The system isn't loud enough to be heard clearly in the next room and the operator cannot hear us either unless we are close to the unit. The response time can take well over a minute, which would be a long time in a life critical situation.

Reply from MobileHelp

Andrew,

Thank you for feedback. If the monitoring center does not make contact with the user after an alert is received, help will still be sent out. Typically if the user can't get to the speaker or phone to let them know you don't need help, you most likely need help. We would like to investigate the response time further, as over a minute is not a normal response time. May you please provide your customer ID number or a phone number on the account, so that we can reach out to you regarding this?

We look forward to speaking to you.

Sincerely,

MobileHelp

It works fine but it's a little big for me, it can be awkward because of its size. I haven't had it that long, but it's gone off accidentally 4 or 5 times.
