This company is really awesome as we have bought dog food from them for several years. We recently returned an auto ship delivery and Chewy inquired as to the reason for the return. We explained that our dog passed away and they were very courteous and understanding and they took the product back. Three days later, a large bouquet of flowers showed up at the house with a note from Chewy for the condolences of our dog. FIRST CLASS OPERATION! I will never buy pet food from another place again.

I have been a customer with Chewy for years. They have always impressed me from the customer service, to the choice of products. I recently had to say goodbye to my beautiful Machi and had almost full cases of some cat food. They were so kind and compassionate. Not only did they refund the food and asked me to donate it to a charity in Machi's name, but sent me flowers a well, which really touched my heart deeply. They understand that Pets Are Family. We have only been customers of Chewy for about a year and absolutely love them. Recently we had ordered some soft chews to help our old girl Akasha go potty. It arrived today, but Akasha passed last night. I called Chewy to find out how to return them and Ms. Amber asked me to donate them to a local shelter or give to a friend that might need them. She also set us up for a full refund and expressed sincere sorrow for our loss. We plan on continuing to order from them in the future for our little pup and any other furry friends who adopt us in the future.

Their prices are reasonable and, on some items, better then other sources. My last order had some damage from shipment (in no way was it Chewy's fault, but they still replaced the item free of charge and shipped it the same day!). However for Christmas I received a letter from the co-founders of the company that was showing appreciation for my business. That meant more than I could ever imagine. Chewy is wonderful. They always give me a heads up when my auto-ship is about to be sent, which allows me ample time to adjust the ship date if necessary. Also, one of my elderly kitties who was on a special prescription diet recently passed. I had just received my shipment of his food prior to his passing. When I called Chewy to ask if I could return the case of food and obtain a refund, they not only gave me a full refund, but told me to donate the food to a shelter or vet rather than return it. I vote for Chewy.com for president in 2020. Their customer service is competent to answer any questions and handle them. They care. They keep their word. Their prices are cheaper than the big box stores. Their delivery is better every single time than the leading Forbes company that charges fees for prime delivery and Chewy beats them hands down every time and no fees. I have been ordering my dogs supplies through Chewy for about a year now, and I just had the most wonderful experience with customer service. A jacket I ordered was too large for my dog, so I contacted customer service to initiate the return process. They are refunding me for the jacket, and suggested that I donate the jacket to a local shelter in place of returning the item to their warehouse. In this day and age, where the dollar is the bottom line, this was truly heart warming to hear!

I just had a wonderful experience with Chewy.com's customer service. I'd ordered a pet carrier in May 2017 and recently loaned it to a family member. Wellllll, it came back without the padded floor and, of course, the person I loaned it to apologetically cannot locate it. I contacted Chewy.com via chat and explained the situation to see if I could order just the floor. They said, "No worries, we'll take care of it." They are sending a replacement carrier, no charge!! They didn't have to do that at all. Customer for life here!

I have ordered pet food from Chewy's for years and have finally decided to write a review that is well overdue! Everyone there has been exceedingly kind and helpful, solving any problems with decisions regarding the care of my pets. They instantly give credit for purchases not working out and simply ask to donate them to shelters. Recently my little 17 year old dog had to be euthanized and today I was deeply moved by the arrival of a dozen roses from them expressing their sympathy. Much love to Angelica and all the Chewy employees who have helped me through the years.

I've liked using this online service for several years. They are fast, everything is in good condition, reasonable prices, great selection. My dog recently passed away. She was on an expensive, prescription diet. At the time of her passing I had quite a bit left. I contacted Chewy to see if I could return any. I started using chewy when Amazon stopped carrying precious brand cat litter. Chewys service is better than Amazon's. Their prices are comparable, they ship just as fast and I think it's great. Their customer service is fantastic, they've made me a loyal customer. I had an issue with a product and they fixed it straight away and went above and beyond. Even though Amazon now carries the cat litter again, I won't return there to buy it. I think chewy has made a big dent in Amazon's pet sales. Good for them! I haven't tried the subscription service, but next time I order I'm going to sign up.

Excellent customer service! I thought I turned off my autoship and dog food showed up at my door and billed to my account. It was a surprise and wasn't prepared for that bill. I called and they told me I never turned off the autoship. But they went ahead and turned it off for me and gave me resolution for the food already shipped. No arguments, no worries, quick fix.

Good prices, 2 day shipping on all orders (although my orders usually arrive in 1 day), free shipping on all orders over $49 and a GREAT variety of products! Plus, you get 5% more off your orders if you autoship. . My order was not delivered as the shipping company said it was. I called Chewy.com and they got a replacement to my house in 24 hours. Not only did the replacement arrive, but the original order as well. I called and let them know that I received the first order as well as the replacement. They told me to donate it to a shelter if I wished or keep it. I’ll donate it. This is a great company with great prices and superb customer service. They certainly have my business!

I love this company! They have a huge selection of products - even the hard to find dog food I use - and their delivery is super fast (usually within a couple of days.) I also like that they pack everything with paper instead of bubble wrap - I feel less guilty about all the packaging. Their website is easy to use and I really like their auto-ship. I purchased a dog crate that was the wrong size. When I contacted Chewy to return it, they refunded my money but said they preferred that I donate the crate to an animal shelter in my community. They did not require proof of donation. The service representative said, "We trust our customers." I was very impressed. This was my first purchase from Chewy and I will continue to shop there.

Chewy.com are amazing people. I ordered my cat's prescription food. It arrived promptly but (my fault for not opening for a week) it was the incorrect food. When I emailed them informing them of the situation and requesting a return label for the wrong food. They not only got me the correct food asap, but they advised me to donate the wrong food to my local animal shelter. They then followed up with a handwritten card with a very cute drawing of my cat. These folks go the extra mile and I highly recommend to all.

I am so impressed with this company! My orders are usually delivered to my doorstep in less than their expected 2-day delivery. Everything in the box is packed perfectly. I love chewy.com and so do my pets. I am a comparison shopper and they really do have the best prices for high quality products. If anything is ever wrong with your order (extremely rare) or you get a product, try it and do not like it (had that with a spray scent conditioner once) their customer service is superb. They have a huge selection of products for cats, dogs, and other animals. Shipping is very fast. No more hassles of going to the pet store to try and load a 50 lb bag of dog food.

I have been using autoship orders since Feb 2016. I never had any problems changing the frequency or delivery. Today I talked to customer service about a auto order from June to return the order, as the old cat is no longer with us, and Devin stated my credit card payment would be returned in 3-4 days and I could donate ( value of $58.00) the food to a local shelter in my cats name. I called to have it returned and they immediately refunded me for the crate while they asked what my puppy's name and breed was and that I should give her belly rubs for them. It's called Chewy. Why would you expect or demand pet clothes to be sold by them? They sell the food I need. They ship it very fast in strong durable boxes. I'm in the middle of nowhere, where we don't get next day shipping. I always get my shipments in 2-3 days. It's a great site and I promote it to everyone I talk to about cat/dog/ferret food.

They told me no problem they would credit my account but asked that instead of sending the harness back I take it and donate it to a local animal shelter. I LOVE THAT idea! I order my prescription cat food for my girls because one of them had IBD. I found the food at Chewy for a very very good price and am also on autoship which decreases the price a bit. This month, my shipment arrived damaged and some of the cans of food were destroyed. I called to get replacement cans but they could not do that so they replaced the whole case at no cost to me. Now THAT is what I call a 100% satisfaction guarantee! I will continue to purchase my prescription diet from Chewy! Best guarantee in the business!

I started buying my cats' products at Chewy earlier this year and have had an autoship monthly ever since! The prices are great, no taxes for me and the turnaround time is FAST! I work across the street from PetSmart and I buy most of my food and other items from Chewy. I still buy my litter at Petsmart because I have to buy so much but canned and premium cat foods are comparable and often times even better prices than the chain store prices. Hands down THE best pet supply company I have ever purchased from. Customer service is far superior. I recently bought three bags of a certain brand of pig ears because they were a really good price. My three did not like them. I called and asked if they would issue a return on the two unopened bags. The rep issued an immediate credit for all three bags and asked me to donate them to a shelter or rescue. The shelter ended up get a bunch more stuff that day since I was going to donate. I ordered a gift for my sister in NY not knowing that she already bought one ..When I called Chewy and explained to them and asked how I should return the item, I was told that they were taking care of my refund and instead of returning the item, to donate it to a local shelter. Very easy to deal with. Products were priced low and delivery was fast. I was looking for a belly band diaper for my senior male husky and wasn't sure which one to try. One of the options on the web site didn't work as well as another brand, for me, and Chewy.com was quick to refund me for the option that did not meet my needs. Easy to set up, order shows up promptly each month, and it is easy to pause orders when I have a surplus and easy to speed up orders when I'm running low. One of my dogs is on an Rx diet and the price is fair and it's never been on back order. I used a competitor (petfooddirect) previously and had issues with back orders, billing, etc. No issues at all with Chewy though.

Chewy carries the best dog food I liked to feed my dogs. They have the best service and customer support. When my first dog died they sent flowers and a card. Unfortunately 4 months later my other dog had to be put to sleep. I had just received 2 cases of merricks food. When they were notified they took the food off my bill and requested I give the food to the local shelter which i did. I also received a card for him. I don't know another company who would go to these lengths.They are the BEST!!!!
