Definitely a good company to deal with. They’ve been phenomenal. I like that it includes everything my mom needs, even GPS, though it took her a long time to remember to take it with her. The tests are flawless, she had done it 3 different times.

We’ve had it for two months. The fall detection pendant works almost every time and the general system works fine. The emergency button for the bathroom is really helpful and the lock box is great. The speaker is loud so my parents can hear it fine. They are friendly and helpful.

I like that the device is relatively simple to use. It is good equipment that works. I fell about a week and half ago and the fall was detected and it worked well. The people you call, explain things well and are patient and preset information clearly.

I certainly assume they are very trustworthy. I like it because it is comfortable to wear and it doesn’t get in your way. Sometimes it goes off without your knowledge but I am still getting acquainted with it. Other than it works fine. It is easy to test and it seems to be a good value for your money.

I am not sure it is good for dementia patients because they play with the buttons. One time my dad was playing with it and it went off and they called immediately and asked if her was okay. They always answer and are helpful.

My husband feels safe with it. We like that we can go anywhere we want and it keeps track of where he is in case something happens. We had a little problem in the beginning but they were right on the phone letting me know what happened.

Absolutely everything they said they were going to do, they do. They are prompt and we can understand them. I like that the device is easy to use. I had to use it once when I was getting out of bed and they came out which was very nice and comforting.

Everything has been great so far. It started great. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful. It seems to work great for my 83 year old aunt. She has dropped it twice and it has picked up. They let me and her granddaughter know she had fall. We really appreciate that they follow through.

When we signed up, it was very easy and straightforward. The person was not pushy. They were cooperative and answered questions and made the process easy for us. The unit is simple to se and easy to install. It seems to be good quality.

Everybody has been friendly and helpful. I don’t like that the button goes off accidentally when I hit it on my high counters but I don’t want to wear it under my shirt because then it won’t go off. I like the watch so I am happy.

I trust MobileHelp completely. I feel much safer and secure in my home since my husband passed away since I have a passing out problem. It’s an absolutely fabulous piece of merchandise. They have been wonderful to me. I really appreciate the kindness.

What I dislike is that they have too many gadgets that you can wrap around your neck or wear on your wrist. They should only have one to do the while thing. Other than that it works perfectly when I use and when I call with a question, they answer it every time.

Cheaper than the competition in the long run even after the promotion. So far it has worked great even in power outages. I am very pleased with cost and the service. Everyone I’ve talked to in the company has been very helpful. They answered all the questions and were very prompt.

Aside from the large, they have small ones which I like. The one I had before didn’t have a small one so it was heavy so I am glad I made the change to Mobilehelp. It has been good to have. I can wear it in my pocket when I go out.

I think the service is fine but there are other systems that are a bit cheaper but I am not sure fi they offer all the services that mobile help has. I test it once a week just to be sure and someone is on the other end to meet my basic needs. I am happy with everything.

It's reasonably priced and I like that I can use it in my home and go out with it. I also like the door box with a key so if somebody should come, they don’t have to break down my door. Twice I have inadvertently dropped my button and I’ve been contacted immediately.

Customer service and everybody has been very nice and informative. I feel my mother in law is very safe with them. It’s a really good investment. I like that it is there for her at all times when we’re not around. There is nothing I dislike about it.

The one time I pressed my button, the response was not as I had set it up. I live in an assisted living facility and I have Nrcolepsy. Your button is back up for the facility button (which does not indicate an emergency to staff). If I press your button, the facility is to be contacted first, calling 911 only if the facility does not respond. The facility responded but they called 911 anyway. Nobody was happy about this! When I called your dispatch to complain, I was told that was how it was entered. I certainly hope it got corrected because I really don't want the ambulance/fire/rescue showing up when the only people I need alerted are those here in the facility. I also had so much interference with the two recievers competing with each other that the dispatcher could not understand what I was saying. I kept telling her to call the facility and what she heard was that I was on the floor. Customer service did not seem to know how to rectify this problem.

Hi Camille. We are sorry to hear about your experience, however, we do see that a Custom Call List was set up on your account. Going forward your facility would be contacted before dispatch. If you need any further assistance, please contact Customer Care at 877-827-6207.

Responsiveness, friendly, knowledgeable. I don't have anything else to say you're making me provide at least 40 characters of feedback and I'm done giving my quality feedback. I suggest you improve your online survey and remove the 40 character requirement.

Their customer service is indeed excellent. I always ask if the person is patient, as that is very important to me. I'm glad I got the premium protection package. We needed some lanyards replaced. They arrived in two days at no extra cost to us. We are very pleased with Mobile Help.

You know you are safe if something happens. It is worth paying anything to feel safe. All the people I have talked to have been nice. If the button goes off, someone comes immediately. I wear the necklace because it is hard to get comfortable with the bracelet because I have a small wrist, other than that it is fine and would work for most people.

They’ve done everything I have asked of them. When they accidentally sent me a necklace instead of a watch, they got a watch to me right away when I told them. I wish it was a little bit smaller but other than that it is okay. I’d always like it to be cheaper also.

Mobilehelp is excellent. I fell in the street and I pushed my mobile alert. It is very helpful for people like me doing dialysis and going to the hospital. It’s cheaper than other alerts, before I spent a hundred dollars a month, and it is very valuable.

They had EMP guys here really quick when I fell in the kitchen. They were here within 10 minutes and helped me get back to my walker. I very seldom rate a company high but they have helped me and it fits well around my neck, not too long or short.

Not too long ago I was getting out of the shower in the morning and I heard the ambulance come down the road I live on and then the EMTs were knocking on my door. They said they were trying to contact me. I guess I bumped the little lanyard that goes around your neck. It works and they’re trustworthy.

We’re still new to mobile hep but they were very nice when she leaned on the table and set it off. The representative got everything set up for us. They give you a lot of items and the price is fine. I would like an item for in the house or when you’re sleeping.

They listen and answer all my questions. I feel safer because I live alone and have a big yard and if I would fall in the backyard no one would see me so now I feel like I have protection. It’s a good unit and the speaker is very clear and understandable when I test it.

All my questions are answered very politely and thoroughly. Initially I had a little difficulty with the sensitivity of the monitor in the necklace but not they are okay with it. They wish there was a speaker on the necklace so they could talk to it if they are in the basement. They can’t hear at that distance.
