Billing and customer service has been very pleasant and good. I would like it if the device could recharge like my phone because one time I didn’t place it correctly and it went down. I was notified by the company that it was happening. Other than that I really like it.

Mobile Help was there immediately when I needed them. I fell down on my front concrete steps and took me to the hospital immediately. When I was in the hospital, I lost my watch thing and they sent me another one and got me started back as soon as I was back from the hospital.

Service is good. I have accidentally bumped my device a couple of times and the EMPs and police came right away. Even though I didn’t need them, I am glad they were right here on the spot. I am glad to receive that kind of attention. The only thing I don’t like is the pendant gets in my way and is very touchy.

Compared to other companies, it is relatively cheap. It has give me good service. They respond immediately every time I have an emergency. If I push the button by mistake, they also respond quickly. I am very pleased with it.

Easy to sigh up. All my interactions with them have been prompt and professional. I don’t like that I need a medical alert device but I do so this one is fine. Everything went smoothly when I used. They reset and everything went fine.

One time the alarm got pushed and they contacted me right away and asked me if everything was okay so I know they are on top of things. I like the ability to carry it when I am out of the house. I know I will be protected. I am grateful for them. It would be nice if the fall device would also be able to read high blood pressure or heart rate.

Price seems fair to me. They are so kind and work through everything. It is easy to use and I really like that they call my daughter to let her know I was going to the emergency room. I am really glad I have it. I test it every week to make sure everything is okay.

When there are parts I am confused about, I know they will explain it to me if I call customer service. I like how friendly and nice the staff is. It has been easy to use the device as it is easy to understand. It is a wonderful company with wonderful people to work with.

Everyone in customer service is really professional and quick to assist if we have any issues. After we press the button, someone will answer the device after about two rings. They are very patient with my mother in law. I like that she can take it wherever she goes and that it is affordable. Overall is has been a positive experience.

Thankfully I haven’t had a falling incident yet but have inadvertently set it off twice. The first time the EMS arrived within minutes and although I was embarrassed I was also happy to know that help is there quickly.

Haven’t had a reason to test it. It went off when I was sleeping and it scared me and still don’t know how I hit the bouton button the fact that it responded Malden me aware of the quick response. That is comforting.

We like that it seems to be pretty accurate and easy to work with. The only problem we have is the wristband is a little small for my husband. Customer service returns phone calls and gives answers quickly. The price is affordable.

Customer service was very thorough explaining everything. I like that it detects falls but it is too sensitive. Several years ago we used it to call the paramedics for my brother and they were very thorough and got to our house quickly to take him to the hospital. He died but they got here quickly. I am very satisfied with them.

With other companies, I feel like there are hidden fees. I felt like they were very upfront about all the costs. They did no give a hard an pushy sales pitch like other companies, which I appreciate. They answered all my questions promptly. They are very easy to deal with. The device gives us peace of mind. I know it works.

The people were nice when I called to let them know it wasn’t emergency when my husband accidentally sets it off. It has happened a few times. They weren’t upset about it when I explained to them. I like that I have it and I know it is there if I need it.

They really are there for my mom, A few weeks ago she told me in her words the machine spoke to her. I said it did. Mobile Help told her they thought she pushed the button. She assured them she was ok. I was very happy that MobileHelp was quick to respond.

There have been a few false fall alerts. Perhaps there is advice we can get on how bet to avoid these. Otherwise we are very pleased with the system so far. There has been few actual alerts wheer assitance was needed to it may be too early to tell. The customer service agents at the call center seem to be quite helpful. My mother is the user of the system but I am the one filling out the survey. I thnk she may be still getting used to al the different parts of the system, what they do, and how to use them..

They’ve been very good. It is very fragile, it goes off pretty quickly and I can’t really control that. I am happy it is sensitive but I have to be careful. They told me to wear the watch at night and it has been working okay since I’ve done that.

I’ve tested it multiple times and it was very easy to so. It is simple to use. It is easy to call customer service. They are flexible and very informative describing the product and very helpful. I don’t like the fall detection, it is not consistent enough. They tout eighty percent accuracy but I think it is less than that. She has pushed the button a few times on accident and they communicate in English even though her profile says Spanish. Eventually they get someone Spanish but if the situation is critical, it should be more efficient.

It’s an excellent product. I feel secure and comfortable with it. I have tested it two or three times and it is good. Sometimes the motion detectors go off when I lay down in bed but otherwise it is excellent. They have awesome customer service.

So far so good. We’ve had no issues. I like that it is portable so she can take it with her wherever she goes. The person I talked to when I bought it was knowledgeable about the system and helped me pick the correct system for my mother. I think the price is reasonable.

When my mom displaced the device, we were able to call their customer service and they told us the last know location it was online before it died and we were able to find it in that location. We have been very pleased with the service. They answered all my questions in detail. It is light eight and not too bulky for her to carry around.

Customer support explained the product very wisely. I was pretty much sold on mobile help because of how the person presented the product. It is pretty simple to work. I like that it has a mobile portion which can be used outside the home. The wrist watch works really well.

The people are very nice and made it very easy to purchase. They explained how it works and set up was easy. They’ve lived up to what they said they would do. My dad like all the options from the wrist thing to the thing around his neck. They provide a lot of ways to use the equipment.

So far I haven’t had any major problems with it. It went smoothly when I tested it. I like that it gives me peace of mind and it gives my children peace of mind. There have been a couple of false alarms because I had to get used to the lanyard but even when it is a false alarm the people on the other end are very respectful and understanding.

Mobile Help covers at home and on the road. A week after we installed it my mother-in-law fell and used it. They tried to contact her via the base station and phone. When she didn't respond they notified EMS and us. EMS responded within minutes and found her aware but unable to get up. It makes us feel better about her living alone.

Don’t like the GPS, they need to come up with a better system. The main device is only good in the house and a couple of feet outside so you have to remember to take the GPS with you. Also it is too expensive. They do respond immediately when you bump it.

Well, I am very happy that I am using the MobileHelp pendant while I am at home. But I am still avoiding using it while I am taking a shower because I don't want the stream of water to inadvertently cause an alert and not being able to cancel it on time before having Paramedics at my door. I would be too far from the "box" to hear that your reps are talking to me. This idea causes me stress. I cannot find the right way to fully take advantage of having the pendant while showering. I have been taking it off for that.

Price is reasonable. It is good equipment. The only problem I have is when I go through the testing process it goes to the operator but they are prompt and very helpful. I just hate to disturb them when it is not an emergency. I like that it doesn’t have a base unit, it is a portable unit.

I have not had any accidents and have not needed to "alert" MobileHelp but have accidentally "alerted" them more than once. The last time after they attempted to contact me personally, they contacted the names that I had given them, and three policemen arrived at my home to check on me in very short order.
