I have been ordering from Chewy for about two years. The products are great, delivery is quick and in good condition...there was one time when the box was damaged from the delivery service and a few of the cans of pet food were dented. I contacted Chewy, sent them a pic of damage and they immediately sent me replacements with no shipping cost. The customer service is the best and they really care about their customers and pets. Will continue ordering my supplies from them.

Chewy has some of the BEST customer service! Very quick to respond to any questions and if there ever is a problem will correct immediately! I would say they make my top three for excellent customer service. I recently lost my 15 1/2 year old fur baby😢. When I realized that I had a bag of unopened dog food, I called Chewy and they told me that they were going to give me a refund and asked that I donate it. I always believed they were a great company but that reinforced it. Today, I received a beautiful bouquet of roses from Jordan, the sweet rep who helped me that day. Chewy is an amazing company. I have ordered from them for years and have always been delighted by their selection, fast delivery and customer service. When I've had issues, they responded quickly and resolved them fairly. I recently lost my dog and was on autoship. I hadn't gotten to my last orders before he died and Chewy generously refunded my money and allowed me to donate the food to my local shelter. Amazing! Thank you Chewy!!!

I use Chewy for my cat's food. They always try their best. Right now my cat is having problems and everyone I spoke to made every effort to help. They were patient and did everything to solve his problem. I was concerned since he was not eating. I bought different food and they waived the shipping. If not satisfied, they will accept all returns. The biggest surprise were the bouquet of flowers delivered to my door today from Andi at Chewy with kind wishes. I never dealt with a company that cared so much. Love Chewy.

This review is not about service or quality though they excel at both. This review is about their commitment to community! My order included 1 40lb bag of dog food among other things. I paid for 1 bag but 2 bags were delivered. I called customer service and Alisha who answered the phone, on her own, without supervisor approval, simply asked that I donate it to an animal shelter in my area. Awesome!

Great company! I received replacement product immediately when I had some dented cans. When my dog suddenly passed away they told me to donate unopened food instead of return, they credited my account and then I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers with a sympathy card. First off, Chewy answers the phone on the first ring without ANY AUTOMATION. Who does that? No one! Second, they are most accommodating. Chewy is a wonderful company. Anytime I call, I speak directly to a person. They are helpful, personable and offer great prices. Just purchased 4 bgs Kitty litter and 1 bag of ferret food, it arrived damaged and all bags were sliced open, it looked like it was opened and retaped when it was delivered. I called them up and let them know what happened. It was FedEx that delivered it.go figure. And they were very nice and replaced all the items in the box. I will continue to order from them. They are an excellent company.

Chewy.com is likely the best online website for ordering all your pet needs. It's cheap and delivery is speedy. They carry all the popular brands and many times much cheaper than retail stores. Chewy offers a wide selection and returns or refunds are not problematic. They make online shopping easy and convenient and beat out other sites with great brands.

I just had the BEST customer service experience ever! We placed an order with Chewy.com last week and received it Friday. There was an item missing, so I called the 800 number. The phone didn't even ring before a LIVE PERSON picked up. I told her what was up. She simply needed my name and phone number to look up the account, verified that the item had been ordered, and re-ordered it for free. The call lasted less than 5 minutes! It's taken longer for me to write this than the call, itself, took! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I LOVE Chewy.com! They process and ship orders quickly, I love their autoship option for dog food. Any time I have had a problem with an order needing to be returned or exchanged, they are prompt with sending out a replacement and request the original order be donated to a local rescue or shelter. We receive a Christmas card during the holidays and a birthday card for the pets with a coupon. The have the best customer service out of any company I have ever dealt with.

I use the auto ship function for cat/dog food, cat litter, and toys/accessories. The customer service is great, with prompt replacements for damaged items and birthday/holiday cards for each of my pets. I recently had a dog pass away and contacted chewy about returning an unused item. They refunded the money spent, told me to keep/donate the item, and sent flowers to my house. I don't do auto ship, but I do get almost all of my cat supplies thru Chewy. I am extremely pleased with their customer support. I've had a few items that weren't what I had hoped they'd be (a litter box too small and cat litter geni refills). They gave me credit for the box and I ordered a bigger one. The geni refills seemed defective and they immediately shipped new ones. They do understand customer service!!!

We live a good 20 minutes from the nearest store and have 3 dogs and 8 cats. Chewy makes providing for our fur-family easy and affordable. The one time that I had a problem with damaged merchandise they were grateful that I had informed them of the problem and immediately shipped a replacement. We were getting our dog's food autoshipped to our home because not only is it obviously more convenient, but actually cheaper than buying it at the store. We had to put our dog to sleep this week, and when I called chewy to see about returning the two unused bags we had just received, not only did they refund my money and ask me to just donate the food rather than bother with returning it...the very next day we came home from work to a beautiful flower arrangement from them. I recently adopted two Maine Coon kittens. Within the month I've had them, I've had to adjust their litter box size, food portions, and food brand. I ordered everything off of Chewy. Being kittens, they require a lot of experimentation to find what works for them and Chewy has worked with me on all of this. They fully refunded me for food that got them sick and the litter box that they were afraid of and encouraged me to donate these items to a local shelter where they would be used. CANNOT beat their customer service. My small dog did not take well to a bag of prescription dog food that I had ordered through Chewy. Despite the fact that it was a large bag and very expensive they told us to pay it forward if we could by donating the food to a shelter. I love getting my order 1-2 days after ordering. One time after having a bad winter storm I didn't get my order, when I called a new order was on its way at no charge then of course the original order found its way a week later. Although the service is great and prices OK, I think everything matters when giving a 5 rating. I got a $5.00 coupon for adopting a pet, getting credit for this requires me to mail the coupon to them, this I believe is a pain, since I can easily attach the coupon, which are serialized by the manufacturer so as not to double pay. So this issue is a hassle and I am sure something Chewy can work out with the manufacturers, as they probably sell more pet food than store. BTW, I had gotten credit in the past by attaching the coupon via e-mail, so somewhere along the line, there was a change that was not notified to customers.

This company has the best customer service. I have never had any problems with my orders and they all arrived as expected. I had just ordered 2 more months of my dog's hip tablets last Sunday when 2 hours later I had to rush him to the vets. I had to make the heart breaking decision to let him go. I called Chewy to see if I could stop my order and the order was canceled. Much to my surprise, I received a beautiful vase of flowers with a beautiful sympathy card. Perhaps what impressed me most, was we had to put our dog down after 12 years, and we had just received a shipment from Chewy. I have been shopping with chewy for many years now and was not happy when Petsmart acquired the company . I don’t usually write a review, but this time I feel compelled to do so because of my feelings that Chewy is now becoming a large volume store instead of thinking about pet needs. I have 6 Fur Kids and Order from Chewy 3 to 4 times a month Food and other items have steadily increased in price now some of the items that I look for are out of stock . One shipment had an item missing and customer service replaced item very fast. Shipment used to get to me after two days now it’s 4 to 6 days late. As of today I’m waiting for a shipment that was shipped out on February 13 and is now showing routed back to Florida On Feb 16. Called customer service and they are baffled why, and since Monday is Holiday will be Tuesday or later. So I will visit a Pet Store to buy more food since my shipment is late. I have prescription food that I purchase from chewy and will continue, however I am shopping around now to look for someone else to buy from. I am very sad to see a wonderful store like Chewy that sold out to Petsmart .

I called to cancel my auto shipment and ask what to so with any opened bag of prescription cat fold. Chewy refunded my money and told me to keep it. I know everyone has different experiences but I just called Chewy to return $20 worth of stuff and they asked me if I could donate them, i.e. they're still gonna refund me $20 but I can give the items to shelters, etc. I know $20 is not a lot, but I mean... HOW AWESOME IS THAT? I literally googled "how to review Chewy" just to write this review. P/s: I've bought so many stuff from Chewy and they've all been great so far.
