I like the selection of products and the low prices. I had a bad experience with a back-ordered product order that got automatically canceled and I was unable to successfully reinstate it. I just ordered it again (plus some) so all is well, but I would have hoped for an easier experience for reinstating this order. Otherwise, I'm very happy with Lucky!

You prevented my bigger discount code from being used because u said "looks like u have ordered from us before." U did this because I used a friend's paypal account to order, even though my email address was different. I'm in financial difficulty now, and I should have gotten 15-20 % off! I spent a lot of time making this order, thinking all along that I had a "exclusive" 20% discount "MISSU18", from an e-mail u sent me at icatax @yahoo.com. I STARTED THIS ORDER ON 9/27, AND KEPT ADDING TO IT, but just finished and paid this morning. I have a head injury, and it takes me longer to do things, and I cannot work, which makes saving $ very important to me. VERY disappointed...otherwise 5 stars on your rating.

I HATE Smart Post. It takes 11 days to get my order when sent that way as opposed to 3 days with Ground. The box that was sent SPost was crumpled and soaked with Coconut Oil when I received the order. Your Support graciously sent me another Coconut Oil thru Ground. I received it today, Same thing, soaked box. It appears that Smart Post did not save you money in this instance since it cost you a CO & then you had to pay for Ground shipping after all. Just my thoughts. I guess I will have to order C Oil during winter when it is hardened . Overall I am NOW satisfied, but I have been VERY stressed while waiting for and after receiving this order. I have ordered MANY times from LV and have always been happy with my experience until you went to Smart Post. I would be happier if you would SPLIT the shipping with me if the order is over $49 and send it Fed Ex Ground. Just my opinion about it.

I have shopped with Swanson vitamins for about 20 years and recently decided to try Lucky Vitamins because they were the only site that carried Svelte shakes. My only issue is that the shakes are constantly on back-order taking over a month to get them. I have called the manufacturer and they have plenty of product so don't know why Lucky Vitamins is having so much trouble. Lucky Vitamins also claims to have a reward program, but it takes a long time for the points to add up before you get a $5 off coupon. I have spent quite a bit since joining and have only received 3-$5 off coupons. If you want my loyalty a better reward program and faster turn-around on the products I need (I don't want it a month from now) have to take place.

The free shipping, when you spend a certain amount, is reasonable in terms of how long it takes to get to your doorstep. The packaging has always been nicely done as well. Not the best (or worst) experience I've had with online purchases... should/could have been much better though... This was the first time I looked into and inquired about the 'Low Cost Guarantee', (after Walmart online ad beat the Lucky price by $6.00 on same exact product). Upon calling I was told that they were not an 'approved vendor', thus no price match would be honored. The lady who I spoke with was very pleasant, though unwavering about the price-match policy. OK then... I still ordered from Lucky, in spite of the first 'hiccup', however after finalizing the purchase I was not able to print a complete receipt; even after multiple, printer manipulated attempts.. Various critical data kept being cut from the receipt print-offs no matter what I tried.. The only way I found to finally print a complete receipt was to execute a print-screen, then paste and size in into a Word doc, and print that.. It was all an unnecessary and irritating hassle to purchase a two month supply of a good multi Vit online. The price was still good (though higher than the Walmart online vendor). Now I know to use 'Print Screen' for the receipt the next time I purchase anything here.. and not bother with the 'extremely limited' Price Match hoopla.
