I placed an order for autoship. I got a msg that they "tried to deliver the order but couldn't ". Seriously? It's not like my doorstep has changed since the last shipment. When I called customer service, she was not only unhelpfuul, but also rude. Because of this, I will never use Chewy again. They've left me in a bind. And when they "couldn't" deliver, it leaves me in a bind. Their customer service reps should realize that

Mmmm, where to start. I was a member of this company for many years. 1999 I stopped due to destroyed deliveries. Ask Chewy ti get a better delivery company. They didn't only offered excuses. Then came pandemic, only received part Rest backordered. I stopped again. Just decided to try again, 1-3 day delivery cannot be trusted. It's taking nine days for a delivery. This is to be worst overrated company. Try Amazon, or get ready for I'm sorry, theres nothing we can do about this. Even going all the way up to management. ,

Worst customer service ever. I placed an order with them and then sent them an email with my tax exempt. They canceled my order and canceled my account instead of just saying sorry we don't accept tax exempt. Is this how you deal with customers. This should be customer service 101. I hope to see you filing bankruptcy very soon. Customers are the main base for any business and you clearly don't deserve to have any customers or do any kind of business with.

We received a cat condo recently that came with bed bugs that we saw come out of the box. Chewy is refused to fix the bed bug infestation even after sending multiple pictures. They caused the bed bug problem shouldnt they fix their problem. This just proves chewy doesn't take responsibility or care about their customers. Now they are taking down my reviews because they don't want to lose business

NEVER again!!! NEVER again!!!! this has been the most frustrating experience...I have shopped Chewy a few times and usually no problem. The problem was with fed ex not being able to do their job properly but Chewy's "fix" ended up causing more stress and problem and they keep telling me they refunded my money to paypal but it never showed up.... time to find a new pet supply shop.

Chewy used to deliver products quickly to my home address in CA. That is no longer the case. I just got off the phone with their customer service and the individual that I spoke to (Dillion) could have cared less that that I told him that I would start buying at stores because Chewy was no longer delivering in a timely manner. He sounded like he must have been working from home because he sounded very lethargic. Very disappointed but maybe it's time that more of visit the stores so they stay open.

Made my first order of $70 and after 10 days of waiting i emailed support to let them know that order not yet received and fedex status hasnt changed. Then another 3 days passed and i emailed again, only for them to tell me that they think the package was lost and that they sent me out a new order which was to be received in 2-5 days. The new order wasnt even sent until 2 days after they placed it and fedex shows it wont be received for a week. Worst customer service and shopping experience ever.

1-3 day free shipping? don't bet on it. don't bet your cat's health on it. i noticed i was running low on prescription food for my ibd cats, so went on their site to find it had been supposedly shipped 5 days previously. i visited the fedex shipping link to see the package held up someplace in Georgia for the past 3 days with no delivery date promised. a recipient can't intervene with fedex, so i went online chat with chewy.com to ask them to do something for me. the jerks refused to lift a finger. simply refused to do anything.

I loved this company till today. My autoship was to be shipped out on Wednesday and did not ship. When in inquired on when it would be shipped there wa s no ETA as they were working on the cyber monday shipments. I had to buy other food for my puppies as we were about to run out and I can't simply wait till the shipment may or may not arrive. Its a shame that cyber monday shipments are more important than the repeat customers that use autoship I have since moved my business to another company. The customer service rep offered no help or anything. Just sorry too bad.

This company has the worst customer service. They pay lipservice but do not care how the customer is treated. I'll be purchasing my dogs food elsewhere. I won't put up with poor service for the prices they charge. I am disabled and need help getting a 60 lb box just inside my garage. Hasn't been a problem until yesterday. Fedex wouldn't come back to help and my package got stolen. They apologize but it is severely INSINCERE. They've lost a customer. Easy to find another company to deliver my dog food. Already have one set up after this. Good bye chewy.com.

I've used Chewy for quite some time now, placing orders on a weekly basis. They supposedly have a 100% customer guarantee but McKenna H. in customer service refused to refund me for a product my cats wouldn't eat. Cannot believe how rude and uncooperative she was. My Chewy experiences were all very satisfactory until I dealt with here. Still debating if I will ever return as a customer after that experience.

I ordered prescription cat food and cat liter on Feb. 22, today is March 8, I still have not received it and today I was notified by Fed x that the packege was damaged and returned. I would have to re order. I called Chewy customer service 5 times while waiting for my order and was assured it was coming. I finally gave up on their next day delivery and cancelled my order

Used Chewy Pharmacy for 1st time. Got email from Chewy that Prescription had shipped (24 -48 hr) delivery via FedEx. FedEx site said shipping label created, but no further updates. After 5 days still had not receved the meds so called Chewy. They have no idea if the shipment ever made it to the Truck. Told me to call my Vet to get more drug in the interim while they tried to figure what happened. Will not use them again...plenty of other good reliable options.

Chewy impedes shelter donation Tried to order cases of Royal Canin for Oakland Animal Services as a donation. Received repeated emails that order was being cancelled (every day 3 days in a row) since the prescription had not been called in by shelter vet. After speaking to rep about having to reconfirm order (multiple times), rep tells me that prescription has been received. 4 weeks later, I call to check that food has been sent to shelter....chewy claims there is no prescription and has cancelled the order. Thanks chewy for preventing sick animals from getting necessary supplies

My experience is we had a cat tree put up for 1 day and a part on it broke, fell on my cat and had to take her to the vet. They told me they would send a new cat tower, even after they refunded me. When I called back they said they would honor the last price I paid but did not. They said if I want to order a new cat tower they would give me a 10% discount. Even though I had a 15$ off coupon with the first one. Don't use CHEWY...they say one thing and do another!!!!!!

Chewy's customer service has really slid downhill. They recently advertised American Journey dog food buy 1 get 1 free. When they only sent one bag I contacted them. They refused to honor their offer and would not send the second bag as advertised. I have ordered from Chewy for years...but not any longer. Poor customer service, false advertising did it for me.

This use to be my go to pet supply source. I use to spend a minimum of $100 there monthly. Prices have gone up while quality has gone done. When a quality dog food provider like Champion pulls out of a retailer that's a sure sign of decline. All good things must come to an end. So long Chewy.

Prices have been going up, and Chewy's advertising is false. They say you get free shipping, but in reality, you don't get it unless you order about $50 worth of product. Their advertising doesn't say that at all! I think I'd better start looking for an alternative.

Price! Cant beat Pet Club. Got a 24lb bag of Natural Balance at Pet Club for $20 less than the $54 price at Chewy. Convenience, cant beat Chewy. What is more important is the question. I ordered from Chewy in the past, but cant bring myself to return because they cant compete with Pet Club.

Customer Service Rep said "that's weird" and reordered the three missing items. No apology or accountability. the last two orders i placed with them took 5 or 6 days to arrive when i was told it would be 2 days. when i complained i was given a 15 percent credit toward my next purchase. i will buy from amazon prime in the future, the prices are the same and two day delivery is guaranteed..also i was told they only ship fed-x. and that fed -x does not deliver sunday or monday. amazon prime delivers 7 days a week. also fed-x delivers in the dark and leaves the package on the ground for the animals to get.

So, I gave them a physical address to ship my item and they refused to ship to that address because it was not my billing address. Go figure. bought the three items for my 6 mos old puppy, the one that looks like a cat you put a water bottle in it. thought it would last, it was done in less then 1 hour. he chewed right through it and made a big hole. I really thought it would of lasted a long time, so now in the trash, the green squeeky ball big hit, and the moose cute but looks like its on the way to trash ripping at the seems.
