We tested it about a week and a half ago and the girl answered right away so it was very satisfactory. There's nothing that I dislike. It's convenient and very handy. I have the bracelet instead of the necklace so I can take it of at night or anytime I want to but it's still close to me.

Generally I dn't like the idea that I have to charge it every three days and sometimes it will quit on me while I'm out shopping or something. I did use it one time and they were very helpful and it was fast. Their service was excellent at the time I needed help.

I've only had the device since April but sometimes the charge only lasts for two+days, always preceded with an event that the unit gets extremely warm to the touch when worn under a blouse. I wear it that way to keep from having the unit swing into furniture every time I bend over for something.r

When I call, everything seems to work out okay. I am satisfied with the way things went. I don’t dislike anything about it. I am glad I have it. I’ve used it a couple of times and it has saved me.

The alert device makes me feel a lot more comfortable with myself. I wear it all day when I am in the house, I live alone. It makes me feel secure. I am happy I have it. If I fall down I can talk to support on my wrist.

They were very responsive and very knowledgeable and I live in an apartment. I think it's amazing. They told me to check it over so often, so when I pressed it, I had someone within 2 seconds.. I am very very impressed.

It's a very good device. One time I had to call and they were very supportive. With the necklace, sometimes when you're laying down or leaning over objects, you have to make sure it doesn't catch.

When I talked to the Medical Guardian rep over the phone, they had all the information out there and it was all right answer to all my questions. It's a little over a dollar a day and it's forced that peace of mind.

The answer comes so quickly and if you need them. I did test it and it worked. What I dislike is the fact that it's very touchy so it can go off if you just brush it up against something.

They are attentive and take care of business. I tested it and it didn'tn work. Customer service tlet me know they sent me the wrong device. It doesn't work in my area. Just send me another device. I dislike the size of the big blinking light.

When I ordered it, it's supposed to come with a carrying case so I could wear it on my hips. It didn't have that carrying case but I talked with the customer service rep who first got the thing set up and he said he would mail me one right away. It's been over a month and nothing's happened and I don't think anything's going to happen. One of the things I dislike is the limited range of the device you wear around your neck.

Well I never had to use it but I accidentally set it off a couple of times and they responded very quickly. They are very alert and any time I call them they are right there. It's a little big, but I guess that's necessary.

It's invaluable as far as I'm concerned. I fell the other morning and the paramedics were here within five minutes. Your operators stayed on the phone with me the whole time. It was a fantastic experience that had to happen.

It's easy to wear on the person and it's cheap. We test it every couple of months and it works fine. They answered promptly when we were testing the device, they were pleasant and it was easily understandable. The only downside is I guess they extended the insurance of the device and if you don't take that insurance it's an extra per month.

Everybody we've talked to when we set it up were very courteous and consciencious and seems like they were very kowledgeable in the system. This seems to be the most cost effective one.

I like it because I feel safer of course but I wish it was a little bit lighter I think it's a little bit heavier, heavy to have around your neck. I would like to maybe unhook the cord and be able to put it in my pocket when I want to wear a necklace or something like that.

Concerned about battery charge and how long it holds. There's no notification, you just have to notice it. The information that I received with our product is that that I had to my paper work had to be back in when they had the contract before it was activated but I never got any information from them as to when the contract has been received so can I figured it'd been long enough I went ahead and activated anyway.

The first time I used it, it took 25 minutes for the EMT's to come. I thought that was a little bit long. I had some problems with the unit going off all on its own. I called customer service and the gentleman was very very helpful and we got it straightened out.

Designed relatively well and thought out. However the wrist bands and ugly and bulky made with a cheap looking thick plastic. The portable base station is designed much better.

Even though the instrument works the way they are supposed to but the customer service is pathetic. I tried their number several times for hours and finally once someone came on the line and said they are very busy. She took my number and said somebody will call me and no one ever did. This happened twice. No one ever called me. I needed to find out if I could buy extra base unit which I can place it at one more location but never got a call back so never got my answer. Very poor customer service. I may discontinue their service soon.
