The device goes off on accident, and seems unreliable. The paramedics don't know the code to the lock on my door that MobileHelp gave me. I had to call 911 for an emergency, MobileHelp didn't help me.

Every time I accidentally bump the button, the alarm goes off, and someone from MobileHelp is there on the other side. They are responsive.

I live alone and fall a lot, so MobileHelp is perfect for me. I use both the wristwatch and pendant, and it works great.

I think MobileHelp is excellent. When I was in the shower, I bent over to pick up something and the device went off, so it is a little sensitive.

They always keep in touch with me, which is fantastic. I don't wear the necklace because my clothes get in the way so I wear the bracelet all the time.

I don't usually wear the necklace because it is too sensitive and every time I get in the shower, it goes off, so I wear the wristband and the mobile thing when I go out.
