1. It is difficult to find specific products/supplements in Canada so I love that I can order these items from LV in Canadian $ and shipping costs are reasonable. 2. I did however find it frustrating that I was on old twice for 15-20 minutes each time awaiting customer services. Tried LIve Chat but I still had to call in to resolve my order issue.

You sent me an order that was spilling from 3 bottles, I tried to call couldn't get thru for days ,then had already shipped and PAID to return and you gave me $5 off for my trouble, how about giving a steady customer a break and actually giving me $5 off for being a regular customer, because no one in this world ever gets the Lucky Points now do they ?????????

Checkout was a huge pain. For some reason I kept receiving errors. One of the items I had originally wanted came with a "free gift" but the gift was out of stock. It didn't show in my cart- and that was fine as I didn't want the free item anyway- but would show up in the final process of checkout. I had to keep going back to the cart to "edit" the cart but couldn't as the item wasn't showing up there. I gave up and then just deleted the item with the "free gift" promotion from my cart so I could finally checkout. It's a shame but that item I originally wanted to try was not worth all this hassle. I will end up buying the item somewhere else.

Many products are not available in my local stores so ordering them online and receiving free shipping is a big bonus for me! I like the salad dressings, mayo, ketchup, and barbeque sauces which help me stay on track with my weight loss plan. The sauces are not my cup of tea and I have given them away. Trying caramel and chocolate sauces this time and am hoping they are good. The jelly is more like jello than jelly but once I get it spread out on my toast it is good! Love the free shipping which I use every time!

Great prices, great selection, good customer service when I have had a problem. The downside: Shipping seems to take forever and a day. From the time I order it takes them two days to email a shipping notification, and seems to take another day or two for shipping to actually take place (based on tracking info). If I want to order from luckyvitamin, I definitely need to plan ahead.

I enjoy shopping with Lucky Vitamins for my nutritional and special food needs. I have never experienced any problems with the products I order here, and I have been shopping here for many years. Products are very varied. Suppliers/vendors are also very varied. I keep coming back and trying new products offered. My only problem is with that darn website. It takes FOREVER to access and complete a large order! May be it's my carrier. Anyway, it's very frustrating. Since I need my products, I keep plugging.

I like your products and prices. However, I have had 2 problems with Lucky Vitamin. 1. An order somehow got erroneously put on Autoship, and i received unwanted bottles. You helped with their return and I trust this will refund satisfactorily. 2. Just now, when I add something to my Cart, it says "Processing" and that "Processing" message never goes away. Finally, by hovering over the cart, I noticed that it had been added despite the Processing message. It looked like it would last forever. Could be pretty annoying...

Lucky Vitamin had the product I was after at the lowest price I could find across any website. Although based in the US, they displayed all the prices in AUD which I liked. Their international shipping rates are great. I managed to save about $50 AUD in comparison to a local retailer here in Australia. Will shop with Lucky Vitamin again

I've purchased from Lucky Vitamin several times. The array of products is great and delivery is quick. It's very disappointing however, every time I receive a discount coupon via email, somehow my order never qualifies for the discount. I received a coupon today for $10 discount of a purchase of $99 or more (72 hour sale), I purchased for approx. $112 and my order did not qualify for the discount (despite the brands I purchased not being part of the "exceptions" to the discount). Also, with each purchase shipping just keeps getting more and more expensive. One of the first things that attracted me to the website many months ago was the free shipping, that is no longer the case (even though at the bottom of the website, under "happiness guarantee", it still says "fast, free shipping". At this point, there are many competitors out there that offer better delivery rates and discounts to their customers. I don't see the advantage of ordering my products from Lucky Vitamin anymore.

I like the convenience of ordering. Lucky Vitamin carries a wide variety of manufacturers, so I can get brands that are regulated and tested properly since the USFDA is a very poor source of regulating and is usually corporatly controled.

Great products, Garden of Life weight loss bars not sold in Canada but thanks to Lucky Vitamin I can order online. Last time I ordered I got a tube of Tom's toothpaste instead of the chocolate fudge bars but the customer service rep resolved the issue and gave me a refund when I called. It's unfortunate that shipping to Canada isn't cheaper or I would order more products and more often.

This is an edit to my first review. Once you become established with Lucky Vitamin they suddenly have none of the items in stock that you ordered the first time. Or, you order something and a week later they tell you it's out of stock! Awful! And customer service is misleading. I haven't received more than half of the items I ordered. Don't waste your time!
