/10 and I am lucky to have found them.

Many great products available [at a decent price]; including products you can't find elsewhere! This is a wonderful attribute to the site! ^_^ Also international delivery to the U.K. is so straightforward, with all prices & tax clearly stated; not to mention delivery prices are the cheapest I've seen out of the few U.S. sites that deliver to the U.K.! I have been ordering from Lucky Vitamin for years. I am always pleased when my orders arrive, never had a problem with a product or packaging. Their prices are very competitive and free shipping is great!!! It seems that other vitamin stores and a big company that has or was selling some products for lower prices, are now raising prices, and adding shipping costs. Lucky vitamin products are really great. They are making more and more items, which now makes it a one stop shopping experience for me. I receive emails that have discounts, coupons, sales, and rewards. So I never have to search for a deal on the products I want, since they keep me apprised.

I love Lucky Vitamin! I used to order alot of my supplements from Amazon. However, I always noticed that the prices would never stay consistent and almost always trended up on subsequent orders. I read an article in a tech mag stating that Amazon uses advanced algorithms to subtly generate more profit by doing this to the things you order most. Maybe you think that's hogwash. I found it to be empirically true! So I searched for a new online company to order from and stumbled upon Lucky Vitamin. Their prices have been as good or better than Amazon. I made the switch and have never looked back. Their site is easy to navigate. They have a huge selection. Their prices are very competitive. Checkout is easy. Their orders are filled and shipped quickly. I've rarely had a problem. The one time I did have to call customer service I was treated very nicely and my problem was resolved quickly. I enjoy coming to LuckyVitamin. They frequently have cheaper deals than even Amazon, Walmart and other big stores and grocery stores. They have a much easier to use and navigate site when you're trying to decide what product is right for you. I love the helpful reviews. They're completely focused on healthy products, so you don't end up digging through a bunch of stuff that you would never consider buying. I've never had any service or return problems. Delivery has always been on time. I've never had anything come damaged. I don't buy any supplements from Amazon because there are too many horror stories on there about products being adulterated or tampered with. This is my trusted site.

I found what I was looking for - my favorite Pukka teas for a very good price. The only thing I'd change if I could would be the way they are displayed on your page. I thought there was only about half of them available, as they didn't all show at once. It was only after I was done putting half of what I wanted into the basket, thinking that your selection of the Pukka teas is not all that big and that I'll have to find the rest elsewhere, I googled "Pukka cinnamon" and it came out as available on your website, so I clicked on it and found the second half of your Pukka selection. The company's place an order for $99+ Canadian and get free shipping encouraged me to try Lucky Vitamin again. I had been using another American company with very low cost shipping to Canada. Lucky Vitamin's prices and selection are competitive. I only wish they offered more site wide promotional discounts for older customers, ie. in time not necessarily age. I would surely order more items for both myself and my wife if they did. Likely that would be larger orders in anticipation of future needs. (Note: It perturbs me when companies basically offer promos mostly for new customers, and older customers are treated as got ya. However, in today's market that doesn't apply, and regular, returning customers are much more in demand -- keeping them from searching elsewhere, which is what happened to me. Just so happens that I found out about the new shipping to Canada offer by happenstance. ) Another note: Item specific discounts are often not enticing, for more often than not, we have no or not enough interest in the specific items to place a large enough order to warrant a shipping deal.

I appreciate the variety of available supplements and affordable cost without the persuasive testimonials that other companies use to overcharge and convince people that they need more than they actually need. The amount you must spend for free shipping is reasonable. I first stumbled upon LuckyVitamin at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, when searching for masks and hand sanitizer. When all other retailers were sold out (or were price gouging), LV had products in stock at reasonable prices and shipped them quickly to my door. Then I started comparing other products available on LV to what I was currently buying, and found that LV beat other suppliers in many cases in the selection, prices, and quality. I ordered the Bob's Red Mill Wheat Bran from you because I couldn't find it in the stores I had normally purchased it. It took longer to arrive than I thought it said it would so was disappointed with that. My husband puts it in his juice every morning and had been without for quite a while. I had finally found it the day before at O'Brien's and purchased three bags of it and the very next day, my order from you arrived. So I think we will be okay for a while. Lucky Vitamin is my go-to place. They always have what I'm looking for with a variety of choices. They stock things I can't find anywhere else. The quality of anything I've bought has always been great, I don't recall ever returning an item. Prices are either comparable or less. Shipping is speedy, and since I will add to my order the same things I would buy in the store later anyway, it's always free for me. Back orders arrive long before I expect them to. Very Good Customer Service. Did not receive Lucky rewards for my first order which was placed by George your Customer Service Executive after I registered my account with Lucky Vitamin online. George and thereafter Tim (both your Customer Service Executives) confirmed to me that I shall receive the points. But despite that I didn't receive. This is certainly a bit disappointing considering that it was my first order. However, I received the products on time. I again placed my second order today.

4 stars because it's early. Day 3 of the liquid for allergies. I was hopeful but wasn't holding my breath that this would help. Molly is a poodle mix with raging allergies. Almost hairless, constant scratching and very red irritated and hardening skin. Only a steroid shot every 4 months and expensive shampoos help along with oral antibiotics. I'm still watching to see how much this helps but due to a family crisis I haven't been able to get her to a vet for a shot so she was in major allergy outbreak when this arrived. I put it on some meat in a dish instead of the water that is shared with other dogs. This is the 3rd day. All of her tomato red skin has gone to a light pink. The hot spots have healed almost completely already and she is scratching SO much less. She had taken to being depressed and not even wanting to go out to walk or potty but now she is back, wagging and ready to go out. It has definitely helpede delay a vet visit and I,now actually habe real hope that this will help us! Can't express how thankful I really am!

Although it is available at my local grocer, there was only 1 there the last time I went to the store on April 2. The best thing I like about LuckyVitamin is the company has most everything I need when I place an order. I do not have to go to several different websites. Delivery is always quick and prices are either comparable or cheaper. As for right this moment I like that I see LuckyVitamin has aid available during this pandemic. My hair dye,vitamins and soap are a third of store prices and much better variety.For example; If you want Cooling Cayenne in any store,you will find cayenne,but not the cooling part and are always paying 3 times the LV price! Our doctor recommended some specific items to help with our daughters issues and LuckyVitamin had both of the items we needed. It was nice to have all our needs met in one spot, plus I love the specific graphics of the item so you can read the details about what you're buying. The reviews of other people's use of the product directly on the website is also very helpful.

As a rule Lucky has been my 'go to' for the things I need and use; however, both iHerb & Amazon have been matching Lucky's prices, with a lower (iHerb: $20.00), or no (Amazon $.0 for Prime members) minimum for free shipping. The last order I placed was delayed for such a long time, though the 1 item which shipped immediately, ironically was the one I had ordered from iHerb. I messaged Joseph as I was getting ready to cancel the rest of the order and he responded immediately to let me know it would ship that day. Joseph, has been delightful to speak with, very helpful & knowledgeable, but I am uncertain that that will be enough for me to continue as a customer. Time will tell.

Items from my order were put on backorder. I was not given any information as to when they might ship or any follow up information. Over a week after receiving the other items from my order, I could still not get any information. I felt forced to cancel the backordered items. There is not any easy way to contact anyone about issues after an order has been made. The online chat requires about an hour to even begin. Time that requires someone to continuously stare at a computer screen until they get around to you (Roughly an hour). If you do not respond immediately, you are dropped from the chat. At which time you are forced to start all over. I have been a LuckyVitamin customer for many years. However, with this most recent order I no longer feel valued.

I found the best price for Squigle Tooth Paste at LuckyVitamin.com. (Squigle is THE best tooth paste if you get canker sores! It’s mild, does not burn, taste good and seems to help my canker sores heal faster!) I have been ordering from Lucky Vitamin for years. Shipping takes about a week, but that’s ok if shipping is free. The only continuing problem I’ve had with my orders is their packaging. The vinyl shipping bags have either not been sealed completely or they have not put enough packing stuffing inside the shipping boxes. Products flop around inside the boxes and get damaged repeatedly.

Their website is easy to navigate. Could be overall less cluttered looking for easier reading. Prices are competitive with Amazon, eBay. etc. Supplements have always been fresh (in-date with a long time before they expire). Shipping can be slow. It's advertised as 1-6 days, however a couple times I received my order after 6 days. I brought this to their attention and they immediately issued me a $5 or $6 credit for future use on their website even though I hadn't originally paid for shipping. Overall I am happy with this company. I've purchased from them multiple times and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

I like that LuckyVitamin has products that normally would not ship internationally. However, I would like to see some of the other offers (eg. free shipping, price match) apply to international orders as well. I also like the online customer support so I could have any questions I have answered quickly. Lucky Rewards is a plus although would like to see the points accumulated ratio and redeemed amount be more favourable for customers. Thank you!
