Ian, our salesperson, answered all of questions we had. When we changed the contract 3 times he would have it fixed within a day at most. For the install it was was very fast and only took them 4 hours to have everything wired and ready to go. Just wished the city would have gave us the ok to turn it that quickly. When we were waiting for the city to give us the green light to flip the switch SunPro was calling us weekly, and emailing us with updates from the city. Also for an added bonus they did a free negative pressure test on our house. Fixed all the draft, got us a new Nest thermostat, and replaced all of our light bulbs with energy efficent bulbs. Coolest part if I refer people I get $35 and if they buy a solar system I get another $1000 on top of it. My electric bill went from $160 to $30 in a month. I would highly recommend everyone go through SunPro for their solar needs.

I've been very happy with sun pro. They have gone above and beyond to be there for me. A couple of the screws in my solar panels went through, so they came out and fixed it and repaired my ceiling and everything. I have always had great customer support from sun pro no matter what that was going on. It was smooth and easy, it was very informative and they were very, very good at what they did. Very professional and very friendly, they went out of their way to make sure we understood where things were and how they work. This made a very big difference in my electric bill and I've seen a big change since I've got my solar panels. They're a great company and they stand by their product totally. Everyone of the people I dealt with was very friendly, very professional and they go out of their way to do whatever they can to to help you with any problems or any questions that you have.

SunPro was very good about keeping me informed of the things that were outside of their control so that they could get a proper installation on my older home with everything being brought up to current installation standard. They were able to keep me in weekly contact on the progress of the installation before the installers arrived. We had some difficulties with OG&E getting them out to do some line move but SunPro was very good at keeping me up to date with their communication with OG&E and information that they were receiving from subcontractors. The equipment is in good condition. They explained to me how everything operates and works and gave me information on how to use the apps that monitor the equipment and have been very good about answering any questions I have on the functionality of the equipment. They were very good about dealing with the long installation time. We had started the purchased in November of 2019, 2020 it seems like a really long time ago and there were delays due to Covid, delays due to storms keeping the OG&E teams busy, and there were delays due to Tesla moving its production plans. The equipment that was installed I feel very confident is going to outlast the warranty. I can already see a reduction in my energy cost with it only being installed.

They seem to be a very reliable company. They were always very fast to answer any questions and that I have and if there was a few things that still needed to be taken care of they were on top of it and kept me updated on the progress. I know they were not the cheapest that I've got but with the type of equipment installed it was worth paying a little bit extra for better quality and better service. It all went real smooth. They were done in about half the day and I have I think 28 panels and they cleaned up real well afterwards. There was really nothing that they left behind and it was a very good experience. Everybody was very nice on the crew. From the research I've done they're using some of the best equipment that's available right now.

This is a Five Star company with a Five Star team. When choosing a solar company, my search focused on the product to be installed and the company behind the installation. Don’t forget, the company behind SunPro got its start as a roofing company. I learned this company has a specialized group of installers in my immediate service area and nationally. I mention this, because SunPro hasn’t just chosen any employee to do the panel installation, electrical work, inspections, system commissioning, and sales. Unlike other company’s that I spoke with regarding my project, the folks that came to do my job (from start to finish) were all employed by SunPro. As such, there is a sense of pride in the success of my project and my understanding of each of the many steps involved and my overall satisfaction. As for Solar Panels, my cousin in Thailand is one of that country’s leading solar engineers. After reviewing the products available in the USA he said LG is the best of the best. I asked about Tesla and he appreciates their concept and idea, but was quick to point out that their solar division just isn’t ready for prime time yet. One final note, SunPro may be the first or one of many company you choose to interview for your project, but it really is the only one you need to speak with - they are the best!

I really enjoyed their presentation of showing how they utilize energy to be produced from their solar panel system. I've never had a problem getting a hold of anybody and they always explain what is happening during the process. They are also supportive after the installation to make sure things are still going well. Their customer support since the installation is been outstanding whenever we have a question usually they know we're going to ask before we ask it. Installation went smoothly and when they arrived they explained everything to me. If I had any concerns, they helped me out. The system is relatively simple, efficient, and low maintenance.

When I first signed up with this company, they gave me good information about a tax credit that was available. Everyone got back to me quickly that I interacted with. Logistics were perfect and communication was great. Someone always called to inform me of the next step. They let me know what paperwork was going through, how the permits were going, and let me know the time and date that people would show up for installation. I was impressed with their organization throughout the whole process. Their system is great because if one panel gets damaged or loses its efficiency, it doesn't wipe out the entire system. The electricians also did a good job of hiding the wiring. The workers that came for installation were all excellent.

I have been with them a couple of months and I would recommend them. I have confidence in them. The installation was pretty smooth. They had to redesign something so that was bit frustrating but overall it went pretty good. It seems to be working great. I am monitoring it every day. Customer service always has the answers to my questions and they are easy to work with.

The price was good and the personnel wre good. SunPro showed up to install the system when they said they would and then there was a little bit of a problem, which was their fault. It was a few days longer than expected, but everybody helped me, so that was not a problem.
I'm about to get my first power bill after having it up, so I can see exactly how much I'll be paying.

There was a break down in communication with the installation, everyone kept asking me for paperwork, but it did get done. Improve communication with the electricians and make sure they know about all the paperwork. Customer support has been very responsive, mainly the product managers. Also the sales people were very professional compared to some companies.

I haven't had any problems, it just took awhile to get it all done and and turned on so that's that's the only problem I did have. I'm pretty happy with what I got. I think today's time the way things are going that or if I'll be away for most people to go In the long run to be self sufficient and save money. I haven't had to use customer support too much yet but so far all I have is doing really good. Really efficient, the crew is really good and got it all done in one day which is a good deal and they did a real nice job, cleaned up afterwards so that's really good.

Very seamless and very straightforward. It really does give you the best R.O.I. on the value for what you're investing. The panels are very durable and well constructed, they're good quality and brand the end phase power inverter and monitoring system is flawless I mean just works really well, connects, it gives me updates in everything I need, it's a dream. They've been there everytime I've asked them to do something and everytime I've called they get any customer support, they're right there to answer my question. The installation process went flawlessly. Sam and his crew were Johnny on the spot they did everything that they said they were going to do and they just did everything without question, they did everything that they were supposed to do, they had no problem. It's working properly it's working great. I had no problems and it's tech friendly. Everybody that I've dealt with are excellent and I would go through with SunPro again.

They were very thorough, they were very patient in explaining everything and they always make themselves available. I was without the electric service for a little while and about an hour maybe two and from there they were very thorough and very polite and work efficiently.

Installation went well, it was quick, they did a good job. I mean overall they did an excellent job on installation and then through the whole process actually because they hooked it up pretty fast so once they finished the job they came I guess with the technical work they were doing they came right out and then everything went well with the hooked up and all that. It's top quality equipment they have. Once I had something leaking in my roof but they came out right away to fixed it.

Switching from a full electric company to SunPro has been a very good experience. It has been very smooth. I am very pleased so far. They've been very thorough as far as following through and making sure to get in touch to make sure everything is going well. The installers were very effective. They did a great job. I was approached in march of 2021 and singed up for them. hoping to havive them installed and functioning by summer. well that did not happen i knew it was going to be a little bit because the sales man told me it would be but i am pretty sure it was like 3 to 6 weeks not 3 to 6 months. but i did finally get them installed in late september. and they are functioning and doing well, and they have lived up to all of their other promises that they have made. So i would defiantly recommend them. One thing stuck out that the sales man had told me. he said don't think of it as you are compelely getting rid of your electric bill but think of it more like you are changing electric providers. But with this option there is potential to have an end to the bill once and for all. If you stick with plan A then that will never be an option. But go solar and that is an option. and with the right set up you wont ever be without power. When the whole neighborhood has an outage, well most of them anyway, you wont even know it happened. That in itself is such a good feeling. anyone with a basement that should know exactly what i am talking about. Thanks SunPro for keeping my family safe no matter what time of year and no matter what kind of weather we have. My alarm system will still work and my sump pump. Oh ya and can't forget about my nexflix.

I think things have been quite straightforward and I hadn't got anything seem to be false. The support team has been taking care of most things in a timely fashion. I haven't seen my first bill yet but it looks positive. Installation left something to be desired really because of poor planning. It was supposed to be a single install and they did send the big enough crews so that kind of delayed a little bit and instead of prioritizing coming back to finish mine they didn't get back to finish it for two extra additional weeks. I have had a defective panel or inverter from the start. I just think I've given them feedback on improvements they can make on their referral app that should be able to use it should allow you to save both the people you referred and the next layer down since they have dollars that come back to you for both tiers and as it is you can't see anybody other than exactly who you refer.

We're only a week in to using the equipment so, I mean at this point it seems to be okay and working well. They continually check up on us with the process and made it very easy. They also send somebody out to do some dry wall for us when they have to cut the wall and it was just a good experience. Sunpro's estimate and offer was better than the other options.

Because it took six months before our panels were usable. We signed on in November and our permit to operate was not given till April! However installation when they arrived in February was professional done in one day we bought 29 panels and with the power to operate were very pleased with the quality of the panels the ability of checking the solar panel functions online minute by minute day by day week by week with stats how much were in putting how much were out putting excellent! We were sound no less than six customer service reps sometimes we’d have to call several times to get answers during the process of permitting and getting the electric company on board to push things along. In the beginning there was a two month delay because my account representative Heather R. did not do their due diligence in the application to the county so we didn’t even get approved till the next year in January!

The installers arrive and did an seasoned job all while taking into account we have animals. The would give use time to let sour fur babies out when we needed to. Sun Pro took care of everything! My salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helped work through a lot of my questions. Customer service in general did a great job. Sometimes we were in the midst of things and there was a slight delay getting information but they did a great job handling questions to make sure once the install began there was no issues. Installation all went very smooth. They did a good job and were very polite and very clean. The solar system does pretty awesome stuff. It is all working well.

They use top of the line equipment so you get a lot more power and it is better to control for the whole system. It's been reliable. I did a lot of research on solar companies before choosing SunPro. They offer the best panels for the best price. There were a few hiccups through the process but we've had great support from customer service. During installation, everyone was professional but it was a very drawn out process. There were problems with switching electric to solar power which made the process long and the installers had to come back quite a few times to make sure everything was good. They have a 25 year warranty and the panels look really good on your house.

The salesman that worked with us was very good. He explained everything to us and was very honest. We've had minor problems but they replaced panels that needed fixing right away. They did a final check on the system and everything is not working properly. They have a great finance program to help pay for it. SunPro did whatever they could to serve our needs. The installation was timely and they were very friendly. There were no flaws during installation and it's a very maintenance free system. the only thing is sometime it doesn't actually create ah lot of a power. Once the city power was out and so was our solar power, so that has been the only problem.

The panels are either LG or Tesla and they seem very durable. I think it is a good deal. The warranty is for twenty five years for maintenance and repairs. The people who put it up were super nice and very qualified and experience. They knew what they were doing. It can be complicated when you are dealing with them regularly because they change people that you are dealing with.

The team arrived and it took about half a day to get it installed. Everyone was pleasant and they didn’t make a mess. They were nice to my family and my neighbors. They are very professional. After researching different companies we found enough information to turn us to SunPro. Installation went very well. Me and my husband were both at home and we observed them. They did an excellent job. My husband had a particular question about a portion of the install and they took care of it right away. It has been functioning excellent. It was excellent for us but did recommend them to a friend and the salesman was less timely and it could have been smoother for her.

My electric bill was eleven dollars and twenty six cents. It was pretty impressive as it was cloudy. I am looking forward to my future with the solar system. I like the inverter being on each panel. Because of the pandemic there were some changes with the personnel on my account. The process still went well. I was really pleased with the technician and the electrician went out of their way to make us happy. They have the best equipment.

Promises were made when I joined the program. I joined when the buyers refund was $3000.00 dollars and on top of thT it would be just a month or two to get the build permits, but it took 8 months and when they came to install there was no electrical with the crew. The Electrician came a weekend later and then did not finish. Another couple of months went by and I had to complain to get the electrician to come back and connect the panels to the box in my garage. I ended up paying two months on the equipment through goodleap.I still to date have not receive the refund of $3000.00 and I have called several times to speak to Kimberly of accounting and she has never returned any of my voicemails.

I love the way they can check your usage online. They said they would get about half of my electric bill and I'm not getting that. They call and they get a hold of you and they tell you what the updates are and they're always there for you. They were on the ball even though the inspectors here were very slow.
