Josephine was a great representative of VS and very helpful. I am just unhappy with the high amount of “fees” that are tacked on to ticket purchases. I would love to receive discounts to future events like having the fees waved. Returning customers often get bonuses.

I placed two orders within minutes of each other. Received in a reasonable amount of time a confirmation link to download the first ticket order. Now I’ve been waiting interminably long for the second one despite the tickets having been released by the venue, the seller has not released them to me. We are now needing to resell the tickets because of the Covid Delta variant and customer service will not reach out to the seller of the second order and ask them to immediately send us the tickets! The only timing guarantee is that I will get them by September 13, 2 days before the concert and that makes it highly unlikely to resell them. Arghhhhh. Not happy.

Went to buy tickets to a game, but the website had a glitch at payment. Neither myself or the agent could figure out what it is/was. The agent Mr. Q was 100% efficient and took care of the transaction in a very professional manner. The glitch is still there so that is frustrating. Digital ticketing is bad for many reasons. Find another way!

I have made a couple purchases from vivid seats. They offer good information about each event and good variety of tickets to purchase. The reason I cannot give them 5 stars is that it is difficult to understand what fees are added to the ticket prices. One has to go through the purchasing process before you see actually how much you are going to pay.
