My experience with vivid seats has been the best for the last several years. The ticket seller showed me which seats are printable, and not. The seller which is dexter r was so nice and calm that made me feel good. He is so talented that he knows what he is doing. I will talking to him in the future. He showed me where the seat is, and I appreciate that.

Best availability and pricing that I found, and very responsive and friendly customer service for purchasing tickets. I am having a little technical difficulty trying to sell however. I was disconnected by phone, then could not get through when I called back, so I tried an online chat and even that got disconnecte! Will have to try back later, no more time for this right now.

He was super friendly and helpful - really great customer experience, especially because most companies are awful to call into. He also reassured me that my seats were in a great location. Marvin was quite helpful. Answered my questions in a professional way. This will be my first visit to Amalie Arena to see the 'Lightening.' I was a little surprised at the cost; however, I had just spent over 2 hours trying to find parking when I found your website. I'm a 'senior' who is somewhat disabled and a long walk just would not do. Thankfully, I'm now quite close to the Arena. The cost remains troubling, but I'm sure any game between Tampa & Boston fills up quickly. Thank you.

I initially had an awful experience. I wanted to purchase 6 tickets together so that the 6 seats would be 3 on top of 3 (e.g., Q1, Q2, Q3 and R1, R2, R3). The agent initially said that he could definitely do that. Turns out, he could not. He also couldn't cancel the order. I had to wait a few days to have the issue resolved by another representative. A customer service representative from Vivid Seats contacted me within two days. I appreciate their help, and I'm satisfied with the resolution. I booked six tickets with them a few days later. Happy to do business with a company that quickly resolves an issue.
