After looking at different companies, the salesperson was very persuasive and the price was alright. Customer service always answered my questions and got back to me in a timely manner. Installation went smoothly and was very professional, but there have been a few problems since then and they're still working on resolving it. Other than that, they did a clean and neat job on the panel installation.

We've had problems with our end face system. They came out to change the motherboard, but we haven't gotten our credits back from the time it wasn't connected to the server. We also had some problems with the inverters not connecting to the system. The installation was smooth and it was probably one of the best experiences I've had with contractors coming to my house. We haven't gotten confirmation of how much energy was produced on the bill yet. This company is very forthcoming. Sometimes, it's hard to get a hold of someone when you call, but whenever you get someone they are very helpful and give us lots of information.

Because of the covid going on this year, the process was a little slower but I appreciate their patience with me and that they were able to get out here at all and take care of everything in the midst of a pandemic. They were the only ones the actually showed up to do an estimate, the rest of the companies made appointments but did not show up. They took care of my property and did their best to not destroy anything. I don’t have any issues with the equipment.

Each and every time I get a hold of customer service, they have been nothing but cordial and very friendly, they treat me like family. They handle a lot of damage if there is hailstorm or anything else like that. They are on top of the warranty.

So far is performing as expected. The sales lady made me aware they are the number 2 company in the US and they told me about the quality and shower my pictures. It was installed quicker than I expected. They did a good job. It was a better part of the whole experience. I don’t always hear back from customer service but usually after two calls they get me an answer.

The project was supposed to be completed months ago but we had problems that weren’t resolved until this week. They did compensate us for some of the payments, which was nice. It would have been nicer if it was done when it was supposed to be done. I am satisfied with the job they did. Though some of the wiring was wrong in the inspection so that had to be corrected. The salesman was fantastic. She did a great job.

The only concern I guess we've had is that we were promised a credit and it took several months to get that. It took me calling to get the credit but we did eventually get them. It’s a really good company. I recommend them to all my friends. The saleslady was really friendly and nice. She helped me a lot and answered all my questions. It is a good deal and it is really well made.

I haven't worked with any other solar company, so it's hard to compare, but SunPro's communication was excellent, the installers were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The only negative is that follow up on two items after the install was slow. In fact I'm still waiting on one of them.

I have had a great experience with Sunpro on price and contacting. The only issue I have had is the rebate for signing up for SunPro and the rebate for previous electric company. I understand that with Covid, Hurricanes and surge of new customer that it has caused a delay.
