I know I need help if I fall; to alert someone to come check on me. I know that if you call them, they respond to your call.

I just had used another company but then decided I wanted to try this one. I think it would be a big help if something were to happen to me.

Mobile Help was the right company for me because they really are mobile. I haven't really had occasion to use it; it's a safety measure. It seems to be reliable, but it doesn't really supply any customer service.

I looked at the reviews of it while making my decision. Although I haven't had to use Mobile Help yet, I just feel confident with it.

Mobile Help was best for me because it covered everywhere, not just in my room. I haven't had to use it, fortunately, but I know it's available.

Would have given 5 stars but for fact that their GPS device is a separate component, easily left behind by seniors when leaving their homes/apts. Other services offer a necklace with the alert button and GPS as one unit.

I can go anywhere with this one, and I couldn't do that with the other one I had. I think the company is really good. It saves a lot of people's lives if they have it in their home. It gets me help when I need it real quick. For anybody that that can't stay up on their feet very long, or they fall a lot: please get it, because that is the best thing they could have in their home.
