Chewy is great. I ordered the wrong size dog collars and when I called to see about returning them, they just refunded me the money and told me to donate them to a dog shelter. I have had NO problems ever. They have quick delivery too.

Not every website is going to stock what everyone likes - that's why it;s called SHOPPING! Overall chewy.com is the one place I go to for things for my dog at a reasonable price and with almost "instant" delivery.

I have had no issue with them at all the only thing that bothers me is they are supposedly a division of petco and if they are I would like to be able to use coupons or stuff but am not able to, however i do get some stuff taken off because I get stuff shipped regularly so it really is no big deal. Would like to see more flea and tick products that my vet carries so I could save money on it like Revolution.

I absolutely love it. Prices are great, sale item prices are fantastic. I get my cats' food and litter delivered every month on time and in wonderful condition. I love the cardboard boxes they use over the 12oz catfood cans to prevent denting. Chewy is simultaneously saving my back and my wallet.

Fast shipping; Competitive prices; excellent packaging. I varied an order to let my dog try something new and he didn't like it. I contacted customer service and they sent me my regular as a replacement and told me to donate the one my dog didn't like to a rescue group. They didn't carry a food that my other dog loves; but, after a short time of asking them to carry it...they started carrying it. Love Chewy.com!!!

They have Chicken Soup For The Soul ..food for dogs and cats . Not easily found in my city . Big PLUS there. Prices....ehhh kinda high...but it's good food for my pets . Shipping is fast , right to my door .. 2-3 days .. Packaging for shipping needs to be a little stronger , both shipments came with damage to shipping boxes , due the the weight of content. Overall a good company , with the products I want , Shiiped quickly .

Chewy is a little pricey, but I don't think price is too much of a concern once you see how happy your pet is. I have used Chewy when it comes to ordering dog food in bulk, since my pup is a little picky on what he eats. Chewy always comes on time, or sometimes even earlier. I have a prescription for my dog. It is to help with his aging-related heart burn and sour stomach. We are set to go on a missionary trip for 10 months. We ordered the medicine for him from Chewy.com 1 MONTH early and they kept saying they faxed in the RX verification to my vet but my vet never got it. My vet printed out the history for the entire 10 days after my initial order and NOT ONCE did Chewy RX team fax them. Also they said they CALLED my vet but again, the vet printed out the call logs and NOT ONCE did Chewy try calling them. I am not sure WHY the Chewy Customer Service agents kept lying but we had DOUBLE PROOF they didn't do ANYTHING. Now we have to cancel and RUSH an order from somewhere else because Chewy STILL hasn't done anything and we leave in 1 week. Pathetic. Will NEVER order a RX for my pets again. Other things we ordered that were repacked treats and toys arrived QUICK. Chewy has an UNethical business model. BUYER BEWARE!
