Rep was fine but because the 10% discount wasnt working i had to call in ONLY TO LOSE EVERY SINGLE BEST DEAL ON THE SITE This absolutely ruined my day and Im beyond pissed. I dont care if “all the sites are like this” because YOUR false 10% wasnt working I lost more than I wanted. I will out of spite not purchase for you in the future and you probably already know Ill tell more about my bad experience than if I had a good one

Scam. I chose the even date for January, 2020, paid for it, and then got an email that I "successfully" purchased a ticket for the event which will take place in July 2020. Minutes later I attempted to convince them to refund me, but they simply refused. I am now attempting to get paypal to do the right thing. Looks like a thoughtful scam, not legit.

Tickets I was.looking at I believe we're about $53. I asked Mark if the Thankful19 promo code would be applied and he said yes. That would make them $32. Add on the $15 ticket fee for 47. My confirmation shows each ticket was $64. How does that work out? Not very happy!

Maybe I am just the (un)lucky buyer. I bought 8 seats to the NHL Winter Classic 2020. Vivid will NOT provide me an e-ticket via their app. They have only sent me a link to download the PDFs. Well, I can't validate these are legit, and I'd rather not find out the day of the event at the Cotton Bowl. I promised 4 of them for sale BEFORE buying off Vivid, but no other reseller will recognize or list them. AND VIVID REFUSES TO SELL THEM FOR ME EITHER! So , I can't sell them, I can't validate them, but I'm out over $1,000!

After purchasing tickets to a playoff game I never received my "delivery" email. I waited and called one hour prior to the event. After a 45 minute conversation the representative was unable to send me the delivery email. I was told to go to the box office at the event. They could not help me. Thanks to vivid seats, I missed this event. Please don't ever use these SCAMMERS!

I recently purchased tickets through Vivid Seats and never received them. When I called the day of the event, they sent me a link to the tickets, but still nothing was received in my account. They refused to honor their Guarantee by either providing a refund or a credit, stating that they are NOT responsible for the fact that I did not receive the tickets since they DELIVERED them in time for the game.

Vivid seats didn't email me my tickets. When I called to discuss they said the 3rd party did email the tickets to me. I asked for proof and the rep from vivid replied that their terms and conditions didn't require them to show me the proof! Lack of transparency is more than concerning. Will never use Vivid again and have begun dispute process with credit card.

THIS SITE IS A SCAM AND WILL FRAUD YOU!!!!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!! I was thinking about buying tickets from them but decided the service fee was way too steep so I tried to exit out of the page. Instead, six pop up ads came up, freezing my screen, and then I got and email they had charged me $300!!!!!! I never selected any kind of "confirm order" or something like that!!! Their response to stealing my money? "That's a shame...." STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS ILLEGITIMATE SITE!!!!!!!!!
