It doesn't connect as fast as I thought it. Everybody who I've talked to has been very kind and understanding once I get connected. My grandson pushed the button once and they answered and were very courteous and understanding about it.

I like that I can wear it in the shower and when I tested it, the response was quick. Any time I have a question, they are able to answer it right away and if not, they get back to me.

They are always there, I hit the button accidentally one time and I didn't realize it and somebody came on and it was good. I'm happy I have it and the security it gives me since I live alone.

We tested it about 2 or 3 weeks ago and it was a little hard for me to press the device but I think it is necessary to have so we're happy with it and it is satisfactory. I feel safe.

Responses were quicker than I thought; I like the response time. When I test it, it takes about 15 to 20 seconds before an operator answers. Their customer service is very knowledgeable.

Twice already I have used it and I got good help. The only thing I don't like is that it only works downstairs and not upstairs. Also I've tested it two or three times and they did not answer too fast the last time.

It's always handy. Thank goodness I haven't needed it much, but one time I was buttoning my coat and I pushed too hard and it alerted them and they called my family and it was all fine.

It is very hot here in Arizona and the straps are plastic so it's very hard to wear in the heat. It also needs a better attachment. When I tested it, they came on right away and told me it was working fine. The one time I talked to customer support, they were right there and very helpful.

I accidentally hit it and they just called back and asked me about it and I told them it was an accident. I would like a method of having a way to take the speaker with me when I go outside rather than just push the button.

We've used it a couple of times and there is no complaint. They're right here when you need them. Sometimes the power is out and you have to be careful to know how to reset it. We got trouble because we had to reset but otherwise there's no complaints, it works really good.

The only thing I don't like is I can't get more than one bar so it takes a while before you can answer the call. The only thing we've had to do so far is test it and it hasn't failed or anything. They've done pretty good to get answers to my questions and stuff.

Hi Ida! It sounds like the coverage in your area may not be optimal for your current unit since you are getting delayed responses. We wanted to let you know that you we have a landline-based unit as well which doesn't depend on cellular signal. This unit would be more reliable for you in terms of a home-based unit. If you're interested, please let us know via Live Chat on , via email at , or phone at (800) 313-1191. Thank you!

I don't really care for the watch band, it is annoying, but that is the only drawback. The person who responded to my test was very polite and when I called to ask for assistance to notify the police she was going to do that for me. I like the response time, it is very good when you call.
