Best price around anywhere for smartbones for your dog. Fast excellent service. I will only purchase these from chewy from now on. I can buy two for the price of one at Petco or fleet farm. You won't be disappointed if you order from chewy.

I had a large, expensive bag of dog food arrive torn, with bits scattered in the box. I notified Chewy customer service, and they sent another bag for free, without me even asking. Have also gotten refunds when cats don't like a food. Always very courteous, generous policies, and fast shipping. Wish it was still an independent company though.

I just ordered from Chewy.com. Prices were good. Yes it is convenient to have it delivered to the door, but the boxes I received were not packed well. I ordered boxes of cat milk and they were crushed. My one cat food was ripped open because of the shifting of other items in the box. I will say, I sent the company an email and they addressed the issues quickly. That, I did not expect and was pleased.

I donate to several cat shelters across the country. I sent food to an outdoor colony and she showed me pictures of partially damaged kitten food. I informed chewy.com and they immediately sent the same order to the colony and apologized. I highly recommend chewy and I have never had such immediate and helpful responses.

I hate writing this review. Until a few months ago I would have given Chewy five stars even though it's true they package heavy items along with fragile ones and cans end up dented and bags end up torn. The prices, customer service, and delivery of heavy items right to my front door made all that tolerable. But in the last few months about every third order I receive is incorrect. Items are missing. I get dog food instead of cat food. And yes customer service sends me the missing items with no complaint, but in the meantime I have to buy the food I need at the pet store. Also orders are taking longer to get here. They used to arrive in one to two days. Now they do not arrive on the day given in the shipping email. They arrived one, two, or even three days later. They are no longer the reliable company I depended upon.

We're received 2 bags of dog food that were torn- liked like they were cut with a box cutter. I didn't ask for a refund or a replacement bag, just contacted them to let them know what happened and they offered to replace both bags. Awesome customer service! They take care of their customers 300%.

I really like the speedy delivery, much faster than Amazon, but because my purchases fall just short of $49 for FREE shipping, I usually have to buy through Amazon; only $25 purchase for free shipping at same low prices. Also, packaging could improve by not shipping a bag of biscuits loose in the same box with a 28 pound bag of dog kibble; a lot of broken biscuits.

I have very unpleasant experience with Petco when I have not received my order after 6 working days and I had to select another shop for buying food for my cats. I placed an order in Chewy at evening on Friday. The next day my order was shipped. I received my order on Tuesday. Very good services and fast shipping! I highly recommended this shop!

The start of my experience was great, right after I placed my order, I realized I ordered the wrong size Kennel for my dog. I called them and they gave great and easy service, canceled the order and put in a new order for the correct size. I was told I would get it in 3 days but didnt get it. I checked the tracker and it was delivered a week and half after ordering it but I didnt get it :/ So I called them and let them know and they sent out a new one to me, no questions asked (but confirming the address) once again, saying I would recieve it in the next few days, sadly, I have yet to recieve it and it has been another week and now have no way to track it.

Love this company. I have 4 cats and like to give them good quality food. I find Chewy prices are very reasonable. Their customer service is always friendly and helpful. The cans of food arrive on time and are protected from damage with recyclable paper wrapping instead of plastic. I use auto ship. They really do value their customers.

I never write reviews but my dog is sick and on a strict diet. I requested to return the food that was ordered. Customer service was awesome - they gave me a full refund and asked that I donate the food to a shelter. All thanks to chewy, another dog that may be in need is probably just as thankful for their generosity.

I've been ordering from Chewy monthly for about a year. The prices are good, often better than other online stores. Selection is also very good. Love the free shipping on orders over a certain amount and my orders usually arrive in about a week. I had a problem with one order where several cans of dogfood had been dented so badly that I was afraid to use them. Called Chewy's customer service and they gave me a refund for the dented cans, quick and easy. I'm very happy with the products, prices and the customer service and will continue to order from them.

On the rare occasion a mistake is made, it is corrected immediately in the customer's favor. If only they would add parrot food, I would never look at another pet site.
