I had friend who had one and she was satisfied with hers. I haven't really had to use it but one time I hit the wrong button and they were right on the phone and took care of it. They're very friendly. I feel safe with them there.

They have called all the times they thought I had fallen and they were right on it. They seem to be very active when you activate it. I am glad I have it so I wear the necklace everyday an I carry the remote with me in my purse in case something happens.

I have called them a couple of times and they have always been helpful. I has a question come up and I called them and they did a ransom diagnostic and they said I had a bad receiver and they were sending me a new one. It was seamless and I didn't have to argue with them. It is overly sensitive and goes off when nothing is wrong frequently.

It can go with me not matter where I go in the United States. I use it daily and the device is really good and has met all my needs. The customer service is there and willing to answer all my questions. It came quickly and was very easy to set up.

The sales guy knew exactly what he was talking about and gave me a good deal. He wears the little device and the wrist all day and they have to be there for it to work. I was under the impression that just the pendant or the wrist would work but apparently he has to take the little thing with him.

Within 4 hours of setting up my dads MOBILEHELP my stepmother fell and they had to push the button! So glad we got your system. It worked perfectly. She had to have hip replacement due to a bad break, but had immediate help because of the MOBILEHELP system!

I bought the equipment for my mother. She is not technologically- inclined but she figured out everything quickly. The customer service had been outstanding and the fact that I can locate my mom via an app. On my iPujne is great. I also like that we receive text messages when batteries are running low on devices, etc

Great customer service and product! My mom lives alone and loves her independence. She has used the panic button and received help immediately. It gives me some peace of mind knowing she has a fall detection pendant and help if she needs it.

Not even a month after I got it for my father, he had a bad fall and broke part of his neck. Luckily, he remember he had his watch button on him, pressed it, and immediately the family was notified and emergency services were on their way. I honestly don't know what he would have done without it because no one was home at the time.

I accidentally pushed my wrist button and five people showed up within 10 minutes. I understand that you usually call me before anyone comes, but I do not think you did. However, everything worked out well and I am satisfied.

The unit is handy and not too big or bulky. It can sit in your purse or pocket when you're out walking. When it goes off, you hit the button and have a clear conversation with whoever is on the other end. They're always friendly and answer your questions so you understand.

Every time I've called and was able to get through and they've always been very helpful in resolving whatever question or issue that I had. Everyone from the customer service has been pleasant to talk with and eager to resolve whatever issue that I had. I've been pleased with the limited contact that we've had so far.

The customer support is very helpful. They're very congenial. I called yesterday with a malfunction and someone was available and the gentleman was so knowledgeable of the product. I don't ever remember speaking to someone who so confidently, so intelligently talked about the product. I told him several times that I feel I'm in good hands.

Everybody from the company is very attentive. I need them to explain things pretty clearly. In fact, I set up the new device for a couple of days and they identified the battery was low and sent us out a replacement right away. I'm pretty impressed. When I called to order it, they explained things very well and put a rush shipment out.

The times we've tested it, they're very fast at responding. They've got a very fast response time so I'm real happy with that. Their response was very quick and they seem to really be on the ball and very professional. The device was easy to set up and easy to use. It seems like a very good device.

I put the bracelet on in the morning and I leave it on until I go to bed and the base unit is right beside my bed. They seem to be prestigious and I appreciate their help. I don't worry about my safety and that is a big plus for a seventy one year old.

I had another one I did not like and I saw the ad for MobileHelp and it just clicked with me that it sounded like what I needed. With most big companies once you sign up, they make you wait thirty of forty minutes to help you but they helped me right away. I lost the device and I called and I found it in my car because of their help.

I have used it twice and the response did not take long at all. I was treated very well when they came to get me, everyone was nice. I am disabled and have fallen in my house before and it took two days before anybody got me, that is why I like MobileHelp. I like the service.

I appreciate the fact that it has GPS and that as long as I have the little receiver with me, they will know where I am. I feel like the device is a little expensive but I think that it is worth it. The device is also a little sensitive.

I would recommend it to anyone who falls. The big reason why I went with MobileHelp is the fall button. I appreciate the service because it lets me know that someone will be there if I fall. I have tested it and it set it off so I know it works.

It makes my family and friends happy that I wear the button around my wrist all the time. You can describe your problem in detail to the person on the phone and get help. There is a box that holds your keys by the front door that hasn't been working for me.

The woman that spoke to me while I was signing up was very helpful. They give you a lot of options. I like how when you call you can say it is an emergency or you just want to call someone on your list. They also provide a lock box, which is very convenient.

I wish all companies handled customer service they way they do. Everyone I have spoken to is wonderful. They not only know the information you are looking for but they relate to you as a person. The staff was able to explain very clearly the advantages of the system and why they are better than the competitors. The device seems advanced.

I feel the technology behind it is excellent and I haven't had any problems with it. I think it is a fair value. It is easy to use. They person I called was very knowledgeable and very good. I ordered one different company and I paid for it and they never delivered it , they delivered it to the wrong place, so when I saw Mobilehelp on T.V, I called them. When I did call and asked questions, they answered. They give good service. When I push the button, there is a response. It is a little expensive.

I compared the three companies that are very popular and they seem to be the one that was easiest to manage. I would like it to be less expensive but if it saves my life it is worth every penny. Last Monday I was bowling and I accidentally pushed the button. They called my home unbeknownst to me because they could not hear in the bowling alley and they sent an ambulance to my home.

I haven't had to call often, but whenever I have called in, they've been very responsive. It gives some false alarm when I'm just sitting in a chair. For example, it will go off and I know how to cancel the alert, but I think it's prone to giving false alerts. Not every day, but at least once or twice a week.

The first day I was wearing it and I went to sit down on the couch and the pendant swung out and it sort of dropped and within a few moments there were people knocking on my door because the alerts had gone off upstairs and I didn't realize it so they thought that I had fallen. The customer service sent the system to use very quickly when we ordered it so I know they're on the ball as far as getting things shipped out to you.
