Never had any issues with their service. Sometimes it set itself off automatically accidentally and I follow the instructions and wait for it to disconnect.

My only complaint is the battery dies too soon. They are always there when I need them, I used it this morning when I fell.

My only problem is I might be allergic to the wristband, I am going to start wearing it again to see if I can but I can get the neck line and it tested well.

The one I am wearing I would rate high but the one I am not wearing was not great. I tested it and it worked fine but the other one you just touch it and it goes off and the next thing the fireman is at your house. I don't care for that one.

When I first signed up, they did not get the protocol right for calling when my Dad falls. So, the first call out was not as we had thought we had set it up. My Dad was a bit upset about it.

i have the automatic fall alert as part of my program but the pendant is way too sensitive. Just a slight bump causes it to activate an emergency call.

Fall button is not perfected. The rest is good. Except I keep losing the sensors. How to find? They charged for 1 year instead of 1 month, no notice.

I keep getting phone call after phone call and form after form and finally I got a phone call from them telling me they had no information about me yet even though I had paid two and half months. If I put the device in my pocket book and then put it on the floor it indicates I have fallen.

One time it scared me to death. I was in bed and I was sound asleep and the device went off and I had not idea how to shut it off and the siren was going and I didn't know what to do so that was not a good experience. The bracelet is okay, but I don't use the pendant anymore because they said it was real sensitive and it just goes off so easily.

It is better than the others I have had but my main problem is that is goes off when I don't want it to. Customer support did not explain how to stop the call from going through if it was an accident.

It's very sensitive. If it just touches anything, they ask me if I'm okay and if I have an emergency. It's more sensitive than I'd like it to be.
