I like that it works independently and it does not rely on some base unit in the house and I like that I can wear it in the shower but I dislike the charging base, it does not make good contact.

It's nice to know that people care and someone is always there. I am happy with the medical alert device except the cord’s magnetic connection kept coming loose and I have to charge it often but it works very well.

I like everything about the device. I accidentally turned it on one day and they responded right away, so I feel that their service is good. I like having the sense of security it gives.

I feel very secure using their medical alert device. I originally had difficulty with the connection during testing, but they were able to fix that and handle my request well.

I like the fact that it makes me feel more safe having it. I dislike that it goes off easily because it's very sensitive. Their customer support is very excellent and I'm very satisfied with them. It's a little expensive, but they're very trustworthy.

I really like that you can wear this device around your neck rather than on your arm. You can also take their device in the shower. When you test it, they immediately answer and are patient with you.

I have not yet had to use them for a medical situation. However I have bumped my wrist bracelet quite a few times and they have answered and have always been very pleasant and kind and helpful and I appreciate that

You can wear this device around your neck, but it gets too heavy and in the way when you bend over because it jerks on your neck. Whenever I've tested the device they're very prompt to answer. So far, I've been very pleased with it.

It gives us peace of mind knowing my mother in law has help if she needs it through her medical alert device. We haven't had any problems with it during testing. I did notice however that it takes a long time to get the call through to someone which is kind of concerning. Every time we've called customer service they've been very good to us.

The device seems very simple because all you do is press the button and someone is there to talk to you. We tested it once and within 15 seconds someone else was on the phone asking what you needed. We haven't had any issues with it so far and we're very happy with it.

There is nothing I dislike about medical guardian. I like that I don’t feel alone. It is loud and very convenient. The response was immediate. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends.

It seems fine. The one thing I don’t like is the thing you put around your neck is much to long if you’re not very tall. It goes down to my belly. That is my biggest complaint. I like it much better than the other one I had before. This one is more compact.

Device and service working well. My only complaint is the billing department double bills me every month and I have to dispute the charge through my credit card company. I have spoken with MG customer service but the issue has not been resolved.

Seems to all work fine, and package was complete. Only question I have is info. stated battery could last a charge up to 5 days. But after 3 days i am told it needs recharging.

I like the fact that it gives you the option to either wear it as a pendant or a watch. You can plug the system into the wall and it doesn't take up a lot of space. When we tested the device, it was easy to use and figure out.

This device saved my life. The first time I used it, I had a stroke and called them. The fire department came and helped me. They stayed on the line with me until I got the help I needed.

If I need them, they are there when I call. I can notify somebody to come and help me if I need it. I accidentally had it in my pocket instead of around my neck and when I bent over, it dialed the alert and they called me and I told them. I have already recommended it to my sister and she bought it.

It’s worthy I think. It’s good. I wear it all the time except at night because I know I will probably set it off if I roll over it so I hand it on my door knob where it is within reach.

The ease in which to use the unit on a daily basis. Not having to be concerned about charging every day is a huge plus. Although the unit is a bit heavy for all day use. The strap is very comfortable

Thank the lord we were able to procure it in time to make my mother’s life a little easier. It works. My mother fell and she pushed the button and that brought the EMTs to the house. I am very pleased with the service.

We like that is charges rapidly. The response rate when I use it is very good. They were very courteous. The device seems to be quality workmanship. We had another company and within the first week the lanyard fell apart.

It is more expensive than most. They were really prompt, maybe a minute after ringing. They were very helpful. The band on the device keeps slipping and a couple of times I've lost the device, it keeps falling. That part is not good.

Have one for my wife and one for myself. We are satisfied with their quick response time and I feel more comfortable with it. We’ve had two times when we accidentally called and one time we were not quick enough because we didn’t know it was pushed and 911 was called. It was a very satisfactory response.

It is for my mother. I am comforted by the fact that wherever she goes, she can always get them. The thing you press works fine but the speaker on the base could be improved because you can hardly hear anything over it. I also thought it would be much faster, it takes about 45 seconds to get someone on.

I feel very secure having my medical guardian around my neck. However, I have set it off three times without meaning to. It is very sensitive to something touching it, such as, leaning against the kitchen table, holding a package, and picking it up out of the charger.

The main thing can be right be my bed and I can put on the necklace in my shower. I like that. I don’t like the band for the watch, it is hard to get done. I wish it were an expandable band. I am glad I have it.
