I do love this company. Shopped here for years. Almost always have a cheaper price on items I use, so combine that with the free over $49 shipping and a quarterly or so stockpile, its a no-brainer. I definitely like the products that they offer. The quality is decent and are exactly what I need. Only thing that I would change is that they offer more and useful promotions for the ear candles. I only buy the 12 packs so I don’t buy in bulk. But if they were to offer a fair deal on 2 packs of 12 I would be more inclined to do so.

Hi, You guys had a great price for the Good Day chocolate kids vitamins. Unfortunately, the chocolates were very oily from the heat of the day/ delivery truck. The ice pack that was thoughtfully placed inside was totally melted and hot to the touch. I do worry about the heat and the bottle being plastic (toxins released). But my girls really enjoy this product. Maybe order online when it’s not so hot. (Miami, Fl).

This is the second time I tried to order. The first time, I submitted the order and got the "flower" symbol, indicating it was processing, but after 5 minutes, I gave up and closed out the website. Later that day, one of the customer service staff called me, asking if I had trouble with the order. But after spending 10 minutes on the phone with him and him finding out I was trying to do an auto ship, he said hd could not help me and that I had to do it myself. Could not use the promotion, even though it stated It was good for two days from the send date of the email... Today, I completed the order and had another code for $5 off $65 or $10 off $100. My subtotal was $116, but it would not accept the $10 off, only the $5 off. So, was not understanding why, but placed the order anyway.

Great thing is that Lucky Vitamin is the only company that I do business with that includes a return label with each order. Extremely helpful for a housebound customer! Only 4 stars because the web site has yet to be updated to show that the original product has been changed.
