I've only had it for a short time, but have had zero issues. Knowing I can be in contact with someone asap in case of an emergency, provides a level of peace to my life that outweighs any cost.

If anything happens all I have to do is push the button. It makes me feel safe because I am here by myself. I used it one time and they came right on the line so quick, it was amazing. I recommend it to anybody.

One time they called me and had said that I had pushed the button and I said that I hadn't and I don't know how it had been pushed, but if I had pushed it, they were right there.

They have called to test it and I've had no complaints, everything was functional. They have contacted me if it needs to be charged and so forth so they are there at the other end listening and doing their job.

It works well. I used it just a week and a half ago and I had an instant response and they got me help immediately. The response is very impressive. Other than bulkiness I'm very very pleased.

So far so good. I like knowing that my mom is okay and they can call me for help when she falls down. They were very courteous and polite when we were signing up and when we tested it I got the call almost immediately.

Responsive when I called customer support. They knew me and it was fine. I like that I can wear it in the shower but I don't like that is so big and doesn't look like jewelry or something more attractive.

Very happy. It belongs to my mother and it makes me feel more comfortable knowing that she has something as simple as a button to push for help. She has tested it and it went well. The only thing was I had a difficulty getting the price set up in the beginning.

I especially enjoy the rest button because it is waterproof and I can wear it to bed. I had another company that had a necklace and I would toss and turn and it would go off so that is a big plus.

Medical Guardian's device is a little heavy to wear around my neck but I can click to my waist and that makes it better. When I push the button, somebody calls and asks me if anything is wrong, that is nice.

I have only used this devise for a month and I already had a false signal sent when it was in my purse... I bumped it and it sent a signal... I'm thinking the button you would push in a emergency is very sensitive.. I wish you had to push it harder or the button could be set lower... I was very impressed in how quickly someone responded

Easy to accidentally hit the button. I accidentally hit the button in a parking lot, I had my arms full. The wristband is made of silicone, kind of like rubber. Not real comfortable. I opted to wear the lanyard. It''s a little bulky and obvious.

I like that it is waterproof and can be easily worn around my neck. I once set off the device accidentally and the individuals on my list were called very quickly. I appreciated that. I find the wrist device to be completely useless but the lanyard and button is very helpful and I use it all the time.

I live alone now and I depend on it because if I should fall or something would happen I could get the help I would be needing. I'm comforted by the fact that I can trust Medical Guardian and know that I will have help available. Also, should somebody come and break in or something I would have that as additional way to alert that I needed help.

My mom feels that wearing it is not prohibitive at all. We've done tests and that have been fine and they responded quickly. Then my mom has bumped it a couple times and it's gone off. When that happened they always respond very quickly and were very polite as they checked to make sure she was okay.

We tested it several times. I had to use it right after we got it. My husband fell out of bed and couldn't get up and I think we used it twice then. The times we have put it on the charger, it hasn't charged right away. I think it's a lot of money, but it's worth it to give us a satisfaction that we know that we can be helped.

Their support is there when you need it. I called when I fell and they came right away. So, Medical Guardian did their thing and their service was great. I don't like the lanyard because it's black and you can't wear any jewelry or anything else with it. It always sticks out like a sore thumb when you wear it around your neck.

I feel a lot safer with the device around my neck because we have a very large yard that is not the level and I have fallen several times. Now I feel better about walking around because of this medical alert. I'm happy with it and I will continue to use it. The customer service is very nice and understanding.
