I like the fact that it has a GPS tracker on it. I also like how I am able to place it in my pocket instead of wearing it around my neck.

It gets pressed accidentally too often. They sent me a new one thinking the first was too sensitive, but we'll see how it works when it gets here. If it doesn't turn out to be better, I'll quit the whole company because I can't put up with getting awakened in the middle of the night.

The customer service has been very helpful so far. The fall detection is almost too sensitive because I keep bumping it that sends in false alarms.
