Not only did they have the kibble I was searching for but they also had the wet food at a lower price than I had been paying. My order came in 2 days and I decided to sign up for regular delivery, the second shipment came right on time. I am one satisfied customer!!!

I love ordering from them because of the prices and the convenience. I live on the fourth floor of a building with no elevator, and, carrying heavy bags of kitty litter up the stairs is hard for me. It's nice being able to order a big bag and not have that worry. I also order cans of cat food and treats. The only problem I've had is sometimes the kitty litter is packed in the same box with the cat food and the cans are dented. I've called in the past and was issued either a refund or replacements (I don't remember which now). I noticed that now the cases of cat food are in their own cardboard box. Delivery is always within days of my ordering too.

Due to a surgical procedure I was unable to get my pets foods the usual way so I figured to try out Chewy.com, especially since their food (TOTW) was on sale and there was no delivery charge if over $50..easy enough. Worked out excellent and may do it on a return basis as it was so easy ! Arrived in no time and was delivered to my front gate (only because my barking dogs were on the front porch). Excellent !!

I'm new to Chewy having just recently began purchasing my kitties' food through them. However, I know of people who highly recommend them. Based on their recommendation, I placed my first order. The food arrived lightning fast and cost me less than at my local PetSmart or Pet Supplies Plus. They also have a better selection on the one brand my cats will eat. I also chatted with a customer service rep "Patty" who was very helpful in guiding me on my first order. I hope to have a long and happy relationship with Chewy.

Love Chewy! Lowest prices on the food I buy and fast service. I can order one morning and have it the next day. Also great customer service. Once (only once in the many times I have ordered from them) they sent me a wrong item. When I contacted them, they told me to keep the wrong item and immediately shipped the correct one. You can't beat that for customer service.

I bought a body harness for my dog after she had surgery, not knowing we could get the one the hospital used and Chewy was so amazing. Excellent service and delivery. Has everything I need in cat and dog food. My cat has special prescription food and they carry it and it is much less expensive than buying at the vet. Excellent service, very fast delivery. The only return I needed to do was handled with understanding and excellence. My dog had an allergic skin reaction to calming collars that were intended to help with anxiety. They said to donate the rest of the collars in the pack to a local shelter and they would refund my money. the shelter was also grateful. I love dealing with this company.

I give Chewy a 10 score overall, especially customer service. A bag of FROMM kibble arrived with pin holes in it. I called them immediately, they put another bag in the mail for me and in less than 48 hrs, I had a new bag. I told them I could take a pic of the bag as proof of the holes, they did not even want or ask for that. I did take this bag to a very wooded area, away from homes and put the kibble in the woods for the animals. Best prices on nylabones as well!

Chewy's customer service is top notch! Their website is very user-friendly and the autoship option is great. Products arrive promptly and nicely packed. My dog requires a prescription food. Chewy's price is $10 less per bag than my vet, plus they did all the legwork and contacted my vet for the prescription. Customer service got back to me recently within an hour of me sending an email, plus they issued and extra $10 off my order for my "inconvenience!" Other companies should observe and learn. The prices for their pet food and other products exceed most in the online industry. If you have a problem with something you have received that didn't meet your expectations, either a refund or credit is issued without question.

I was purchasing Orijen dog food locally, and paying about $26 for a 5 pound bag. someone had said to look on chewy.com for bulk prices. I did and ordered a 15 pound bag of the same orijen dog food -regional red. the price was not $26 x 3....I also order a 5 lb bag of 6 fishes just to try it, once again at a good price. I was amazed when my order arrived in 2 days. I had qualified for free shipping..

I've been using Chewy for a few years. Only problem I have is when the food I ordered is out of stock then I have to call and work with the rep to find a substitute (my dog is allergic to some ingredients in most dry foods and finding one w/out those ingredients was hard on my own!) They've been very helpful. Also, when ever there is a problem with an order it's taken care of right away at no expense to me. I'll stick with Chewy

The most awesome company My wife and I have dealt with. Orders were always on time and always correct. They never had problem with changing order when needed. When our boxer pasted we had several cases unused. They credited us for every case and then had us donated the cases to our local Humane Society in his name. I love this company. I order my prescription cat and dog food from them. The first time I ordered the cat food there was a problem with the vet's office approving the prescription. The pharmacist spoke to me about it and then followed up with a call to the vet's office. Everything was resolved with no hassles. At Christmas time they sent a nice Christmas card thanking me for my business (and that was after only one or two orders). They're very customer service oriented and their prices are reasonable.

I have for years bought my dog food at a local pet food store, at a pretty good price. Noticed the prices creeping up and a neighbor mentioned they ordered on chrewy.com and had it delivered for much less! So I tried it and they weren't kidding, like $10 less. We have since rescued two kittens and I have ordered their food and litter from Chewy.com as well a great savings! I actually just submitted a request for a return on some cat food lids that were the wrong size on their online chat, the agent stated I would get a credit but to either keep the item or donate them to a local shelter! My first delivery was great my second delivery got completely lost I reach out to them and they refunded me more than what it originally cost and the dog food finally showed up 4 days later so roughyall together it was lost for over a week which meant I had to search around to different vet offices since it was a prescription dog food my third encounter was the delivery driver drop it off at the end of my driveway by my trash and if it hadn’t been for a none trash day it would been thrown into the garbage truck needless to say my neighbor came home and saw it brought it up and put it into my house so to make a long story short I will not give them more stars then what they deserve

I started using Chewy not long ago and I have enjoyed the service I have received. They have a bigger selection that my local pet supply store. They also have a very forgiving and understanding return policy and understand that sometimes an animal will not eat a certain brand of food. They allow returns up to a year out for certain items. The shipping has been quick in my opinion and the prices are fair compared to the local pet supply store.
