Chewy is amazing!!!! Simply the best! I have had issues with delivery of product via FedEx and a cancelation of subscription. The few times I have had to reach out and contact Chewy, they have been absolutely amazing. Their customer support representatives are real people....I mean REAL people. Never hesitate to do the right thing, and always, reassuringly let me know, things have been fixed. I can't believe, (sadly) that this day and age, this company and it's promise to do right, exists. They love their pets and their pet's people. Ps. Judith in south Florida is hands down the best....j/s.

Found Chewy thru a friend's very positive comment on Facebook. I compared their price for my dogs Merrick brand dog food with the local PetCo. With free delivery, Chewy had the price beat by $7. By signing on for auto-delivery (credit card needed) I saved another 20% ($14). Food was at my front door in a day with no problems. However our dog went thru his food faster than the 4 weeks autoship I'd requested. So I went to the website, moved autoship to every 3 weeks & hit "send now". Food was here in less than a day again. Very satisfied, easier than lugging it in/out of the car at Petco.
