They were very knowledgeable and knew what I had and how it's supposed to work. The gentleman that I spoke to was just so patient, kind and very nice. It's been fantastic!

So far, we are very satisfied with MobileHelp. Since it's for a family member, we really didn't know if it really worked or not. Then it went off accidentally one time, and the representatives came online and were very nice. They just wanted to make sure she was okay, and that was really good.

I'm very satisfied with the whole thing. The service was been wonderful! When I called them, everything was explained very well.. As a matter of fact, the system was even delivered faster than they said it will be, which is also a nice surprise. The only problem I had is that the base has to be in just the right position, and by the window, to get the signal. If it's not, I have to reset it.
