I love getting my supplements from Lucky Vitamin. The selection is outstanding and the prices are nearly always the lowest of anywhere on the internet or in town. There's usually some sort of coupon I can apply, as well as Lucky Rewards, making it even more economical. Finally , the order needs to only be $49 or more for free shipping and even though the shipping is free, it usually takes less than a week to receive my products, which are always well packaged.

I find items I can't find anywhere else. My local health food store prices are so much higher! I have found many of the products are the best after trying other items and other companies. I always go back to ordering from this company. The orders are sent out quick and if they do have backorders it seems like they have it within a day or two anyway. I love the free shipping also. I buy a lot of different items from Aloe Gel to vitamins, herbs, shampoo and supplements. You can't go wrong with the easy to order website and quality items. Everything went very well. I was informed the entire time as to where my shipment was and when I would receive it. Then after it was delivered I received a notice that it had been delivered. That is a great idea just in case I was not home at the time of delivery then I could call a neighbor and ask them to get it for me. I love the prices, the reward, the regimen...all making it easier to get the supplements we use. However, I had a very hard time accessing the site from my ipad today...I normally use my ipad for shopping but I froze when I got into your site. I tried again with chrome browser, and got as far as putting items in my shopping cart, but when I tried to check cart it froze again. I tried asking for a call back from your phone number and an hour later had not received one.. I finally had to pull my old laptop out and start it so I could order from there, which went through successfully at last. I think you might have an issue with IOS system reading your site...

I found this online company many years back and have been purchasing "ALL" the natural supplements that I take since then. The customer service has been outstanding; they are patient, fair, and responsive. The supplements that I order arrive when expected and without issue or damage. There have also allowed me to return products due to me over-ordering. I mostly like to do business with local mom & pop shops; however...on this I prefer LuckyVitamin as most mom & pop pharmacies are gone replaced by Rite-Aid or Walgreens which I do not prefer to utilize... For years I have purchased my supplements from another big name brand company and experienced a "do not care attitude" from customer service and overall the company itself when inquiring about a big order and its whereabouts and ultimately cancelling it! Prices are great, selection is great - we wouldn't be able to afford some of our supplements anywhere else. Shipping is sketchy - whenever I have a back order on something, I watch it travel all over the country and back, the tracking is sometimes incorrect - I just got a package yesterday (Oct 16) that was supposed to be delivered Oct 2. But, luckily, whenever I've asked your staff for help, I've got a cheerful and helpful reply.

Great selection and prices! Fast shipping! I enjoy shopping here because they have a wide variety of organic products I like to buy including deodorant, soap, essential oils, and even laundry detergent. The coupon codes and free shipping on all orders over $50 keeps me comming back for more! The only thing that I don't like is that they keep your credit card on file and you have to contact customer support to remove it. I am concerned with this because they don't ask for any verification before a purchase so if anyone gets into your account they could buy whatever they want on your card. Customer service did remove it quickly when I asked which is a plus.

Even though you can’t reach them by phone if you text them they do get back to you very quickly and are very helpful. The website is so easy to navigate. The products are great that I buy. You can't beat the prices. Vitamine Shoppe in Robinson township charges twice the amount I pay for these Naturtint products. They don't offer the shampoo so I buy it exclusively from Lucky. The only thing lacking is not being able to buy the Naturtint conditioning products. I have to rely on the small envelopes in the hair dye packages and they are inconvenient in the shower.

I love the products, but I had trouble with the check out process not giving me the discount I was told it would be based on the code. I called and expressed my frustration (nicely, explaining it was confusing and I needed help). The rep was flat--no expression in her voice, no apology for my frustration, no offer to try to make it better. I explained it all, and she didn't get what I was saying. I explained again and she went over the same info. I told her I DID get the code from the company, not the person who referred me, that I had $53 ordered and after the code (which they didn't give me the full amt stated), that it then charged me sales tax, and it didn't say on the website (that I saw) that it had to be over $49 after a discount. I spent 20 min on the phone waiting for this rep, after the prompt said it would be no more than 4 min. After the frustration of having to shop again, add more to the cart, then still not getting the full discount. There was more that went on with the rep, but it's not worth detailing it all. The order, the wait, and the rep were all frustrating. If my daughter hadn't called about another issue today and gotten a wonderful rep who bent over backwards to help her, I'd have cancelled the order. I'll try it one more time with this co., but if I get this kind of poor service again, with no apology for my frustration, I'm done.
