I highly recommend it. I think it is great. It is working fine. We had to redo some designs to be according to the county ordinances but for the most part it was good.

After researching numerous solar panels, I was impressed by the manner SunPower panels were constructed in durability and degradation rate over a period of time.

When a case is opened and you call for update you can only get to the customer service rep in a call center. You cannot directly communicate with tech. It took more than 21 days to resolve isdue

So far it seems to be very durable. We had a hail storm come through and the panels are still in tact. There are not cracks. Everything has gone well.

Our SunPower system covered all but $6 for our October electric bill. This is a savings of over $75 from what we would have paid the electric company.

I just found the communication between Summit Solar, SunPower, and ComEd very poor. In the end it will be fine, but due to the poor communication we are now going to get bill for a 3 month lump sum. That kinda stings.

System is proving to provide as much power as promised. However, the inverter sensitivity to Hz fluctuations needs to be more tunable to match Tesla Powerwall feedback conventions.
