The price is very reasonable I like that I can cancel an accidental call. On the ccouple of times The calls have gone through It seemed to take a rather long time for the center to answer. I seldom use the wrist band, it is bulky and just plain ugly. The fall detector has caught 2 of 4 falls I have had. One trick I have learned is to wear the necklace backwatds so it isn't pressed when my puppy happens to put his paw on it.

If they would make it smaller or in women’s sizes I would be happier since it is big for a small person but everything else seem to be good and I am happy with it. I got the package promptly and it was easy to set up. It is nice that they text people if there is a false alarm.

I’ve tested it twice and both were fine. It works fine. I like that the wrist thing is waterproof so I can wear it all the time. The only thing is that it makes me itch. Also I am a very active person, I work in my garden and set it off.

MobileHelp is very attentive and polite. I've had a couple of false alarms, and they always make sure I'm alright before they hang up the phone. I think the device is a little bit more sensitive than it should be, but I'd rather it be more sensitive than less. When I tested the device, it was very easy and it makes me feel secure and protected.

They've been great in giving assistance in customer service. The basic program works well. The pendant that I wear around my neck will sometimes hit a table or desk and activate the alert, but then I can just deactivate that if it's an accident. They have a great low cost for their program.

It is very sensitive, sometimes when I am in the shower it will go off accidentally. When that does happen, I have to get out of the shower to cut it off. Other than that I like it and it is very good. I like it. They have great customer service. They are very friendly and personable.

One day I was out in the yard and suddenly I hear my name and it was the paramedics and I realized my beeper was going off. They were very nice about it. I like that the alert notices little things. This has saved my life a couple of times. The first time I slipped in the bathroom and landed between the tub and the shower and broke two ribs on my left side. The second time was three weeks later. I fell in a different room and broke three ribs on my right side. It is beautifully made and easy to use.

I think it was money well spent. I got the wrist band in addition to the necklace. I find the wrist band to be more convenient to the necklace, I actually wear it more.

They’ve been very helpful both with the set up and with the follow up. They have contacted us when there has been an incident. The system automatically detects if there is a low battery. She wears the bracelet and does not like it when it is accidentally set off.

When I call, my questions are answered and they are always there. I know it works because my mom has pushed the button and it was there for her. I do not like the intercom device. She said is sounded like someone was outside yelling so she did not respond to it and they called me and they 911. It might be better if there were two of them on opposite sides of the house.

I obtained this device for my mother. The staff were friendly, helpful, and answered questions thoroughly. The set with alert pendant, 2 speaker boxes, and key lockbox arrived promptly and were very easy to set up. About two weeks ago my mother (who lives alone) fell and broke her hip. She used the pendant, was able to call for help via the speaker, and the EMTs gained access with the key in the lockbox. I was notified by automated call that my mother had used the device and help was on the way. It is very possible this system saved my mother's life. I highly recommend!

The service is good. I did ask that when alarms are triggered at night that I get the call first regarding my mother before EMT's are called since I am home and the Customer Service person stated they could not do this. Also there are times when the alarm was triggered and while I was assisting my mother the mobile device kept ringing for an operator and it did take a long time for them to respond to us.

Billing and customer service has been very pleasant and good. I would like it if the device could recharge like my phone because one time I didn’t place it correctly and it went down. I was notified by the company that it was happening. Other than that I really like it.
