It's better than your typical customer service. They're very reassuring over the phone and they make you feel that you're safe.

The customer service has been very helpful so far. The fall detection is almost too sensitive because I keep bumping it that sends in false alarms.

I tend to fall down a lot, so I have the fall down thing around my neck the pendant around my neck all day long and it's come in handy a few times now.

The customer service has been quick to answer the phone when it's gone off and they have been very polite. It's still not as comfortable as I would have liked.

My first pendant was low on voltage and they were monitoring it and found that out. They sent me another one to replace it.

I think they have good customer service. I wear it when I go out driving or out anywhere, and I haven't found anything wrong with it yet.

One thing that I don't like is that it goes off too easily. I haven't fallen or needed anything, and it's gone off by accident.

They're on the ball, they call me and I say I'm sorry because it was a mistake. They're very sweet and tell me to have a good day.

I wear the device all the time, except in bed. This is especially helpful because I can wear it outside of the home as well.

I was given two wrist watches to wear, but they are kind of too big. I usually take the mobile unit when I leave the home.

I've never fallen and had to use it, but I've turned over in bed and it says there was a fall detected. They tell you not to wear it to bed at night, but I think I could easily forget to put it on again.

It's a pain in the butt because you have to take too much stuff with you. Whenever I go out and I put it in my purse and then I've got to wear something around my neck and that watch that's awful looking. The light on the other unit is too bright at night and keeps me awake.
