This is for my mother and the wrist is a little gaudy, it could be a little smaller, but it didn’t take her long to get used to is and she is 92. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been more than helpful with follow calls and they very professional and well versed. I’m very well pleased.

They’re very trustworthy. They give immediate responses. Everyone is very courteous and nice. It is nice that they’re not sending out everybody just because you hit the button and check with you first. He likes that he can wear it outside the house and go for a walk a couple of houses away and still be covered.

If I fall, somebody would be able to come to help me so I feel secure in my home. I won’t feel so upset if I fall again. I like that I have a watch that I can wear on my wrist, I sometimes I put it on instead of the one that hangs around the neck so that it is not so much in my way.

Worth every penny. I like the fact that if I were to fall while at home alone, I could get someone to come to me if I was hurt. They don’t have to break down the doors anymore because of the cheat entry. The people who’ve helped me were all very nice with wonderful manners.

I’ve had good service with them. They check on the equipment and today I got a package with a new cradle and mobile thing because the old one wasn’t picking up signals right. When I set if off by error, they answered and called my home phone really quickly.

Very grateful to have them because it makes me feel secure knowing my ninety four year old dad has help at just the push of a button. It seems to be a good company. I like the fact that it is FDA approved. It seems to be working fine. I bought it for my mother and she likes the fact there is a watch type alert. They were very up front with what they could do and the pricing. It was easy to install so we are very happy with it.

I like that you can wear the watch or the necklace. The dog jumped on me and I pressed the button, I didn’t realize it, and the next thing I heard was siren and the fire truck came and in the meantime, they called my daughter. If I had fallen, it would have saved my life.

I test it once a month and used it two or three weeks ago for an emergency when I had severe pain and they set up emergency dialysis for my kidney. It is really great. God sent it to me because I have had problems falling in the past and now I am more comfortable and secure living alone.

We bought it for my mother and she has only had it for a short period of time but they have been very helpful getting it set up and we haven’t found anything we dislike about it. She set it off once, accidentally, and we got out text messages right away they talked to her and she told them it was an accident. Everything seems to work great.

I like the white color. I am glad I did not get the black one. I’ve only pushed it once on accidnet and when I did that somebody talked to me afterward and said everything was okay. I would like there to be night light on it as I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night and can’t see anything but otherwise it works well.

I live in a multistory house and the unit is on the main level and if I need to make my way up or down the stairs to the bedroom or the basement, it is convenient to have around my neck. They respond quickly even if I accidentally push the device, though I wish I could do it through my neck device.

It is almost $500 a year, so it is a bit expensive but it is probably average for the equipment. They are very thorough and quick to respond and very knowledgeable. I am a nurse and it is good quality and it is convenient. I am very impressed with them calling me until they get a hold of me when the device goes off.

The company is very cooperative. There are other companies that do the same thing for less money for a monthly fee and I paid for the whole year but mobile help is very good and helped me a couple of times. It is too sensitive. If I put it down a bit firmly, it activates and they call me to see if I am okay. everything else is fine.

I am on social security disability and it is worth it to have mobile help because they are really quick to respond and they have GPS which is a miracle thing because there are a lot of places they offer emergency help. If somebody is needed, you know someone will check on you.

Overall is it really great as far as getting help when you need it as long as I remember to take it with me when I go somewhere. What little help I needed, they were right on it from the start. I knew what I was supposed to do and how to do it. The device is small and convenient but I dislike that it went off three or four tomes without any reason and if you don’t need it, it is expensive. They are ready to send someone to you when it does go off.

Representatives are very nice but I don’t like that I have to carry an extra piece with I leave the house, I would rather it be included in the device that you hang around your neck. The quality is fine as far as how well it is made and how sturdy it is but I have trouble understanding them when they ask what is wrong when I push the button. The voice is kind of garbled.

I like that it's sensitive and waterproof. When I tested it, everyone was very attentive. It doesn't seem like 911, it's contacted right away. I'm worried about what might happen during an emergency a little bit. I've had a very positive experience with the customer service of MobileHelp.

The pendant was a little long at first even though we adjusted it so we had to order a separate lanyard. When we first got it, it wasn't working and we had to send it back and they had to ship out new stuff. When we tested it they talked to us on the phone.

I like the fact that it registers if you fall even if you can't talk. They listen to what my needs are. The directions are very simple on how to get it going and how to install it. I like the little lock box that goes on my front gate so that you have the key to my house instead of breaking down my door.

The salesman explained everything in detail to me about the system. The fall alert t hat I wear around my neck is to quick to, if I bump it against something, it sends out an alert and I haven't fallen. I've tested it a couple of times with postive results. Three times now I've just bumped it and it showed as a fall and they responded immediately. That was important because had it been a fall, at least you've got help right away. I like that it's sensitive and responsive.

Everyone that I worked with when I ordered it for my dad was very nice and we didn't have to run around to get the answers or anytying. Was very straightforward on the cost and easy to install. We do the weekly checks on it and it connects, sometimes it does take a little bit of a delay to connect, but I think it's just because it's a path.
