Chewy *was* a fantastic company! They used to send me and my dogs Christmas cards, and even get well soon cards for when I had to buy medicine for my dog. Ever since they were bought out by pet smart or pet co, it’s gone super down hill. 😕

Great company for not having to go into the pet stores and lug around the giant bag of dog food. Only thing is shipping can take almost a week depending on where you live. So sometimes the food is out before i get my next order or i have alot of food when the next order arrives.

My complaint is with inconsistent, and extremely late deliveries. Chewy uses Fed Ex, and every month I endure an unacceptable amount of stress because the deliveries are rarely on time. My elderly dog is a diabetic, requiring prescription dog food. I'm done ordering from Chewy, and any other company that uses Fed Ex to deliver products.

As of late not only are items broken, they are taking more than a week to ship and receive. If you order meds do it about 2 weeks before you need it, I had to wait 7 days for them the last time I ordered I still have two orders that have not shipped yet from 4 days ago.

They used to ship within two days and now looks like they closed many of their warehouses and so shipment can take almost a week. Unfortunately I cannot plan so much in advance for pet food. I find everything available on Amazon for the same price and with guaranteed 2-day delivery. Why use Chewy?

Lied about shipping (email and invoice stated one day, arrived different day, asked why discrepancy and answer was it happens because services we use are not including Sunday's. Automatic pet door did.npt work and returned item. Chewy got the package back 4/11, and did not release my refund till 5/2. Stay away from chewy!!!

Well, I don't have an "experience" with Chewy because they won't ship to Alaska. I get everything else from Lower 48, from Philosophy Makeup to clothes from all department stores to, well I'm at a loss to name something I 'Don't' get from the States, except, of course, Chewy!

Have ordered from Chewy twice and both times the box arrived crushed. There is minimal packing inside, so fragile items break and the last box had one piece of tape on top and arrived open. They are great selection and prices, but can't pack a shipping box to save their lives!
