They are very quick to respond and very pleasant. I find them very trustworthy. They were right on the phone asking if everything is okay and were very polite. The device is easy to use but a little big.

When it was purchased we didn't know that it did not work when you fell. When we had this fall with it. They didn't respond. It seems like I have to charge it more than what the paper said. I have to charge it every night.

The only dislike my wife has is the wristband seems to not be comfortable so she wears the one around her neck. We haven't had any problems with it. It seems to work well. We are satisfied.

When I tested it it was very loud. Then somebody came on the line and asked me if I needed help. They've answered my questions and been there when I tested it. I like the safety of having it on all the time.

My mother in law really likes the watch. She doesn't want to wear the necklace but the watch she keeps on all the time. We tested it when we first set it up following the test procedures. Customer support answered all my questions.

They helped me get it set up but I don't know if they follow through and check up. I don't know how it works. I just wish they called and checked on you to know if your system is working.

The wristband is terrible. It needs a regular wristband instead of this rubber but other than that it's alright. I wore my neck thing for a month then tested it and it wasn't working. They sent me a new one but now I'm rather wary of the whole thing. It takes customer support way too long to answer the phone if I've pushed the button. It's probably about 3 minutes but that's too long as far as I'm concerned.

I hit it once by mistake and within 10 minutes the police were here. I tried to cancel it but the device didn't hear me. I had trouble hooking it up but customer service helped me through it and it only took a little bit.

Whenever I've called the customer support they have been right there and walked me through anything. When I tested it when I first installed it the person came on the line and talked me through how it was going to work.

I've had fast response when I need it. They answer in no time at all. The thing I don't like is the way it swings when I change my clothes. I'm afraid I'm going to set the thing off.

It saved my life the second night I had it. I had to use it because I couldn't breath and an ambulance came and took me to the hospital. I think when you get old like me you need it.

I was motivated to buy it because I had a horrible fall. I think the instructions could be a little more detailed. I didn't understand all the instructions in the beginning and am still vague on a couple of things.

I like the fact that she can wear the necklace or you can use the with the watch, I do use the watch a lot. I had another device before this and it went kind of hay wire my son got into this company and I don't know what to tell you, so far I guess its been so well.

It always works and it tells me when it needs to be charged. Customer service is right on top of things and the first question is "do I need help". I would recommend them to anyone who needs help.

Everything has worked exactly like they said it would. When you press the button, you get a pretty prompt response. We tested it and pressed it once by accident. Both times we got an immediate response.

I like the bracelet option and the service I received when setting it up. The person on the phone was very nice and helpful. Testing it was very easy, the directions were clear and it worked fine. It was kind of freaky they contacted me after I looked at their website. I thought it was a little invasive.

At first I was happy with the device and needed to use it once to ask to my daughter be contacted to assist me to get off a new hammock. I am disabled and simply had nothing to crab on for support to pull me out. Then next week it started to not ho;d the charge. The steady red light showed it was fully charged and I was going to do the adviced test call. But the device had no power left just 2.5 hours later. I called the company and they asked me to put it in charger so they could run a test. I saw all the lights flashing and the lady to whom I had talked to (it wwas Friday) stated she would call me the coming week to give me the results. Anyhow I never received a call. In multiple times the device lost power within few hours and when I tried to make a test call it took at least 15 seconds anyone even answered. I told it was a test and that the device was losing power within few hours. After repeated attempts to see if the device would maintain power as ong as the ad states I called the company and said I needed a return address I could not trust the device. They tried to offer me a discount for monthly payments down to $25 instead the $40. I said I did not want the device any more. and the man still told me what would happen if there was a power outage. My phone is workin and generally with me all the time but I do not take phone with me every time I go to kitchen. I thought the device would be good ia case I fell in the bathroom but then again it is difficult to sleep with that cord around my neck and during the night being sleepy I do not remember to put it on every time. So I saw an add to Fitbit Versa 2 and it is kept in wrist, power lasts 6 days, it has now Alexa so I can just ask it to dial any number via my alexa at home, I can sleep with a wrist watch without it strangling my throat, it is possible to keep on in shower, swimming etc. It has email and text capability. the price is little under $200 so thinking of paying for unreliable device $40/month in 5 months payments I will own the wrists smart watch and have a warranty. This device is supposed to cost $350 that is a joke when it worked only one time. I never used it in shower, never dropped it or mishandled it and within 2 weeks it quit functioning properly, Initial emergency call I was happy with the function and ready to advice friends to get it but when it does not maintain charge more than 2.5-8 hours what happens if I am somewhere out and do not even have a charger with me? i was told that at times there can be defective devices and they would change it but I will not risk that aned will now on advice people to get Fitbit Versa 2 with Alexa shat is like a watch on the wrist and not strangling while sleeping.

We live out in the country and cell phone service out here is not good so that limits the capabilities of the system but we used it last week. They have been very helpful. We had an issue with the first wrist band and customer service corrected it very promptly.

It's too expensive. It worked well but it costs too much. I do not like the heaviness od the pendant. It doesn't weigh me down but it is heavier than I like so I want to switch to the bracelet. I like that it has a little platform to rest itself on.

I fell in the shower the other day and could not get up. I used my Guardian watch to get help and timed it how long it too. 5 minutes later I had 4 firemen in my bathroom helping me back into my wheelchair. The system works!
