Their 25 page contract is ridiculous. The fact that they basically leave the consumer dealing with the utility company is ridiculous.

Hi John - our contract is designed to clearly align all the details of your installation, which protects you and your investment in solar. As for communication with the utility during installation, we handle that on behalf of our customers. Is it possible you have us confused with another company? Please contact our team so we can help resolve this situation, because we certainly don't want our customers dealing with their utility by themselves.

Run! Zenernet talks about customer services there is none! When it gets to installation it goes side ways. Communication there is none! Even when they are trying to restructure. There is always an excuse. I feel that they took advantage of women. If I had to do this over again I would not have went with them.

Started Solar Project in March 2021 still not up and running in Jan 2022. They have been fully paid and don't seem too concerned about it. Have had people call and make unfulfilled promises. They use local contractors that are hit and miss. I would recommend thinking long and hard about selecting them as your solar installer.

The internet does nothing but sell their jobs to other companies there is no communication between the installer the homeowner and the internet is internet is nothing but a finance company not a solar company garbage do not go through them took over a year to get the install final and system running took a year and a half before I seen return
