Our neighbor referred them because they were happy with them. We also researched and found they have the best equipment. It is easy to use. We did have an issue where the reporting wasn't correct at first but they came out in about a week and made sure everything was reporting correctly. I thought it was great that they responded right away. I am pleased.

I like the way it looks and I think the way it functions is very good right now. It went very well when they put it up, I was amazed. Right now the app is saying that one or more devices isn't working properly and I texted them and emailed them and I haven't heard nothing yet. I'm still producing energy but the app is saying something that it shouldn't be saying or something is really not working.

When my system had some issues, I contact customer service and they gave me very quick responses and took care of me. They cared about my needs and fixed everything. The installation went smoothly and the installers were amazing. They did everything as planned and went above and beyond. One thing I wish I had was access to the panel level statistics that tell me if a panel is underperforming or if something's gone wrong. I don't like having to rely on someone at the company to find something that is wrong because I'd rather report that myself.

SunPower is a little more expensive than other companies, but they were the only solar company willing to come down to our house for a quote. Our system works marvelously and the installation process went great. They sent us emails and called us with details on how everything would happen and what permits they were working on. They were very courteous and professional and the system can work with my phone and computer. The panels look great and we absolutely love this company.

Rating a 5 on two parts. Part 1 is based on the work of Freedom Solar and their representative, Jonathan B, that helped in providing information, working the paperwork, and the installation. Great Service! Part 2 is on SunPower itself. Based on reviews of their products, seemed to be the best quality for the cost. I was interested in making sure the components all work together which is where SunPower excels. Additionally, solar panels degrade. SunPower's are slower on the degradation than many others and the output warranty ensures that standard is met.

From the start everyone has been very helpful. They took the time to explain the process. My son was helping me with the process and the salesman was willing to confer with him over the phone. We recently had to have the converter replaced in one of the panels. I was impressed that because of constant monitoring the prooblem was taken care of quickly. I would highly recommend SunPower

Products are very good but watch who you hire to put in your SunPower system. The contractor we had did not communicate well and did not have a good knowledge of SunPower's rebates. We actually did our own rebate after our contractor told us we did not qualify. Contractor also cut through our electronic dog fence and never repaired it. Very poor contractor but the SunPower product is excellent up to this point

I felt that Sunpower provided the best option, at a price point that was acceptable. We are totally glad we chose SunPower as there were several Solar companies that spoke to us but only Sun Power could answer all our questions with very knowledgeable sales agent who explained everything in detail for us oldies who had trble understanding and really appreciate all our service contacts that followed were just as courteous and professional. We had one follow up necessary and the customer service and tech who came out reprd the problem within a couple of hours. The service is also outstanding. We do not question our choice at all.!!

It was easy from the beginning. After interviewing 4 solar installation companies I settled on Sunpower. They were the most honest in answering my questions and were thorough in explaining the system and monthly costs. Installation was quick and smooth. The system looks integrated on my roof, like it belongs there. The electrical systems parts were neatly assembled on the backside of my home. All in all it was very neatly done. The whole experience was easier than I would have imagined.

Sunpower has one of the best panels on the market today. The panels i had put on my roof are working great. The problem i have is with the monitoring. My system was upgraded on march 16th without my knowlege and my system stopped reporting to the monitoring website. When I reported that I could not check my system I was told that a new firmware was installed and I needed to power cycle the pvs6 component and that should fix the issue. I was also told that I needed to create a new login on the new website to see the monitoring system. I created the new account and installed the app on my phone. I do not like this new monitoring website or system. I can not see that any new information and the site is constanly not allowing me to sign in. The old site was always available and I could see everything on the first page. I would like to see the per panel stats to see how each one is working not just the total system output. To sum up I like the solar system but I dislike the monitoring and customer support.

They are that good. The work is clean , looks great. Hadn't had it one year yet but so far so good. I have the Sunpower 415 watt system. Panels come with inverter built onto back of panels. Pretty cool to know that i have the same panels that powered the solar plane. To sum it up , Sunpower is just kick ass. The team for installation was from Freedom Solar. Go look them up, then go look at the work they have done. ( MIC drops ) The End

I guess there's always opportunity to add more panels in the future. We'll see as the first summer with my panels is coming up. My representative was amazing, although the iphone app leaves a lot to be desired.

Great product that is reliable. This is our second purchase of SunPower products. The first was to reduce our carbon footprint some 10 years ago, this time I wanted to add battery back-up and needed additional panels to ensure the batteries would be fully charged. It works very well here in Florida and I don't really understand why Solar is not required for new buildings given the amount of sun we enjoy, great way to conserve energy.

I actually interviewed 3 companies and the SunPower Maxeon monocrystalline panels were the best product offered, because of their high efficiency rating and durability along with the 25 year warranty on the system. Jason the sales rep, provided detailed information on the products along with my concerns on batteries and the competition which I verified. Solar technology continues to evolve and improve, I believe it is important to be as close to the leading edge when making purchasing decisions seeing these panels will be utilized for many years.

The only problems I had were some connectivity issues with the app and difficulty in changing the password. If it was something I couldn't do I had to call customer service. The people were very friendly and professional and the installation went very smoothly we had absolutely no issues.

I was impressed by their solar panels and the output. They had some issues with application provided but customer service is very helpful in solving things. The installation process was very smooth and very helpful, we did have some hiccups with getting things approved by the city but other than that the process was very good.

The installation process went very well. It only took three weeks from when we decided to go with for them to install it. I thought that was very quick. It was done in one day. There haven’t been any issues. I think the profile is better than some others I see. Less obvious. It is performing the way it is supposed to. I feel they are the best.

The people who did it were very efficient, they were they cleaned up after themselves and it was just a great group of guys that were here and did the job. The only time I used customer service they had really quick response and they fixed the problem. I didn't have any problem doing the installation are anything after that. The staff is always available to keep me in the loop. They always acted very professional whenever I was dealing with him. I think we've got the premium panels that are currently available the wifi connectivity as far as keeping me abreast of how the system is functioning is very easy to use and usually all the feedback that I need regarding the status of the entire system and separate fee from the generate unit that give me updates as needed.

It was great. That was really no issues, the team was quite flexible. We had to cancel once and they just rescheduled it very well and it was it was pretty quick. The monitoring is not great. Sunpower doesn't really give us a lot of feedback on how much we consume per day. They were good to respond every time we needed that help.

Sales rep paid attention to details and was not pushy. He was thoroughly knowledgeable of the product. The product is quality and it is a good value. They were really fast getting it put up. So far everything has functioned as advertised, so I am satisfied; however, I do have some constructive suggestions for the SunPower monitoring app.
