One time the cap was loose on a bottle of Eldaberry liquid I ordered and was was all over every thing. I complained about it but was never sent an other bottle. Aother time a bottle of echinacea was broken but you replaced it. Overall your service has been good. I like ordering from you because it saves me time going to the health food store.

Thankfully, LV continued to let me know the status of the order. They did a very nice job. Although the box did arrive before they said it was coming. :) Keep up the good work.

Website slower and more difficult to navigate than competitors. REALLY dislike the minimum quantities now attached to many items. Do not wish to risk trying new products if I have to order multiples. No option to check out with Shoprunner 2 day! What happened to that? Also noticed price increases on my Seventh Generation products that are no longer competitive with Target and Walmart.

LV is a great supplemental option (as a second source) for my health and wellness products. Carry a great selection of cruelty free brands that i use all the time. LV really should think about offering better coupon deals though. LV has stiff competition that i find myself turning to more often.

Website great, service is excellent, all very efficient. I'm a happy customer. Just one star deducted because the cost of the tea and the postage cost has increased very substantially since I first became a customer, to the extent that it has to be rationed as a luxury now rather than a daily enjoyable drink. That said, $100 would buy a very useful amount of tea if I win it. :-)

When I called customer service...the rep did not know how to give me the BOGO 50% because the promotion expired. DISAPPOINTING. Now, I'm paying full price for my order.

I signed up for the LV annual membership, and really want to order from you folks rather t han Amazon. But, I've found multiple items out of stock the last couple times I've ordered. My first time I went ahead and placed my order, hoping the item would fill relatively soon. But, the item was on back order for several weeks. Your policy requires that I call your customer service line to cancel my back order. The only thing this policy has done is convince me to never order and item from you that is not in stock. As I said, I really want to support Amazon competitors, but I'm unwilling to have to jump through unnecessary hoops to do so. (I should simply be able to click a button to cancel a back order - yes, just like I can on Amazon) So, please make it easier for me to cancel longstanding back orders and, if my item is not especially time-sensitive, I'll try to order from you.

I really appreciate the range of products especially with my diet and needs for supplements. I'm also especially appreciative of the prices because the food or supplements are usually overpriced. I will say that the shipping prices make up for that because it seems a little overpriced for the rate that it comes. The actually tracking fluctuates a lot which can be difficult however I know that isn't necessarily a fault of the business itself.

I like everything about Lucky Vitamins. I like the value they offer on supplements I use daily. I like the search engine within the site as well. I just type in 'Joints' and all the supplements they have for bones & joints is pulled up; Next, I screen each product by rating, or price, or most popular, etc. The other customer's reviews are very helpful, too, for a little deeper look into why a supplement is good or not. I took off one little ole' star because I think the home page, and some other pages are too BUSY! There's soo much splashy info and ads and stuff that it bothers my ADD.

After having difficulty checking out and having a very nice representative assist me, my order arrived in a very timely fashion. One problem that I did have was my entire previous order came on the screen after I entered the one item that I wanted at this time. That can be very confusing, when you only need one item and the total for the entire previous order comes on the screen. I had to figure out how to delete all those other items. That took me a while in itself. Needless to say, I was getting very frustrated before I called in for help.

However, the prices are often a little higher than their competitors, and the website is super annoying with all the extra crap that loads and jumps around while you're waiting to see something as simple as one item.
