I would like it if it was connected to an app. They stripped it of a lot of stuff to make it easier for the elderly and would appreciate it if it had part capability. Otherwise I am very happy with it. When I tested it, they were very quick and every time I talk to them they are very friendly. It is a good investment.

Great...I have no problems with it, and I like the idea that it can be on the door where they don't have to hit the door down to get in to help. I bought the necklace and set it off a couple of times so I decided to try the wrist one and it works fine.

Very detailed explanation of product & how it works, they are the orginal equipment manufacturer that many resellers market as their own, only 1 that I found with fall detection necklace & a lockbox on the door with your key for emergeny entry.

The stafff was very friendly and assisted us in determing which product would work best for our mom. They even assisted us with the set up process, which by the way was so easy.

I am glad I have it because my husband does fall sometimes and I feel like he is safe now. When we test it, somebody always is on the line. We have had a quite a few false alarms when my husband accidentally pushes the button and they have been there and very good about it.

The value is very good and the device is good. I had a false alarm once I tried to stop it and held the button for a few seconds and I didn't get anybody on the phone so I had to call the emergency to tell them it was false alarm and that was a mess. I would still recommend it.

The customer service is really good, they explain things to me about what I need. I don't dislike anything. I went walking to today and didn't wear sweater so I had to hold it in my hand and that was a little cumbersome but I managed and it does have a little clip on it but I couldn't pull it out enough to clip onto my pants.

MobileHelp has been very attentive to my questions and getting everything set up. The necklace is too short, when you are laying down you feel like you are choking a little bit. I only wear the watch and that seems to be working well.

The times that I have call them have all been mistake but they have been extremely nice and wanted t verify that nobody needs assistance. The wristband is easy to wear, though I do dislike the necklace because it goes off too easily and calls the helpline.

They are always quick to respond and they are really nice. The only thing I don't like is the one around the neck because you can barely touch it and it gets alerts so I have been wearing the wristband. It's nice feeling secure.

So far I am very satisfied with it. I like the fact that it is good anywhere in the United States. I haven't had to use it in an emergency but I have bumped the little thing and it went off and then somebody was talking on the base unit and I told them it was an accident.

The fall button around my neck only has to move a little bit and it goes off and they call immediately. I love it, I feel more secure with it because I am widow who lives alone. I think widows or seniors should get this device because I think it is wonderful though they should maybe lower their price.

The devices are not perfect but they are excellent value. I have had a couple of false alarms and people have called me back within three to four minutes and they were very kind about it. I haven't had any disasters but the thing you wear around your neck and wrist are super sensitive. Also you can see the neck one under my shirt or sweater. I wish there were a better system for wearable alarms but the mobile thing you carry with you is great.

I would recommend it. It is worth the money for the security. It has been a lifesaver and it takes away the stress and worry when your parent is at home. He just has to push a button and they are on their way. I haven't had any problems with the company, we never had any delay or anything. Somebody answers even when it is a false call.

I had problems when it first came because it shipped in the on position and I was able to contact their customer support and they helped me get it all resolved. I like that it gives my family peace of mind; they know if I should fall down, ill be able to get help. Their response times are quick, and it worked exactly how it was advertised. I'm afraid that I'm going to accidentally make it go off. I've done that one time since I've had it. I've tested it and I wear it when I'm in the shower or when I'm outside working on my flowers. I didn't expect my payment to be so high.

A couple of times, my wristband went off by accident when I was in the grocery story banging something adn all the sudden I heard a medical aleaert and I had to call them and say that it was a false alarm. They were right on the spot. When I tested it, I had a hard time at the beginning but then after that it was fine.

They've been really good. They answer my questions promptly. MobileHelp seems to be a good company. The device is easy to use. I like this necklace I got. I never could get a wrist band that worked. The wristbands were always too small. I used it a couple of weeks ago. I fell and I pushed the button and they had somebody here within just minutes of the time I fell.

The device is easier to get used to than some of the other devices I've tried. I have the watch one that I use the most. It was set off by my job jumping on my arm, but I was really surprised they responded that soon, even though it was a mistake. You really don't need that much pressure to activate it if you really needed it. The staff is very knowledgeable.

Customer service is very informative but sometimes it is too much information to cope with at once. One time I hit the button and didn't realize it and the next thing I know the fire truck is there. I would like it to plug into a regular socket instead of the phone thing.

Everything looks good, the equipment came well packaged and the instructions were good. I have the one around my neck and it is not very pretty but that's the only thing that I would say could be improved. Maybe they could make it smaller or something. I am glad with it, it is a good company.
